bots/cold can get to softcap easily enough as long as you frankenslot your prot bot and fog. -regen has rarely been an issue unless you are soloing stuff just for reasons, but strong enough in bot/cold resist/3% global def in upgrade 1 to save a slot golgi in upgrade 2 because why not. final build just has 1 rech in maint drone. between high defenses and prot bots also healing at level 26(21) just was not as needed as i thought it was going to be radiation for masterminds is just not ideal for me due to the small radius on its debuffs. there will always be a stray or two and constantly retoggling ate away at me years ago

How about a compremise Underlings do not count to the agro cap And there can be a Taunt judgement that gives you a temp buff to go over the agro cap for a limited time. as long as you promise not to herd with it

This is a best case scenario when the caster waits. most of the time the fire/kin just blows up and moves on. When you really break down Fulcrum Shift it really is just too powerful and there is nothing that holds a candle to it. there is not enough -resist from a single source that can come close to FS. nothing else can cap damage from a single caster

Steamer population boosts never last because when the streamer moves on due to another game for entertainment verity or other reasons the players leave as well. most of them anyways. And the actual regulars just get hurt.

I thought it was going to be about Fulcrum Shift. Seeing an uptick of people complaining that its too strong, a single cast can allow one person to wipe out group after group effortlessly and the fact it trivializes everything else in its own set. That would be impossible to answer anyways due to the extreme amount of variables involved. From the person, to what you are slotting for and what you have for Inf or the characters sets. Then there is also the variable of people who play the game and actively use the forums. from my experience in project1999, swgemu and wow, only a fraction of players actively use the forums. But when page5 hit I been dropping taunts on brutes/scrappers for a defense mule. And playing the game in mostly task forces I rarely see people actually taunt. And even less times seeing it being useful since things die so fast. Also page5s power selection cram in the 20s really made builds tight
