The attacks can still miss but they couldn’t toward completing the combo even if they miss, so you’ll always be able to complete and execute the last part to get the effect.
-
I’ve got an axe/ice scrap. Pulling them into slows is neat.
-
Slotting the power transfer heal proc 4 places when you’re 50 helps. Regen still sucks though. I leveled and max io’d/incarnated out a scrapper, brute, and sentinel. Deleted two of them. Still have the scrapper but only cause it’s electric blast and don’t have another electric blast. Gotta use IH before you’re dying. Using it at half health likely won’t help much. It’s all a juggling act that isn’t worth the effort. I do look forward to the inevitable conclusion though.

Build is really good. I'd change a bit, but it runs well. Damage is good, survivability is good, end is a lil rough but not bad. I will switch a couple things, but thanks for the feedback.

Am I going too much on the defense and resist? Just go for hasten and slot more procs and ff+rech? I'm torn. Current build I'm playing is different from above and fine, just looking to improve. Need the PFF for Booster Gold homage and I named the gun turret Skeets although only one of the two is named that. Have a Megaman ish costume as well though.
-
Ice/Ice/Ice. Slows, slows, more slows, ice patch if they do get close, three holds, and can easily soft cap s/l. Sentinels got buffed recently but they still don't do great damage. They are the obvious solution though if you want a tanky blaster. It depends on if tanky means just being able to survive or hold aggro though. Sentinels don't get held which I love but the aoes don't hit as many or as hard which I don't like. I have about as many toons of both. Way more scrappers than either combined though. Maybe a scrapper? May I suggest spines/something? Or claws/something? They have ranged options if that is your preference. Could easily make an all ranged scrapper with either of those and pool/ancillary powers.
-
Maybe something like this? With T4 barrier, it puts s/l resist over cap, and ranged def over soft cap. Slotting up Force of Nature gets it close to cap for other resist aside from psi. Procc'd out Nova. Lost recharge but still up every minute. This Hero build was built using Mids Reborn 3.4.7 https://github.com/LoadedCamel/MidsReborn Click this DataLink to open the build! Might try and drop leadership pool and get power push and smoke grenade. Power push would come in handy when one gets too close. Edit, also, dropping those toggles I'd likely go barrier instead of ageless that I've had now. Current build is pretty old but works fine.

Not solo. Want /force.

Keep tweaking and forget to post before I go to bed.
-
I’ve got one I can post tomorrow but thought I’d ask while we wait. Maybe got good build? Mine is /force for the bubble.
-
Please disregard I’m good now.
-
Trying rad/sonic at the moment as well. Still undecided.
-
I tried sonic/sonic and didn’t seem to go well together with the cones and aura. Leveling fire/fire now and don’t really like /fire. Thinking of giving fire/sonic a whirl. Anyone done this and have any comments or suggestions? I like both melee from /sonic so will be blapping to do those and get the -resist going from sonic aura I imagine.
-
Claws/rad is super fun.
-
I have a claws/rad it’s pretty fun. Fairly durable. I’ve had two rad scrappers and both tough. Other is elec and I just can’t stand elec.
-
I did axe/ice and it’s fun. Pull them all into the slow aura.
-
My stone/ma is soft capped defense to all but psi and hard capped to all resist including psi. It’s fun flipping around in granite too. Has taunt, a taunt aura, and an aoe. I think the ultimate tank is one that has taunt. Too many times I’ve teamed with tanks and brutes that don’t have taunt and refuse to acknowledge that they suck.
-
Rad/ss. Bunch of procs. It’s a lot of damage. Also it’s not much fun and the end is horrible.
-
It’s fun as hell. I put ato proc in hemorrhage and it fires all the time. Savage leap proc’d out is fantastic. It’s not my best scrapper. It’s my main and savage/inv fits vampire theme perfectly if you ask me. There are better. There might not be worse. It’s a fun set though.
-
Psy is cool. Can make the energy shield match your weapons if you want. And shield charge and pay’s big aoe knocks up too.
-
Where the best spot for the ATO proc? Best ST chain? Probably not taking any snipe.
