NoPhase was added too at some point to lock out usage of the Phase Shift power. It grants the same status as activating Hibernate, so those two can't be used back to back.
Geode isn't affected by NoPhase though!! 😄

Here's a solution you can try - create a second account and use that character to move around your other one.

Spring Jump, LRM Rocket, regen

Yeah the Nemesis Mole Machines from Black Scorpion's Patron arc are a pain too.

1. In-game version or lore version? Pre-SSA Freedom Phalanx or Post-SSA Freedom Phalanx? If the former, Statesman. If the latter, Penelope.
2. In-game version or lore version? STF Lord Recluse Version or regular? If the former, Ghost Widow. If the latter, STF Lord Recluse.

I tried that. I was arrested for grave robbing and all of my scientific equipment was taken away. 😞
Is that you Piecemeal???

Big kudos to @Piecemeal and @Cobalt Arachne for their work on the ASF, as well to any other devs, GMs, and play testers who worked on it, troubleshooted, or contributed in any other way to make it awesome. It really is the gold standard for content 😉

Man the Arena UI is so beyond impossible to work with that I doubt anyone who isn't willing to smash their face on the keyboard is going to try it out. But yeah, I'd be down to try arena more if it was cross server. Then again, I can transfer servers so frequently, I am not sure this would solve the underlying problem of the low population of players participating in PvP.

The issue is cast time.
Why does cast time matter if used as an opener and the targets aren't notified and it doesn't break hide?

As much as some people may deride gamers, they do take their pastimes seriously; Emotions run hot, and some people do not know how to temper that and express themselves in a creative way. All you can do is be a calm, informed player/member, and either ignore or try to defuse the situation, (though in the case of the latter, it can sometimes make things worse).
Yeah this same line of thinking works wonders in other areas of life too!

Man I am seeing this in another game that was released recently, Halo Infinite. Lots of angry folks expressing themselves in a way that doesn't help the folks who do the tinkering and have livelihoods tied to the success of that game.

Ah yes, Boggle. I would not prefer using that because it has a long animation time. Using a normal attack and having a lower chance to get insigth is a playstyle which suits me more. Lower chance is still 35% for a normal quick AS which is not that bad and other attacks also may proc it.
The purple confuse set is nice for builds and could be used in a creative way to improve your performance but that is on a set bonus level. in gameplay i would still be using normal attacks. it is simply not fun to me.
Boggle works great as an opener, considering it doesn't notify the mob or break hide.

Then a player could just create another account if they wanted more characters. If a player could only have one account that had only one character, that be restrictive as hell and not conducive to the health of a MMO.

The every badge for long range teleporter accolade power is made more fun and interesting through the Tip missions that were added.

They are all weak pets that you shouldn't count on to do anything meaningful beside take a few hits and dish out a little bit of damage. If you just want to pretend to play Mastermind on any other AT, those pets will add to the gang.

I'd be open to testing an inherent similar to how the Defender inherent works. Scales both ways, more _______ while solo and less ______ while solo, then scales to less _______ while on a team, but more _________ on a team.

Yeah! Infrigidate from Cold Domination isn't going to stand for this!
How dare a non-damaging power with a 15 second base recharge, 80 ft base range, 10 base endurance cost, that causes -25% Base Defense for 20s, -30% Fire Strength for 20s, -70% JumpHeight, RechargeTime Strength for 20s, -70% RunningSpeed, FlyingSpeed, JumpingSpeed for 20s, and 100% chance for -350% maximum RunningSpeed for 20s on a single target that can be 6-slotted with damage procs..... oh wait 🤣

Use a blue inspiration or any inspiration that grants recovery. Absent that, knowing what you know now, you could build for endurance drain resistance or team with other players who can provide +recovery.

Hi guys!
Today I was fooling around trying to get pvp badges on one of my toons and out of the blue a guy appeared and just hit me once with a power that fully drained me in one go.
I mean ... needless to say he was joking or trolling me as he didnt kill me right away but I couldnt even sprint lol
So, was wondering, is electric anything the go to build in pvp? without blue you cant do anything!
Anyone has a build for that? I want to try something like that!
Checking logs he hit me with Zapp, Thunderous Blast, Soul Storm filled with a lot of procs (ouch) , Lightning Bolt and Siphon Speed and well, was fun being totally disabled.
Is there any build that can do that?
Truly new to pvp here, never ever tried but want something cool like that! 🙂
Sounds like a Kinetics/Electric Blast Defender to me.
Edit: As to your question, my experience is that endurance draining your opponent is a niche secondary effect to use in PvP. While it works in certain situations, it's more often than not a useless mechanism solo in zone play.

I might have found a faster afk method. It is definitely not faster than active brawl.
Also, it might be specific to builds that have a good fast AOE. For example, my Bane with frag grenade.
You have to use Flashback on the mission. Set to -1x8 and the magic sauce is set enhancements to have no effect.
Turning off enhancement turns off the special mission dot. Without the special dot. The AVs are unkillable because they still have buckets of hp and regen.
But the rest of mission buff keeps working, your recharge and damage are maxed, which negates the loss of enhancements.
Also, you're still level shifted because incarnates still work. The level difference between you and the AVs maximizes damage.
Now, gather up the mobs and auto fire your fastest AOE with the largest target cap.
Current calculation for my Bane.
~26K damage per min * 60 = ~1,500,000 per hour = ~67 hours for the badge.
But wait! It gets better. My Night Widow has spin which hits even harder.
~32K damage per min * 60 = 1,900,000 per hour = ~53 hours for the badge
That is a great option for builds with AoEs. I'd even recommend folks respec their third build slot (if they aren't using it) specifically for an AoE if they don't have one in their main build to do this method. No way around it though, damage dealt is a long haul farm.
