  1. Not the best, but on Beast it sucks the least - since you can softcap Beast def with that power that stops them critting, but have upped their damage enough from Fulcrum that it doesn't matter that much. Plus they like being in melee for kin buffs. Necro would be sweet though - though I do like Necro/Bubble post changes.
  2. Thanks. So you dropped Hemorrhage and never looked back? What's your chain look like for Savage?
  3. I had a Savage/Invuln stalker that was fun before the Hemo nerf but then I shelved and stripped him. Now I see Ston's thread about Pylon/Trapdoor times and comments like @Frosticus below that Savage is still holding its own. Love to hear what people are using for builds post-Hemo nerf -- especially rotations/slotting -- and see if there are any tips on Savage/Invuln these days. My old build (2020) is attached, but it's OLLLDDDDDD.... savage-inv stalker.mxd
  4. We've all been there. But I'd really like to thank whomever fat-fingered 50MM instead of 5MM for *2* of my Chance of Lethal IOs. That's going right into the ol' college fund.🙏
  5. Mobius Strip walks into a bar, dejected. Bartender looks at him and says "Whatsamatter, pal?" to which it replies, "Where do I begin?"
  6. This is what I'm currently testing on Live. Corruptor (Storm Blast - Storm Summoning) TEST 6.mbd
  7. I don't think you need to soft-cap yourself - you can get to ~32% ish and 1 small purple will carry you to softcap, and you don't have to devote so much of your build to soft-cap. Plus if you team a lot, chances are someone on the team will have +Def buffs. Your comments about Cat5 are alarming though. Especially if a proc'd cross-punch is helping you clear faster than Cat5. And to your point, if you give up Cat5 and Stom Cell, what's the point - especially if Chain LIghtning is as shitty as ppl say. I meean, I already have a crappy Storm/Energy Def (Mishkin's +rchrg) build....
  8. I'm a bit at a loss for Storm/Storm/(X). Here's a build that gets to 33% ranged and melee def, with Mu taken for Power Sink and Conserve Power to deal with end issues (though they'll persist at lower levels and perhaps can be offset by base buffs and Recovery Serums). I don't really know how to slot the Storm Blast powers or what procs in them do - I've seen lots of comments here about how the set proc's badly. Especially on Chain Lightning not sure about other powers. What do procs like +end do in Storm Cell - only proc on initial cast? Hardly seems worth it. I don't even know how you're supposed to look at slotting Storm Cell besides for recharge / acc. Can't tell if building for 33% ranged/melee def is also overkill and if I should just go for Teleport/Fold Space - or even up the Force of Will tree for Unleash Potential which when PowerBoosted (hello Power Mastery epic) gives spicy +def to all plus the recovery boost to switch off with Conserve Power. (I use this on my Storm/Nrg defender). Anyway, curious what folks think. The attached build was edited from some ideas here like Crysis build and some others, I just poked around at it. Corruptor (Storm Blast - Storm Summoning) TEST 4.mbd
  9. Mids says it has a 10-target cap on blasters -- wrong?
  10. Someone's cornering the market on PVP IOs by constantly bidding up all the recipe bids in increments of like 300K -- to the point where they've taken the craft-n-sell margin down from 60%+ to maybe 35%-40% now. That's a lot of bidding across all PVP IOs during weeks, so I assume they have deep pockets and don't really care about margin (e.g. rather than up bids from say 2,000,000 to 2,000,010 like normal people, they jump to 2,300,000 to squeeze people out, then when you go to 2,300,001 they go to 2,600,000). It's working for me, as having to sell 2x as many IOs to get the same profit kind of takes the fun out. Quite a few players have the resources to do so.
  11. I think they have to be within a certain radius of you as well. If they're too far away (but still alive) they don't get counted for spawning spirits.
  12. But PB+Clarion are cool X-D \ NecrobubbleMM.mxd
  13. I don't think you have to click on a pet anymore? It seems I can just click SE without targeting a pet, and it spawns spirits based on # of pets in range when I click it.
  14. NecrobubbleMM.mxdThis is what I'm running ATM if useful. PB+Clarion for sheilds. I usually PB+shields at least whenever I Soul Extraction, so the summoned pets get bubbles too. Missing IO in SoulExtract is Unbreakable Constraint +Smashing.
  15. Yeh the build in question has a lot of KB->KD.
  16. Supressive Fire regularly triggering Decimation Chance of Build-Up on LIVE is something I didn't see in your tests -- it's a big help for a set that lacks Build Up, and the effects last long enough for 1-2 fast attacks including Hail of Bullets or (if MC) Eagle's Claw.
  17. Fair enough, I just end up blasting a bit between FR, Tornado, Thunderstorms, debuffing, etc, and the energy blast stuff always felt pretty underwhelming.
  18. I think Elec/Shield on stalker is pretty team-friendly, as you have good AOE plus good ST and obviously the team benefits of Shield (and teams to help overcome some of Shield's weaknesses).
  19. Can you share your AR build? I've been dying to make an AR toon for some time but always have been held back by the issues with the set.
  20. Seems like a single immovable enemy is a good fit with Storm Blast as on beta. From what I see in threads, people are more concerned about perfomance in fast-moving groups?
  21. Necro/FF is much fun when you softcap the pets and with the changes to FF.
  22. I've been running it on my toon Weatherman, but the damage does seem kind of weaksauce from Energy (vs. Fire/Ice). Curious how the new Storm Blast will play when out of Beta. energy storm dfndr v3.mxd
