Just the energy shield from arena/pvp zone accolade for synapes/yins Before I used to care about the ally rez power, then realize not many people die these days and the rez pack from the start vendor has something better I used to care about the +recharge power but realized its juts 10% and maybe one thing a day with an hours time then a few infiltration alts at +movement stations but then not so much care these days
  2. Normally in one mission in Synapes its a broken down office, might be Berthas mission in boomtown I never recall any random running scared citizens but today I seen one and it was actively following us. it was still kinda running away and shivering but running back to us. Are we being watched?
  3. Because I adapted and had plenty of fire controllers that didnt work. had a fire/thermal and fire/emp. even the dreaded fire/kin. radi, trick and storm were just the ones that made it through to the end
  4. You are just being dramatic at this point. My fire controllers are fine and I dont notice anything world-ending since my secondaries do most of the work on keeping me alive. As for my blasters oh well, Bonfire was neat to have as a one slot thing but I mostly wanted fireshield and phoenix As for my masterminds I never took said fire masteries because of how amazing Mace or Mu was anyways. But I really would like to know what secondaries you are running with your fire controllers at this point. Please dont say kinetics.

After playing with my Controllers bonfire for a few task forces it feels like how they nerfed ice slick a decade and a half ago. instead of being chain knocked down all the time they are able to get a few steps in, but because of fire cages that does not happen. 5/6 bombardment and 1 SA:kb2kd slotting
  6. I feel that continuing to force you to rethink characters wont go anywhere. So lets try the guilt route. Fire Control has changed. Your fire control alts wish you would change too. Your fire control alts wish to feel the freedom of lighting the room on fire to control the enemies with death and destruction. Your fire control alts want to hold the Intuition Partial Radial Revamp in the palm of their hands or using the lesser used hamis to maximize damage with Peroxisomes Set your fire/radi troller free by ditching Cinders and embracing the color-tintable Choking Cloud into instantly holding bosses when paired with 4/6 Basilisk's and 2 Perox hamis Feel the happiness from your fire/storm troller with lots of KB2KDs throwing out bonfire, tornado(not hurricane), freezing rain and so on for maximum dots Let your fire/trick arrow troller light the whole god damn room on fire while stacking two blinds and two single target holds
  7. @WindDemon21, @LastHumanSoldier Bonfire is for damage. yeah sure you might see 6 damage a tick but you need to slap on fire cages, hot feet and your single target dots also rolling. In addition its probably no longer a one slot wonder for epic pools. I recommend 5/6 Bombardment(skip proc) and 1 kb2kd in Bonfire.

First is something slutty (or sultry depending on your skin thickness) with the oracle robes And then buckle down for like a week or so doing respecs and planning characters as well as repurpose names and current characters to shuffle around concepts new and old like not totally understanding the purpose of a classic plague doctor as my water/poison corr gets a makeover And after that come to good terms with my Bane spider that has not been logged on in 1,289 days

  12. What I would like to see is a new NPC in most/every zone that issues large count outdoor street sweeping missions with daily and/or weekly cooldowns. Said zones come with level cutoffs and requirements to take said missions Like a level 20 or higher trying to take a Grand Bounty mission in Perez to hunt level 8-10 skulls/hellions is a no go Or a level 35 trying to take a Grant Hunt in Grandville is a little too low But a level 35 trying to take on a Grand Bounty mission in RWZ is acceptable due to the wide range of enemies But there are some zones that can be considered two zones such as Skyway city north/south Now since the Homecoming team unlocked Cimerora's citadel or whatever its called for the world map that can be another hunt for level 45-50 only people. 200-300 traitors for a weekly reward wont be that bad Too many variables, too many zones but you get the idea Hazard zones having a higher kill count makes sense. going into perez and taking out 50-100 hellions and 50-100 skulls should not be too bad But city zones like Steel canyon which can be a pain in the ass to find 100 of a single enemy group can be cut down to 10-20 counts, but hunt multiple enemy types. Since Steel South is home to CoT, Council, Clocks and so on hunting 10 of each will make it grand enough. As for rewards there are plenty to pick from. from x10 regular mission exp to paps to merits to vanguard merits to whatever reward is for pvp zones and all those rewards can vary depending on daily or weekly or the zone itself. temp powers for tohit or recharge or charges of experienced
  13. What happened to that -50% damage mechanic to pets when the things self rezzed? Was going to crowdsource other auto-hit powers to also do 50% reduced damage to pets like Freak Stunners and other things
  14. Conserve Power from Energy Manipulation in Assault Bot would be new to me. All pets having this would be a neat idea
  15. I highly doubt that there is a mechanic or whatever its called that can tie your pets levels to the adjusted level of the maps owner. But if your leader/map owner had a +2 adjusted level, your pets will gain +1 for the maps duration. and if the leader/map owner was set to +4, your pets will be +2. Then again this does nothing for outdoor activities such as Hami, ship, GMs, etc. So with level 30 being the breaking point of when players IOs start turning on I thought that was a nice jumping point for permanent plus pet levels oh and the level 12/20 was purely for more use on lower level task forces. something like having the arsonist in posi or two gargs in synapes

Level 6 - the same Level 12 - Third T1 pet Level 20 - Second T2 pet Level 30 - Tier1 pets gain +1 level Level 40 - Tier2 pets gain +1 level Level 50 - Tier1 pets gain another +1 level And because adding +1 knock protection worked out so well for Fiery Aura maybe add +1 knock protection to Supremacy

  18. bad team if im playing support fun good team turned up to +4 fun felt good using Vengeance on a recent Positron and constantly healing and knowing said veng was the only reason we got through an early ambush on city hall + every god damn group around the doors but then again a +4 yin on my thug/trick arrow lighting everything on fire is just as fun

AFK'd for like 10 minutes Noticed the knocked off gate near the trainer/yin was huge Then I noticed it was getting bigger I seen this before with a random book in Steel's college but never let it get this big before Performance is not effected Moving a distance away from the original point of the gate caused it to fall through the world and reset

Bot/trap for longterm strength. after level 50 with frankenslotting hamis to max acc/dmg/endred/defense, ff gen and maneuvers you can softcap pets bot/trick for lots of offense. oil slick can be lit by your photon grenade or your bots energy sprays. flash arrow is also the backbone of the set its insane bot/dark is the ageold classic. all the -tohit stacks with your bots +defense very well i never tried bot/time but sounds nice on paper whatever you pick having a snare pit goes best with bots. with the level 26 upgrade the firepits made by your assbot causes a lot of fear. caltrops, glue arrow, dark pit, etc
