  1. This one has s/l/e soft capped. Hasten is 3 seconds shy of perma not counting ageless. I'm most worried about accuracy at this point wiht all the procs. If I'm going to end up taking ageless, which at this point it looks like I am, I may switch stuff around and softcap to ranged instead and lower recharge some. This would let me do a resist shield instead of defense shield. I'm currently playing a much older build which is soft capped to ranged defense but isn't procc'd out.
  2. Good call then on Ageless. Maybe I was thinking of the alpha slot that messes with proc rates. Usually proc out scrappers and take musculature and barrier so don't have to worry either way.   3. Those extra def IOs are way over cap and not really helping much. I'd for sure take weave before manuevers. You could do both and free up slots for def bonuses. Hasten isn't even close to perma and DB doesnt' even really need it if you ask me. Blinding Feint then attack vitals is a great st chain and it doesn't require hasten.   6. I've got a build I've put together. It isn't focused on travel speed after all. I'll start a new thread as to not highjack yours.
  7. I’m gonna be working on one tomorrow. Dusted my ta/a off tonight and it is horribly in need of an update after the changes, whenever they were. I hadn’t played the toon at all in at least 6 months. I’m gonna try and proc the hell out of all the debuffs. I’m sure I’ll take all they fly powers so I’ll try to max that while I’m at it.

    Played well. Really fun and different having a brute that didn’t actually hit the enemiy with their fists or swords. Just casting darkness upon them for their evil ways.

    I changed Touch of Fear to procs but with running agility the chance for firing was only 1/3. I changed Gloom to Devestation and put the brute set into Touch of Fear.     I have an ice/spines tank and it is a lot of fun, because of the reasons above. Heard the scrap t9 is better on a scrapper than tank. I have glacier on the tank but I’m unsure if I’ve ever actually had to use it. I have a spines/bio and having two damage auras is sweet.
  20. I basically have to take cj just because I’m used so used to the movement. I can’t stand hover fighting all though I usually take flight as travel power on all toons.
  21. Finally got him to 50 this weekend and got him all slotted up. Ran several itfs over the weekend. Ran an apex/tin this evening. He performs really well. He is an end hog but it fills up fine with the heal. Thanks for the build help.

  23. Unless /SR is somehow totally different than it is on scrappers, tanks, or sentinels, there is absolutely no way it isn’t S rank or whatever would be above S rank.
  24. Ground zero is unique as it also heals everyone in range. It’s just a fun power in general.
  25. With /sr you won’t need any end boost. I played both db /ea and /sr to incarnate levels and /sr is just better. Especially when any -def debufs are involved. Both t9s are negligible but good mules and might be more relevant if content gets harder. The heal is cool but isn’t as good as the resist that scales.
