  1. 1: Mondays suck. 2: If they've been doing traffic analysis, it's possible that Tuesdays are their low-ebb in traffic. 3: Part of their maintenance and testing/update schedule coincides on Tuesday.
  2. That and the constant "SB pls!" It's what put me off running kins for a while.
  3. I'm assuming your "3 good powers" are Deflection Shield, Insulation Shield and Dispersion Bubble. Force Bolt and Repulsion Bomb are KD/KB powers that don't do much on their own. But they're fast-charging and absolute Proc monsters. RB, just slotted normally, will do around 80 points of damage. Proc'ed up, you have potential for over 200 points of damage. Normal slotting for FB gets you about 50 points of damage. Proc'ed, it gets you about 74, plus a Build up and a self Heal, plus a Hold.
  4. Thing is, if you stop someone from being hit, save incidental lucky shots, there's no need for healing. This then frees them up to use their actual attacks, bolstering team damage overall.
  5. I'm told they make creams for that nowadays...
  6. Try a ship raid with a couple teams of Kins and Rads. The entire league spends the entire bowl phase at Recharge Cap... And every beam-in is covered by multiple Fulcrum Shifts...
  7. While the game doesn't round, I prefer to simply round DOWN to the nearest whole number. The fractions don't really make that huge of a difference and it pushes me to make sure I don't settle for "close enough" if I don't have to.
  8. Right. Basically, when you're built at the limit of what Inv/SS will support, DP is you "Oh Crap" button. So you don't hit it unless you actually need it. It basically becomes a crashless Unstoppable-replacement.
  9. Yes, but Double-Rage is what transforms SS from a "meh" set to "MBOOWAHAHAHAHA!!!" set... (And YES! That IS the OFFICIAL nomenclature for it!"
  10. Basically, if you need a Tank that just stands there and eats punishment, old school, Stone is your Gold Standard. But, the way the game plays TODAY, fast-moving and very mobile, there's maybe TWO situations where that's useful. IN THE WHOLE GAME. As such, Stone Armor is really due a balance pass.
  11. This is how I'm looking to rebuild my WP Stone
  12. See the editor's note:
  13. Fixed.
  14. I currently have 11 L50 Tanks Inv/SS Fire/Fire Ice/Ice Inv/SS Stone/Dark WP/Stone WP/Stone Inv/SS Stone/Fire Rad/Rad Elec/Elec
  15. This is the problem I've had. You res, but you're literally hit the second you can be targeted again. Before your HP starts coming up, before any untouchable effect drops into place. I've had this on all armor rezzes, across every AT. I've even had this problem with things like Return to Battle and Renewal of Light.
  16. It's also on the wiki. https://archive.paragonwiki.com/wiki/Super_Reflexes#Evasion
  17. WHAT? No joke backgrounds?
  18. Evasion provides you a Mag 4 Taunt Aura.
  19. Basically Invuln is a tougher nut by a small margin. But the margin's so small, that in 99.999% of content, it doesn't make any difference.
  20. https://archive.paragonwiki.com/wiki/Hamidon_Origin_Enhancements#Higher_Level_Hamidon_Enhancements
  21. So what was it like back then? Before...dirt?
  22. At one time, yes, L53 HOs dropped. They don't anymore. I'm a relative newb (2008). So I'm not sure exactly WHEN L53's dropped or exactly why they stopped.
  23. We'll just have to have a difference of opinion.
  24. Top Cow: City of Heroes: Issue 3. You have essentially a Radiation hero, as the Lamp, giving an unpowered hero his first "superpower".
