  1. Kat/Rad. The plus def attack should get you to melee defense soft cap pretty easy. Rad is great on a scrapper. I have a psi/shield and it is fine but don't play it much.
  2. There are probably some pretty cool pairings with war mace that would look cool with stone. I’d probably go shield it you like the look with shield. I shave an electric/WM tank and it’s cool. Think the taunt looks cool with WM sand shield.

  5. I have it in total focus. It procs all the damn time there and total focus itself doesn’t really matter if it procs. But energy transfer critting after a build up and total focus is an insane amount of damage. Mine is em/inv and it is a tank.
  6. I was iffy on the touch of Nictus proc. Think the two shifters and the panacea will sure it up but gonna try it out. Rest I need to look at when I’m at the computer. thanks for all the feedback. I’ll mash them all together and post again. Planning on taking barrier to hit soft cap and get resists up a bit more as I plan to run offensive the vast majority of the thin.

  9. Anyone got a build laying around? Seems fun so far and did ice/shield and it was fun but shield doesn’t even need ice patch and thought it would help bio more. Also, where to put the crit proc? Frost?

  13. Just use fire. Maybe standard if you’re solo and need the mitigation. But I stay in fire.
  14. /sr. Perma hasten easier and can proc out attacks and still be soft capped easily. DDR capped so won’t need a heal. Only 5 toggles needed so won’t have end issues and no psi hole.
  15. I’ve got a beam/inv sent. It’s a lot of fun and the secondary is a set and forget.
  16. I would like to play SS on a scrap. Just cause I want a Foot Stomp that crits. Stone Melee is close with the aoes. Energy melee is close with the single target attacks. The only thing missing is being able to do these without any effects from stone or energy. MA is close, but not the same as SS. My main on live was ma/sr, but probably cause it was/is the closest to Spider-Man, although his bio was just "I know Kung-Fu" but Matrix was newish then.

  18. I need to post by build tomorrow. I preciously had a build that had the 2k health but got a crazier dos build. If has crazy aoe dos too. Had the 4 villains in cone range just doing blinding feint the finisher cone trust the name escapes me and 1k cuts. Both fit in the crit chance proc.
  19. I sounds cool but fear just ultimately sucks. You hit them at all they they hit back. It’s alright but nothing great.
  20. You can farm with a ton of stuff. Do what you wants. My ta/a def can s/l solo farm as a nice side effect. I can farm on my staff/wp brute. Not fast but it’s super safe.
  21. Mine is beam/inv not direct rip off but his costume for sure is.
