  1. because for content below level 49 you really need to go out of your way and try to fail an AV and at 50 everything gets lore pets dropped on it
  2. lemme guess you think people still care about speed boost once their IOs kick in? the +recharge isnt needed if you already have permahasten but you been around for awhile so lets assume you mean 1v8 fights and siphon power can- nope lore pets people forget transfusion does not stack for -regen with the same caster increase density has some use early levels but we can stop pretending that there are other powers besides fulcrum in kinetics? like we are having more and more sets where you can select one power and another power is locked out but still technically a set has 10 powers in it if they can add powers beyond 9, that means they can probably maybe kinda sorta have less than 9 powers and if players could have the option, they would only select fulcrum shift from kinetics and have it be the only power set in the game thats a one power wonder fulcrum shift is just too strong just like perma unstoppable just like.. im too tired to make a list and most people will ignore this and brush this post off as they go back giggling fulcrumming themselves and dropping rains and or nukes because its OP
  3. Kinetics as a whole for all players needs to get revamped someday. Old devs changed up melee relying on tier9 only decades ago New devs are great at looking at old sets and revamping them And as it is, Kinetics is just too powerful. a single one can max a raids damage and i surely cannot be the only one who is actually bored being at max damage on a corr all the time. right? just running around with something stronger than perma buildup and aim combined thats easy to use, effects everyone, does not need IOs and nullifies the rest of the set, right?
  4. never toebombed? never got in a mayhem mission where you know ambushes were coming and set up like 3-4 mines and told your pets to stay at the door and piss off all the alarms at once?

  7. dont nerf base damage keep that diminishing damage on "overcap" targets --- give brutes maybe 50% more damage on their % cap and maybe a little more damage from fury or maybe get rid of that huge fury drain/fade/decay at 80%+ on fury i dont wanna run numbers scrappers and stalkers are still kings brutes get a little edge over tankers tankers dont have to suck it
  8. thats wishful thinking. many tfs are speed and 7 people generally dont like speaking up when one person speeds and the other 7 follow suit.. or speed is the standard now. and if you do you are the bully and the 6 turn on you sucks but thats homecoming and why i pretty much multibox with myself these days

  14. 3 necro/cold masterminds. there is just vomit and softcapped defense everywhere. and thanks to 3 steamy mists i do not fear fire or energy damage that does get through like super stunners 9 zombies, 18 cones 6 knights, 6 pbaoe auras and 3 soul extractions for 18 pets on demand vomit.
  15. scrapper with bio armor high base damage + bio armors buffs and debuffs really makes dual blades feel like a real set
  16. animation/activation time trimming. trying to play a fire/thermal and while i can move and jump around while the healing animations play they also feel too long. this impacts hybrid performance play or followup support actions. and its everything that feels too long, from twilight grasp to fortitude to recovery aura, etc
  17. Maybe 10-15 seconds off. the base Stuff like Tide Pool, Sleet, Freezing rain do pretty much the same thing but shorter cooldowns

  20. Is there a way to figure out who is multiboxing and can there be a different graph for multiboxers like there used to be a different graph for fiery aura?
  21. no synergy traps has mild defense meanwhile the pets have none, sure you can get some -tohit from the drones but there will still be a huge gap solo i can see you resummoning a medium amount, not much worries there but in large groups your pets will get eaten alive constantly to the point where its not even fun. unless you are grouping with a cold dom or ff character
  22. would also be nice to ignore characters and not whole accounts for pretty much the same reason sometimes raid recruiters suck, but they dont do it on every character
  23. dont know why you skipped one main set attack leadership defense is not that great, i know i have it but thats mostly for assault+forge and later on i had room to frankenslot in the defense auras soul extraction got buffed on homecoming and its good to have all the rech you can in it. i know it used to be an IO mule. procs in pets sounds great but not really, achilles is way overhyped. if anything the chance for buildup in knights is amazing since its always procing thanks to their damage aura +healing enhancements in the second upgrade increases their health nec.therm.txt
  24. you have a month on top of that you can pool resources you are not using. i pooled about a billion in loose change
