  1. Ah! I see now. Thanks for the clarification. From what I recall, PPMs are calculated by recharge time of the power with any enhancements to recharge slotted being part of that calculation. However, global recharge is not. Would anyone know the probability of ToE firing on any given activation so long as no recharge is enchanced? With a 3.5 PPM and a 30 recharge base, I would think it would fire pretty much nearly all the time.
  2. Hmm, maybe I'm just not understanding correctly, but I feel like these are two conflicting statements. If it can only proc once per activation, then ToE wouldn't even overcome Dark Regens endurance cost, let alone ease DA's end issues. What am I not getting?
  3. What details can you share on that? Will this set also have a grapefruit spray based blind?
  4. Well, pfft, yeah, obvious priorities and all. 1. Energy Melee retool 2. Banana Peel customization 3. Everything else I think we can all agree on that.
  5. Can we please get a customization for Ice Control's Ice Slick that has banana peels instead of ice? kthxbye
  6. How do +Endurance procs work in DR for Dark Armor? Is the chance per activation, or per target hit? And would it be beneficial to slot the Panacea and Theft of Essence procs both?
  7. Warshades added.
  8. Oy. Woops. So I did some digging and can't find anything. I could have been completely wrong. 😞
  9. I hadn't. But it's time to get off my ass and start making more icons. So I've gotten Peacebringer done, and will work on Warshade next. Then the VEATs.
  10. Couldn't find any comments relating to this in the past couple of pages... I'm getting this message when I try to run from a fresh install: Message: Parameter is not valid. Trace: at System.Drawing.Bitmap..ctor(Sting filename) at I9Gfx.LoadEnhancements() Any idea what's gone wrong?
  11. I can take what's been done so far and put together a zip file. Are we ok to post dropbox links on here? Or is there a more preferred way of supplying files on the forums?
  12. Hi-res is going to be a relative term here. For use as an icon (usually something meant to be smaller), or an avatar, these would be considered hi-res since those things are meant to be about 100x100 pixels, and at that size, these were made to be clear and visible. What's in game and currently exists seems to be built for 32x32. Something like a background image would need to be anywhere from 1080 to 4K resolution. Making power icons that large would have taken up a lot of space. Fortunately for you, the AT icons we made in vector art, so it's quite easy to scale up. I'll send you a Sentinel icon at 1080. 🙂
  13. Thanks! I wasn't aware of that.
  14. Not sure why, but the Ace badge doesn't seem to be rewarding properly. I'm right where I need to be for it, but nothing happens. Any ideas?

    Kudos

Shameless plug: check my sig for other hi-res icons. 😜
  16. It seems the last patch has done something to Arc ID# 2915, as it gives me an error message as soon as I try to step into it, and closes the story arc out. Is anyone else having this issue?
  17. Hard pass. Or /jranger. There are many older threads that still get new comments from time to time. Plenty of topics are on-going. Just wiping them out would end many conversations that aren't finished.
  18. I'm for bringing back a Statesman, but not the Statesman. He got his powers from the Well, so why not let the Well bestow those powers on someone new. You could even have a story arc you play out (not as your own character, but as the soon-to-be new Statesman). And as someone mentioned earlier, it could play into the creation of the next Incarnate abilities (should we ever get that far). I like the idea of an iconic hero that's the exemplifies the spirit of the game. He/She doesn't have to be in all the content. They just need to be a mascot.
  19. You raised a good point about the diversity in slow powers themselves. But you're going overkill on Slow there. Also, I don't think the game's code for IOs would be able to differentiate which Rech/Slow you had slotted, and might not allow you to place two different ones. You could also do something like this: • Rech/Slow • Acc/Slow • End Red/Slow • Rech/End/Slow • Acc/Rech/End • Chance for Cold or Psi Damage Totals of a L50 set: Slow: 100.7% — Recharge: 68.6% — Accuracy: 47.7% — End Redux: 68.6% You don't really lose anything in slow (because ED) and you get more recharge and endurance reduction out of it. Negligible loss in accuracy bonus, and a damage proc. I chose Cold or Psi because they fit the debuff theme of slow. The bonuses from the set would probably have to be a little on the smaller/moderate side considering the enhancement values being equivalent to 8 slotting the power.
  20. I can appreciate trying to keep the buffs from being game breaking, but keeping them so low that they provide no observable difference in play seems just as pointless as VET leveling past 100. And trying to find the right balance in between is probably going to be too difficult to measure. And if further Incarnate abilities are ever developed, then those buffs would have to be looked at again. What about tying recipe drops to VET levels after 100. So at level 103, you get a rare drop. 106, 109, 112...., same chance for rare. Maybe make every 30th level a Very Rare drop. Or an ATO drop?
  21. I don't play MMs, so I have no clue. I'm just aware that some use it for their ranged pets. It's pretty niche, I know, but still worth considering when touching Group Fly. Not that I'm against the change. I'm just trying to make sure I understand the suggestion and whether or not it could negatively impact that play style.
  22. I'm going to claim ignorance here. Does that still have the same ease of play as being able to toggle Group Fly on and off for a MM and his/her pets?
  23. The problem with that is not being able to turn off group fly when you don't need it. And even if you had it work like a Hybrid power, you'd then be left with waiting for it to recharge when you need it. I could see MM players who use it with their pets getting pretty upset by the change. I could see combining Teleport Foe/Recall Friend. But instead of Jaunt, I might be more interested in a TP attack power. SS having a defense bonus doesn't make a lot of sense since its speed is suppressed in combat. Also, keeping SS toggled during combat is a bit of an end drain. What about replacing one of it's powers with a "Combat Jumping" adjacent ability? Say, a +run speed ability that grants a CJ level def bonus, and also has a strong resist to slow. If CJ can provide Immobilize protection, having a Speed pool power that resist Slows makes a lot of sense. CJ+Acrobatics would be a bit strong, and a lot of people like CJ for the in combat mobility and low endurance cost. Balancing the end cost to combine the two could be a loss for a lot of players.
  24. Whoa, whoa, whoa. There's no need to disparage cannabis like that. What about a Statesman from an alternate timeline. I like the idea of the "original" staying dead, but having a slightly different one brought in through a compelling storyline. Could be a fun Incarnate level arc.
