those are emotes if you use the slash command /em whatever you type here will come up in a thought bubble above your toons head, unless it's one of the emote animations command word so /em Typing a response will do what you have seen (I can't remember if you need " around the text, it's been awhile since I've done it) A lot of the people you see doing that (probably all of them will have a keybind of /em Typing a response$$say which will do the thought bubble and liven your chat window

Why them? have you met them? they make Fusionette seem ALMOST tolerable, the real question is, why haven't every other faction in the game attacked them as well?

I've had stuck ones myself, I had to unmonitor EVERYTHING, log out of the character, and re-add the ones I wanted to monitor

This. None of my Khelds have Hasten, and my favourite of all time to play character is my WS Grey Wanderer

I very very rarely respec my toons at all

Thats pretty much how I handle my Khelds shifting between Human, Squid and Lobster, each form gets their own primary tray 😄

You HAVE to call the toon Pool Man, give him board shorts, a tank top, and a porn moustache... Real pity Staff Fighting doesn't have a pool scoop alternate weapon!!
