Human only is just not enough damage for me I dropped dwarf form from my last respec because of toggle suppression allowing me 35% resist most in human form for utility clicks I bound Nova Form to the `/tilde key for easy shifting /bind ` powexecname "Nova Form" I have enough recharge to just cycle Nova Blast and Glint Eyes endlessly as low as level 20ish If Vanity has its teeth into you just go play a Sentinel as they got buffed recently and I am personally just rolling out the Sentinel alts. ranged damage, armor and you can see yourself But if Pride also has a hold of you preventing you from playing a sentinel then I dunno what to tell you -
Dominator > Mind Control > Enhancement screen numbers

Ok Windows11 has this new annoying snipping thing whenever I hit PrintScreen on top of a delayed.. screenshot time something. like i had a picture with a power analyzer showing the crey eliminator has 0% psi resist but the screenshot took before i used the power analyzer and between the corpse going away and the snipers in the area i said screw it. this is all i got. and this power info window is the same as the enhancement window because the win11 snip thing did not show enhancement menu mouseover info because why not. -
Slotted Mesmerize for Damage. says it does 110~ damage, but does 60~ damage. tested on council, freak, tsoo and family. Meanwhile Dominate slotted for damage says it does 40~ damage, but does 60~ damage. same groups tested

i dunno about this one. low damage rains like sleet and freezing rain cause lots of killshot messages despite doing maybe 30 damage at level 50

I been trying it and not liking Storm Cell being so slow. The group is already dead by the time it catches up or you cant AoE very much because of the Repel effect on Jet Would be better if Direct Strike or Cloudburst summoned it to your targeted enemy.

talking about like 5 classes within two archetypes is confusing to even prep the confusion something thing. so heres a go: Wolves and Crabs: Merge Area Web Grenade with Venom Grenade, bump up the damage by maybe 10-20%, rename it Spider Venom Grenade. This is to make room for another power, a third single target ranged attack that has High/Heavy damage. This will not only help with their single target damage pre-pets, but put them on par with Khelds Banes and Widows, allow constant chances for mini-crits like Blaster's Shinobi has IF you have taken Mask/Cloak. Higher chance for melee attacks, lower chance for ranged attacks. My Widow is fanfuckingtastic without stealth in the damage department. But my Bane sucks super hard due to long animation attacks, low base damage ranged attacks. I say cut the cone blast and add in Whirling Mace. Or add a higher damage mod for the Bane ranged attacks. Hell even an animation/activation time trimming would do wonders. Wolves and Spider pets, their attacks need to get reworked to be more ranged friendly and stay ranged. Due to their recharge intensive pet nature it is impossible to have them perma and have room for the two pet defense IOs. This can be somewhat managed if the Pets can take SoA ATOs. a 5/6 set without the recharge/proc has plenty of Recharge in it to keep t1 and t2 perma and allow room to slot pet defense aura IOs. This or cut down on T1 and T2 pet recharge times. High accuracy or auto-hit fights really edge out wolves/spiders effectiveness I dont play forts all that much, the ranged psi damage seems real low compared to crabs aoe, widows melee and so on

This happens on every TF. try these to fix 1.) no one reenter the mission and everyone attempt to call the contact, leadership gets autopassed without UI update 2.) everyone log out for like a minute or so

Oh and I forgot about some sonic reso tips: Now that we can select the second power in our secondary you can skip Siphon. Siphon is ok and all but things in this game die fast. You generally wont have time to setup some inner-headcanon-theory-crafting ideas when a +4 boss died before you could process what I just said. Stick to: Sonic Barrier Sonic Haven Sonic Dispersion Disruption Field While I do take Sonic Siphon at later levels.. you get way more mileage out of Assault. Between its single target nature and chance to miss it was a level 44/47/49 power pick Sonic Cage and Sonic Repulsion will get you kicked or the group will disband. Both are extreme high annoyance Clarity is a rare-situational use thing. Your bubble will block most cc. and many people will just pop a breakfree or wait it out than call it out. Maybe if Clarity gave Knockback protection because inner ear magic I can see this being a neato thing with Masterminds And Liquefy is 101% shit. Its long cooldown and no -spd/snare holds it back so much

