Someone's cornering the market on PVP IOs by constantly bidding up all the recipe bids in increments of like 300K -- to the point where they've taken the craft-n-sell margin down from 60%+ to maybe 35%-40% now. That's a lot of bidding across all PVP IOs during weeks, so I assume they have deep pockets and don't really care about margin (e.g. rather than up bids from say 2,000,000 to 2,000,010 like normal people, they jump to 2,300,000 to squeeze people out, then when you go to 2,300,001 they go to 2,600,000). It's working for me, as having to sell 2x as many IOs to get the same profit kind of takes the fun out. Quite a few players have the resources to do so.

I think they have to be within a certain radius of you as well. If they're too far away (but still alive) they don't get counted for spawning spirits.

I don't think you have to click on a pet anymore? It seems I can just click SE without targeting a pet, and it spawns spirits based on # of pets in range when I click it.

NecrobubbleMM.mxdThis is what I'm running ATM if useful. PB+Clarion for sheilds. I usually PB+shields at least whenever I Soul Extraction, so the summoned pets get bubbles too. Missing IO in SoulExtract is Unbreakable Constraint +Smashing.

Supressive Fire regularly triggering Decimation Chance of Build-Up on LIVE is something I didn't see in your tests -- it's a big help for a set that lacks Build Up, and the effects last long enough for 1-2 fast attacks including Hail of Bullets or (if MC) Eagle's Claw. -
Fair enough, I just end up blasting a bit between FR, Tornado, Thunderstorms, debuffing, etc, and the energy blast stuff always felt pretty underwhelming.

I think Elec/Shield on stalker is pretty team-friendly, as you have good AOE plus good ST and obviously the team benefits of Shield (and teams to help overcome some of Shield's weaknesses).

Seems like a single immovable enemy is a good fit with Storm Blast as on beta. From what I see in threads, people are more concerned about perfomance in fast-moving groups?

Outside of damage procs, one of the nice things about Supressive Fire is that a Decimation Build-Up proc in it goes off (on Live) a lot of the time, allowing DP to make up slightly for the lack of Build-Up. My sense is the changes will gut this along with the damage-proc chances, which is a shame - the set really needs some more oomph to offset its relatively low damage. -

Pretty sure this is what I ended up with, at 32% for M/R so 1 purple soft-caps. Supressive Fire triggers the BU proc fairly consistently. It's a great proc-attack too, people overlook it too much - good animation time, good damage w/ procs. DP-Martial_Blaster_rebuild2023.mxd -
Water Blast / Atomic Manipulation; My Build, My Thoughts

Good points. Here's what I'm testing (attached). 1) Radioactive Cloud is basically now a proc-nuke up every 30 seconds or so, that has a 10-target cap (like Atom Smasher) but a 20-foot radius (AS = 10 foot) and a chance to hold things including bosses. Wanted to test out the idea above from @Dungeoness. In truth, Atom Smasher proc-slotted per MIDS would do on average 367-391 dmg (and chance to apply -RES) up every 8.5 secs vs. 290 for RC slotted as is. I have AS on my Fire/Atomic blaster and it's OK, but the radius is low (per above) and the cast time is annoying. Worth considering. ==> Reactive Def scaling resistance is slotted in Combat Jumping ==> Couldn't see where to fit Prev. Maint. Absorb, though I do like it. 2) AS was skipped for reason above and to put in Steam Spray - I might put it back in and take out RC. Positronic Fist is so slow to animate (have it on my Fire/Atomic) that I often end up corpse blasting - and it's DPA isn't that far ahead of the other attacks from what I could calculate. The PositronCell/Negtatron slam combo lets me apply Gamma Ray so I skipped PF. 3) Yeh good point on FF +rchrg in Geyers, may just unslot it for a damage proc. 4) Steam Spray was proc'loaded to front-load its damage (a lot is DOT). In MIDS it appears to have meaningfully more damage frankenslotted like I put it, vs. set-slotted, esp. when you consider upfront proc damage. CT in, RC or AS the group - apply Whirlpool - hop out and Steam Spray during the hop. Seems to work well. ToxicTsunami.mxd -

Is there any added benefit to the pets to have the +3% Def IOs slotted into Enchant Undead (the Glad Armor and Steadfast uniques)? Does it give both the pets *and* the MM each 3% def bonus that way? I currently have mine in Tough much later in the build. The benefit of getting them earlier is a plus, but just wonder if any other benfits. NecrobubbleMM.mxd
