    Rad/SS. Any good ?

I'll check all that out, thanks. I"ll still take taunt though as it is required. Any brute/tank that doesn't take taunt is just wrong. There are too many reasons to list, but it is required if you're wanting to play the class correctly. Yes, taunt auras and attacks taunt, but nothing pulls mobs off people in trouble or grabs attention like taunt.

    Rad/SS. Any good ?

Also, I would never make a tank or brute without taunt. Good ideas though.

    Rad/SS. Any good ?

Gotta take Ground Zero. That power is just too much fun. And it is an angel toon so healing everyone fits. I had an elec/rad scrap for this but I hate elec melee now. With all the procs, you find surviviability is still fine?

    Rad/SS. Any good ?

Thanks. I’ll check out build. Mids is currently giving me all kinds of trouble. Straight stealing a build will be helpful. He is only in high teens at the moment so have a while on end game build.
  5. Gonna give it a whirl. Seems fun. Any one have some insight?

    KM/SR

I did same with dual blades and energy vs sr. Played energy all the way to 50 plus io’d and just didn’t like it. I do a lot of ITFs so debuffs were part of it.

    Nature Question

Does burn out help with nature buffs? I’ve had overlap in teams and seems like they don’t stack if multiples from same person. A lot was going on at the moment so unsure.
  8. Burnout any good for nature? Unsure if buffs would stack with themselves or not.

    NA Secondaries

My nature is /sonic but it was more thematic than anything else. I do like Sonic’s nova as it is super quick and can get back to healing. I only take two other at attacks and the build up to go with nova. I should probably have the one cone but don’t. Nature is a lot of fun. Ice would probably good as you can stack holds with the aura.
  10. Mine has it I just turn off for ITF starred but have it and world of confusion for other content.
  11. Thanks again y’all for all the replies. Made a second build for my db/sr. It’s over 60s def for all not counting barrier. So far, I’ve done a 1-3 star on him. Runs really well. No accuracy issues. Dodging about as much as possible. Smooth attack chain without hasten. Also, did first 4 star on my main, sav/inv. Did just fine. Tanked Rom at the end for about half of one of his “lives” when tank died for a moment. He was just fine with no “special rework”. Had a great team though so I’m sure that was 95% of it.

    Am I crazy?

    Really don’t think so.
  13. I will say this about the main post. I’ve done six or eight of the new ITFs. Few I’d each aside from 1 4 star. I’ve yet to see a brute on any of them. I’ve scrapped on a few, tanked one, and buffed/rebuffed the others. People are getting picky about what goes on the team, which is fine. Unsure if no one bringing brutes or they being asked to change.
  14. mine is ill/storm and this sounds fun. If you get this going let me know and I’ll join.
  15. I’ll have to check but 10 seconds seems too long. Like if you monitor a stat and the little pop up shows that stat, that one take 10 seconds to update? I doubt that is accurate though. I can pop elude and see it shoot right up, for example.
  16. Well, I’ll see how close to 70 I can get. It’s db/sr that’s currently proc’d to hell and back. His accuracy is likely too low to hit on 3-4 star I’m betting. So, slotting some sets instead of procs should help both acc and def. Thanks for all the replies.
  17. Is it possible? At any difficulty? I assume the value gets higher the harder it goes but have no idea. Thought about trying to get there if it is even possible.
  18. That isn’t what I was saying at all. Read it again. It’s not either it but sentinels way worse than brutes could ever hope to be.
  19. Go play a sentinel for a few hundred levels. Then come back here and try to complain about brutes. Drop mic.
  20. What’s a good slotting while you’re leveling up? Good procs for the power? Is it theft of nictus proc that is good in there as well? Looking for good slotting to get the most out of it while leveling. Toon is 23 but will be 27 tomorrow night I’m sure. Currently have 5 preventative medicine and an acc/rech or acc/heal I. There now but haven’t tested it yet.

    SS/Fire farmer

It is still what I farm on. I don’t farm much at all though to be fair. Usually only to pl my own toons from 2-27 or a couple levels to get to next tf unlock. It is still good but I hear rad/fire is the way to go. Hard to beat footstomp in my opinion
