Well, I have Demon/Dark (great offense & debuffs), Beasts/Kin (kinda meh), and Thugs/Time (kinda middle ground) ... I'd like to feel closer to my Demons/Dark in terms of offesnse and defense/debuffs while not repeating a secondary. I have /Nature and /Cold corrs, so I was kinda interested in something new.

Tips on secondary for a Necro MM that's not /Dark, /Time, /Kin? Maybe /Cold? Looking for a powerful combo that is new to me, I don't see much love for /Therm or /Pain ... Not much help on the forum search.

So how'd he get it on a toon? Or was edited?

Thanks for this as well as for the other suggestions, given me a lot to play around with.

Now that the event is over, I'm not sure. I think farmers are dumping purples. I think some people have increased farming even post i5 changes.

Thanks @Mezmeraand @Frosticus. Updated build attached that goes into Soul for the res shield (Dark Embrace) and then includes Dark Consumption and Soul Drain. I am still really slot-starved so I decided to proc out Soul Drain (which has a 15-radius) vs. Dark Consumption (8ft radius). I put the base slot in Dark Consumption with End/Rchg +5 so it says it will be up every 100 secs or so - maybe that's enough to help with Endo issues or not. Soul Drain I hope will have a reasonable chance to fire the build-up proc and other procs given its recharge, and the 15' radius (same as WH) hopefully allows for some decent AOE (even with target cap). Too slot starved to proc out Blind (6slot) or to fit in Spooky (Spectral Terror) w/o giving something up. I have put Ageless and Intuition incarnates into the build as well (turn them off to see base stats). Hi team - I'd heard from a few folks that Illusion/Energy is one of the most damaging dom combos you can get, and I was always interested to try the Energy Focus mechanic of Energy on doms. That said, I'm having trouble coming up with a build -- I've heard varying suggstions on taking Force of Will pool for the single-target -RES (Weaken Resolve with the Achilles' -RES proc) and power-boosted (Power Up) Unleash Potential (which looks like 1 min uptime for 2 mins downtime at max recharge). I also can't decide whether to skip the Ice epic and Sleet (which I always thought was a must-have on doms) in order to go for Psi (I had a vote given for Link Minds again with Power Up's power boost) and the Res shield, or even Fire epic (for Res shield and Fireball). I also can't decide whether to just 4-slot Blind (with Basilisk for the recharge bonus) or to 6 slot it for proc damage. I put the Dom ATO +dmg proc into Total Focus as I figured it had a higher chance to proc there (vs. Blind) -- and that you could go TF->Whirling Hands and I think get the bonus damage from energy focus? I also can't seem to get Phant Army truly perma, but 65 secs vs. 60 duration seems like it would be OK. And I guess I'm OK with Whirling Hands being the only meaningful AOE given its relatively fast recharge and 15-radius on doms. I'm tempted to just leave all defense numbers around 18%-20% (with Weave and Superior Invis and the the +def procs) and then eat medium purples all the time to soft-cap ( or get team buffs). Pursuing higher defense via frozen armor or sets seems unnecessary. If the idea is to go balls-out damage with Energy on doms, how to get there? Anyway, here are some builds and I'd appreciate some suggestions/feedback. Apparently you can shift-click on a slot and then put it somewhere else.. Still, I miss the draggging.

Has anyone figured out a better non-solo-y team-build for 4 stars (ITF, Aeons) for Rad/SS?

i too would love to see it. i can guess most from the screenshot but it would be great to see.

i leave the heal/mez clickie on auto so it fires automatically when you are mezzed or at the health % that it lets you use it. i just click hasten manually.

Here's a version updated for new MIDS. Repulsion Bolt is 3-slotted for set bonus - not sure if the KB->KD is needed. Force Bomb seemed to do more damage with set slottted than procs, kept the -RES proc. No idea if 3rd LoTG is really adding much to Damping Bubble - apparently it ups the DDR but MIDS seems wonky in showing how much. Solo i just stock up on Medium Purples and maybe some medium greens and use inspis liberally. DP/MC is already a mid-range (for dmg) blaster, and IMHO you give up too much slotting for set-bonues to try to self soft-cap S/L/N/E especially in light of recent changes. I'd much rather just buy medium purples cheap and use inpsis to get there, and have more damage and other effects in the powers. But this is a fundamental decision point you'll have to come to by youself. My Nemu-inspired Fire/Elec blaster still has soft-cap or close S/L/R and can fit in several procs and other powers. For DP/MC I went more ballsy.

I still can't seem to move the slots around from power to another power by dragging them?

Discord channel invite doesn't work. Also new mids doesn't let me drag Slots to other powers? Am I missing something basic on this? I used to be able to drag (empty) slots between powers.

I found I was having massive endurance issues without slotting Reaction Time for end, I tried it other ways first. Suppressive Fire is really proc-able for a number of reasons and due to its recharge time reliably triggers them, including the Build-Up proc (since you don't get Build Up as a power). It's generally my opener. I like the fast animation time a lot more than other attacks, Including Executioner's Shot.

It's more fun to follow up with Eagle's Claw which you hit as the enemy is slowly flying away....

One thing I'm wondering about is the declining price on once-high-value purples like Hecatomb, Apocalypse and Armageddon -- all of which have dropped, seemingly, into the 14-15MM range (maybe 16MM) in recent weeks. Just oversupply? Less demand? Armageddon used to reguarly fetch 17MM+. The same oversupply vs. demand seems to be going on in Reactive Defense and Numinas and even Unbreakable Guard, as well as various once-higher PVP IO.

I think this is what I rebuilt to a few months ago.
