  1. almost everything involving a Z axis and missions without a super clear objective. i cant remember the number of the mission but black scorpions first arc, the first mission in nerva does not have a clear boss name.
  2. its never about this for me. its about fun and functional at the end of the day i dont want to spend all my time resummoning and rebuffing constantly and even worse, doing so while the rest of the team continues onto the next group. a group that i may miss due to the travel speed of pets. without SOME self sustainability a masterminds usefulness has a negative cascading effect or can only work with certain powerset combinations. beast/cold? amazing, maybe a 5% chance for a pet to bite it beast/sonic? even with high resists (70%~ to most) all the little damage adds up. and in large high level teams they might as well not even exist. a self heal+regen effect would help them even if its not bellbottoms tucked into crocs unique
  3. the problem with absorbs is they dont last long, its always a tossup for a player to use them because the damage can stop at any time. now lets put it in the hands of 21 year old code. can be a total waste or never enough the other problem with the 50% thing is the leapfrog thingy that raise of the phoenix has. on, off, on, off, etc. and with low pet health pools its always going to be yoyoing or never on depending on your secondary. beast/cold has rather high defenses, mine are always full health or just plain dead and very rarely in that middle ground and regen on tiny small little healthpools is highly insignificant. the way regen works in this game is % based. even regenning 1% a second still takes over a minute to get back up strait up healing should be easier to put in on top of just being more useful. ninjas quality of life was gigantically improved from that change
  4. Ever since the 1,100 rule and finding out just being on the char select screen counts to the server pop I welcome getting rid of all ways around autologging and maybe setup something for special raid zones with a shorter timer
  5. if you do like 32 transactions in a small window of time the market freezes you, probably an anti cheat thingy from 15+ years ago and a stack of 10 counts as 10 items sold, but in the tab its 1 transaction so if i sell 50 stacks of converters which is 500 math thing something something its 500 thing and 50 stuff sorry im distracted at the prices-so-low-its-not-worth-the-click listed there. i just vendor commons and uncommons since its more money and easier to dump on a vendor

I would love it if citadel got those wide cave maps like Atta's cave with some sprinkled in Council rooms/assets and compressed overworld locations/mission count maybe lorewise citadel can make weaker clones of himself to stealth explore one map while we do another map, cutting down total missions. or even sending his sidekick to scout numina can be changed a little bit. instead of a city-wide hunt we can have a single circular room mission where "shadow shard reflection" type enemies stop numina from charging the crystal and this way we can have level 40 Hellion/skulls/etc without actually changing their villaingroups synapes can really benefit from nipping off the last 3 skyway missions and merging them(objectives) into the steel canyon killalls. in addition, smaller maps for the killalls. a finale in boomtown where he has tons of resources available makes more sense but whatever happens stop making task forces skip/speedable or annoying to replay the last mission in tarikos is hell for masterminds, the lava is a real killer on top of that sometimes that big flaming testicle does not want to get out of the lava that last mission... wait they all fucking suck for masterminds mantis has that annoying fucking ship that has a lot of z-axis that makes pet management a bitch and a half on top of all the fire and gas fear patches eye of the leviathan has those whirlpools that cancels out masterminds whats with those chain reaction crystals on the icegirls task forces that seem to always wipe out pets
  7. healing poultice is an actual real thing, the thugs can benefit from this. all the baseline thugs can get this and maybe the two regular punks can get a second healing poultice to use on other thugs only. or like stolen meds since thats more thuggy, can stab themselves or others instead lick wounds, i dont know why the two beta dogs and the dire wolf dont get this. im pretty damn sure those dire wolf hybrids in norway or wherever that happened learned how to lick themselves by now healing flames for the demons also makes sense. can probably have two hellfire gargs instead of one of them being a partial healer

  9. Should have -fire resist. Simple as that because something like adding a fire DoT after being webbed and/or having the immobilize/slow effect fading early on a fire trigger might be too muchfor a fleeting thought

  11. even 20m for the stats is a little much considering there are 4 of them available variants like +end for 2m, +hp for 3m, combos are 5m each would definitely flush inf regularly
  12. an alternative that would also be a solid money sink is to have the hp/end accolades be available from the start vendor. colored differently and no badge and does not stack.

Regular build up for all ATs, give the old siphon effect to all attacks at whatever chances and whatever +dmg with whatever duration. like if the AoEs gave +dmg it would not give as much because it has a chance to go off on every target hit focused burst/conc strike just does not do enough damage for its animation time knockback is always trash, torrent can do with a knockdown or flat removal the whole siphon thing sounds great on paper but it does not work well with how the game is now. groups of enemies die in seconds, and the timer on the siphons are not long. you wont be able to use whatever +dmg you made on the next group due to them falling off. and worse yet, in raids where you tend to have a lot of +dmg you still suck. because if i were to guess the base numbers on kinetic melee are low to account for the theoretical +dmg you siphon and the ancient devs didnt want probable beasts hypothetically running around on second thought i have like 4 or 5 kinetic melee stalkers that i love playing and buffing things for the other ATs might end up nerfing stalkers so nevermind

Sonic Siphon - add a chain effect to this that loses -resist with each jump. bouncing sound and all that Sonic Dispersion - add knockback protection Clarity - add knockback resistance Liquefy - add -resist Sonic Repulsion redesign - still a pbaoe toggle but this snares and "knockdown" a target, but in reality it triggers ragdoll without really moving it. rename it to something Inner Ear-ry like Endurance drain resistance - put it on one of the bubbles, dont really matter. vibrations and stuff disrupt electronics or so google tells me after i lazily looked up some stuff. or add a little bit of end resist to all 3 bubbles to stack them up to something noticeable
  17. removing -recovery from super stunners self rez adding misc end drain resist to various support sets. sonic, thermal, etc o2 boost reducing cost of powers, does not stack

You know how other sets have that lingering buff thing when you leave range of the caster for a few moments? can ffg get this? the FFG sometimes just bugs out in various ways that can leave you defenseless, a lingering buff that steamy mist/shadowfall/dispersion bubbles have could bridge the actual gaps FFG leaves behind

  20. fire, ice, water >>> storm. these are primaries with rains trick arrow, marine, dark, cold dom, storm. these are secondaries with wide-area-slow effects to keep shit in the rains. the starting power "taser" can be used to light your oil slick here is a warning, going trick arrow will make it hard to go back to anything else. my fire and ice/trick arrow corrs skyrocketed to 50 and kept going until vet level 60something
  21. assuming you are they are being attacked you can switch to bodyguard and then goto command to get them attacking again
