You have to run the Doc Stribbling arc at least 4 different ways to understand what it is about. I myself had to run it 8 times before I finally got the special ending. It’s a brilliant arc and I highly suggest you run it a few more times to get what the Devs were trying to accomplish.

Well that is part of it. The Incarnate system leveling will get you the 50+3. Boosting your IO sets with Enhancement Boosters will get you the other half of the way. Enhancement Boosters will get your IO sets to 50+5 in usefulness while fighting other Incarnates.

I don’t slot any toons until lvl 50. Then I only use Merits to buy almost all of my IO sets. Out of pocket on average I only spend about $20 million INF per toon.
If you are complaining about INF you probably are not maximizing the other forms of money in the game. Merits are really where it’s at. Merits followed by INF.

The last I had heard they had not even looked at the Incarnate Powers part of the game. Not sure how true that is as I believe they have done some tweaking here and there on them when a bug shows up.
I’m pretty sure they are working on a new Incarnate zone however. I’ve heard some things.

I believe what Emperor means by off grid, is that the item is being placed at a different decimal point then what the game originally was designed. I don’t believe he means off the map or the edge of the grid area.

This is has been covered pretty extensively already. It’s not just Singularity. It’s Voltic Sentinel and one or two other pets. Some say pathing others say something else is broken. If I remember correctly it’s being looked into. In the mean time just keep spawning it.

That’s been a long standing bug going all the way back to the secret server. I’ve never seen anything move that much tho.
Im sure it has something to do with the way collision has been removed and or reduced from the models.

Fire Tanks had “Wall of Fire.” It was a…wall of fire. It didn’t last long because critters just ran around it defeating its purpose.

I’ve been playing this game almost continuously since day one and never play with the sound on. I was somewhat surprised by the number of people who, like myself, also don’t play with the sound on.
I brought it up randomly once on the old forums. I was surprised by response. I would gather there is still a fair number of players to this day who still play CoH without sound.

Kinetic Melee is to slow compared to other melee powers with similar damage. Until the power speed is increased or the Damage output is increased Kinetic Melee will continue to feel lacking.

I've likely done it (hypocrisy disclaimer) but some are vastly more prolific than others.
Maybe someone has some tips on avoiding being one or examples of despicable white knightage.

They have a pretty solid idea of what the Omega Incarnates were supposed to be. The yearly AMA with former Devs after the game shut down covered this pretty well.

Wow, I really thought there was already a power called, Murder of Crows. I thought it was part of beast mastery but apparently it’s actually called, Call Ravens. Your title, Murder or Crows, would have been better.

I like the chance to spawn more crows. Not so sure about having a IO set with the same name as a power set though.

I’ve seen the Devs change the size of toons to around 20’ tall in game. It was an outside instance and a lot of fun to experience.
To put a limitation on a temp power that it can only be used outside in specific zones would still be really cool. Just make it a pop up toggle that appears is specific circumstances.

Emp Merits can be emailed to your other toons. Incarnate Merits can not.

The 4 points OP makes are problems that have been around since the game started over 17 years ago. Those are all built in challenges of the game. If the game didn’t have those every toon would be Over Powered. Where is the challenge in that?