Sonic/Psi blaster. 3 cone attacks, 2 PBAoE attacks. Howl>Siren>psi scream. later levels nuke>psi shockwave. sonic's shockwave got a buff but didnt have room for KB2KD tax in final build plus had 5 other options for aoe. Sonic/Sonic Corr. its ok, not great. Howl>Siren with enough recharge in build is enough. I do not recommend Sonic Reso Masterminds unless you have a way to PL to 50 and min/max your build. sonic buffs + pet aura IOs can lead up to 75% resist most. ranged based pets may get a pass to level up normally Had a Kin/Sonic def that I remade into a Sonic/Kin Corr. Also the character that taught me debuffs and buffs are additive and not multiplicative. still strong. Not interested in min/max? Earth/Sonic troller, ground spawn king. Rifle/Sonic Corr. I wanted a secondary with little involvement Radiation/Sonic Blaster. Lots of PBAoE with work with atih and i thought Chernobyl's Echo was neat

Consider Cold Dom. nin/ff is amazing early on but at mid/max levels when you got slots for the pet auras you.. go a little overcap. This is without powerboost. also PFF shuts off Supremacy/Dispersion/Leadership on your pets

if you dont mind the smaller radius on oil slick arrow go blaster. access to buildup will also be a plus

Toxic DoT, single hold, wrist mounted shot T3 - Area Wide Web Grenade, toxic dot, -spd, -rech, -fly, immobilize T4 - Pepper Round, fire/toxic damage, disorient, single target T5 - Discombobulating Shots, full auto but beanbags. -spd, -res, -def, 10% chance to stun target for mag1 for 5 seconds, low-medium damage T6 - Flashbang Grenade, Energy/Smashing damage, area stun, -visibility, -acc T7 - Choking Gas Grenade, Smashing/initial damage, creates a patch per target hit that causes random hold effects T8 - Neuroscrambler Dart, Ranged foe -end, -recovery, -dmg, -acc. single target, wrist mounted shot T8v2 - Sleep Grenade, awoken sleeping targets have a Groggy effect, -acc, -dmg, -res, -def. due to this, no auto-hit sleep T9 - Hard Suit. pet comes with a mishmash of control and rifle attacks. -- Rifle Assault T1 - Burst T2 - Riflebutt, mag1 stun T3 - Dragonbreath Round, cone lethal/fire damage with fire/lethal dot T4 - Slug T5 - Dirty/Dishonorable Shot. lethal stab, fire/smash point blank shot. think final fantasy but with a bayonet T6 - Fragmentation Grenade, smashing/lethal initial damage, Lethal DoT T7 - Freezethrower, cone cold dot. -spd, -rech T8 - Sniper Rifle T9 - Heavy Burst from Wolf Spiders

Making the "Weave" power more accessible

Either that or Give Boxing or Kick a defense buff when you use it while Weave is on. Much like Storm Kick giving tanks and brutes defense. This way Boxing or Kick can at the very least be Defense Set mules. -
100~ merits + hamio 5 PAPs + hamio 24 emps + hamio i can also work with this if each had their own 18 hour lockout

well that explains why hey are like 4m a piece -
with enough rech im just using eyes and blast as low as level 20. between the higher base damage than blasters, and nova form giving a damage buff, and IO that boosts nova form damage i do not know what you mean

I never have but sounds like you are a melee oriented blaster. Irradiate>thunder strike(with kb2kd) with dynamo running on top of other melee attacks, the end sapping thing. just a lot of point blank aoes and melee stuff. skip haze and give it a shot

Use the Disruption Field toggle on Spec Ops. because they lack cone attacks they can do just fine in melee. Plus they can Rifle Butt. With Pet IOs and Sonic stuff they are 75% resist most, 90% s/l
