Electric Control: Jolting Chain: this power would be better if this triggered Ragdoll knockdown instead of issue0 Knocked-on-back knockdown. it takes longer to get back up from Ragdoll knockdown and it would feel more inline with getting tased Synaptic Overload: just needs a faster activation time/animation and somehow adding the jumps to apply or be effected by Domination. If the target you use on dies before you finish animating there is no confuse Electric Assault: Can Static Discharge get replaced with a new power? Basically Power Sink with moderate damage. Less severe endmod stuff to compensate Can Buildup get switched with Power Up? the endmod on Power Up would sync with the end draining nature of things better. Can Voltanic Sentinel's duration get bumped up to 2 minutes? this being a little worrywort thing to remember every 60 seconds is not fun. And lastly, can we get [Shocked!]?

rifle/dev will do much more damage huntsman with bane buildup is dickass damage for single target and OK aoe, even with rifle sneak attacks

10% is nothing, because defense/-tohit and not getting hit was the go-to game mechanic even back before inventions the old devs made everything hit super hard to compensate as a blaster you will probably never notice the extra 6%~ scaling since it starts at 3 or 4% and ends at 10%. and i am sure we all seen "that guy" on itf with 95% s/l resist ending up dying from running off on his own -
Total Revamp into Street Justice and Willpower Base: Initial Strike, Heavy Blow, Cross Punch(wider cone since pets are not that smart). High Pain Tolerance(modified to higher s/l resistance) and Fast healing with quick recovery folded into fast healing Tier1 upgrade: Rib Cracker, Spinning Strike. Indom Will, Heightened Senses Tier2 upgrade: Shin Breaker, Crushing Uppercut. Rise to the Challenge if pets can handle taunt toggles, or Up to a Challenge if not. Super strength and invul does not feel thuggy or natural. handclap sucks and since the bruiser tends to be outside of enforcers leadership anyways why not make him more survivable

i have no experience with corrs and ff but if you want to be useful and do damage as FF consider masterminds beasts and ninjas are nice pairs since they stack defense bots and thugs are OK but the lack of a snare pit will frustrate you eventually another thing is it sounds like you are over thinking it, most of my force field masterminds just has the big 3 bubbles and that new tier9 thats just a mule ya got personal attacks, you can squeeze in maneuvers early on and depending on how much inf you have you can start working on Cold Domination masterminds. between pet IOs, slotting maneuvers and arctic fog for defense your pets can get rather durable

power up does not have to have +dmg. can keep follow up

no idea for the few alts that can slot travel powers id rather have some set bonuses and single slot travel powers are probably better off with a 50 io and for pvp you cant beat teleporting to avoid trouble

No. I have been told many times that people on low population shards like the low population and this would disrupt every single one of them. And even then, this would lead to a global Global channel because we all know everyone would go back to using Global Help to chat like we did in year1 with regular Help chat. And, using arguments from the past, also no, disabling it yourself is not an answer or an option.

So many other sets needs help like this kat and broadsword has little cones energy crash was ok but it requires too much setup time or the charge fades between groups. whirling fists is so much better claws has to wait until 26 fault is this weird ass power that has like 3 different effects in it all with a chance to happen, damage is one of them or they wait until 26. swap fault and tremor, give them seismic smash at tier9 ice melee didnt have to give up greater ice sword for AS. ice patch is total crap

nah. its probably best to use the invaded galaxy city for various co-op task forces for all levels. villains can skulk around the sewers trying to get samples for later villainy stuff but like every heist with something super natural something goes wrong and the rest of the sf is just trying to get out alive. required to complete the mission ambushes constantly coming at you, shivians amassing someplace underground blocking the only exit, etc. levels 8-15 heroes can use instanced versions of adjacent zones fighting off the shivans that are breaking containment, level whatever to whatever add in some mid level stuff and then work your way up to heroes and villains going inside the meteor for other stuff and things. if you want galaxy city back you can ask the devs to make ouro zones active, bring back the contacts inside those ouro zones and whatnot

I multibox because: I hate speed task forces most of the time, so many people do not advertise their TFs properly and say "speed btw" with the start TF menus queued up. with multiboxing i can kill through and move at my own pace I hate people who fuck with the battlefield all the time, knockback, fold space and so on. they cant piss me off if they never existed I play late and at random times. being wide awake at 5am isnt the groupiest of times Triple the rewards. Sure half merits for the two box accounts but still gets drops/inf from repeating it as i cycle main account alts. im firefarming so much less these days because of multiboxing task forces I still join instant action quick things tho, yins, itf, posis, etc solo tho. its not all bad

I can live without alternate forms based on upgrades. Especially if that leads to us being able to fully customize pets
