Anyone have a guess how Ice Melee clears fast on Scrapper? It has only one generic AoE and a cone not worth using.

Nothing really pairs well with Seismic. Any time you're pushing a button that isn't Stalagmite or generating Seismic Pressure you're wasting your time.

Ok then, Combustion in Fire Melee was missed in the increased radius of all Tank powers.

No, he said it might be reversed for this patch only. Only maybe and only temporarily.

At level 25? I doubt it. This change triples Minion regeneration and doubles Lt and Boss regeneration. At low levels, regeneration was already very noticeable. This change is oppressive. A better change, if one even needs to be made at all, would be to scale the increased regen instead of making it static. I'm of the opinion this change is unnecessary though. It punishes the non-optimized and weak. Making the weak weaker is a way to drive off players.

Not noticeable at higher levels with high damage ATs, even against Bosses. Outrageously soulcrushing on low damage and/or low level (below 40). Seeing them heal while all my powers are on CD just makes me not want to play these things.

This is Blizzard saying their players don't want Classic. Then finally making Classic and it being overwhelmingly more popular than the modern game. These developers are idiots and you should not play their game.

Titan Weapons is pretty mediocre on a single target. You all are remembering the pre-nerf version.

Please note, the actual numbers in that thread are for pre-nerf Titan Weapons. Titan Weapons is over 2 minutes now. It's the lowest ST set for Scrappers.

If your ham is the color of resistance enhancements, you're not going to live long enough to care about this issue for long.

I run Fault/Tremor as my only enhance-able AoE powers at +4x8. I've never had any issues with groups.

Resistance debuffs effect level 50 AVs at .15 effectiveness. It gets worse as they go up in level.

Debuffing resistance is pointless anyway. AVs and GMs don't really get debuffed by it, and nothing else lives more than seconds.
