Hi Welcome back. Unfortunately copying saved characters from live is impossible. Even saved costumes are unlikely to work as over the years there have been so many changes that most parts are invalid now. I don't know the technical reasons why it's not possible, but the question has been asked a few times over the years and it's always been the same answer. All you can do is recreate them ingame and build them up again. The good news is that with all the change it's a lot easier to level them up, get all the incarnate abilities, and buy all those enhancements you wanted but didn't have the billions to buy. Half a billion inf will fully kit out your character a lot of the time, and they'll be magnificent.

Basically common courtesy. No streaming behind a paywall, and inform all players in the team that you are going to be streaming so they can nope out of it if they wish. Same if you add new players mid stream. No berating people or being rude about them while you are streaming. If someone is dying a lot or struggling then regular banter is fine (Venge bait back in the game) but nothing rude or judgemental or offensive. Nothing out of the ordinary 🙂

Pop a ticket in with the account name, the email you are currently using, and any information we might be able to use to prove it's you like global, some alt names etc. Then an alternative email address and the leads can change it for you. It has to be an unused email as each email address is tied to an account

Hi Open the launcher and click the validate button. That might help. If it's bvadly corrupted you might need to delete the game folder and redownload it. Save any custom folders like AE arcs and costumes first

I find the VEATs harder at low levels and beasts at high levels. And villains somewhat harder than heroes. As people have said, get the starter enhancements from the START vendor, they are good up to a decent level. The free powers can help while you are low on attacks, and the boosts are cheap at your level and really helpful. If you are new and struggling a polite shout out on general will often net you some free inf. We like to pay it forward so get inf when we start then give it to new players when we have a lot ourselves.

It's not being ignored. There are only a handful of people at the top who can actually do anything so it's in their hands.

For the small run she was in it was accurate. I really liked her portrayal. They probably wanted to dive deeper into the back story, I know the film is shorter than originally intended, but it was enough. Shalla Bal has a complicated history anyway, and when you add in things like What If? and cameos she's an easy pick. Especially if they want to use Norrin in the main continuity.

I saw it today. No spoilers, but the cast is good. No boss girl talking down to Reed, no Reed talking down to Sue as if she knows nothing. Great set design, great costumes, they nailed Silver Surfers origin story, it's comic book accurate (Yes there is a canon female surfer), they nailed Galactus. Nice simple plot but some of the cuts and reshoots in the third act are pretty obvious. 7/10 decent movie. It's not going to set the world on fire, but it's easy to follow and it's not overstuffed.

@Snarky I noticed in my mids folder a zip fil called bootstrapper. I extracted it and ran mids update and it worked. Maybe you have the same issue?

I've been on many different combinations, and the beauty of this game is there is no ideal. I've been the tank on a team of controllers and had nothing to do. By the time I've run in everythings locked down and dead or dying. An all MM or all Kheld team is insane. I've run teams with lots of people joining and leaving, and generally we've tromped over the top of everything. I'm taking pugs rahter than TF's or trials though. But trials are even more OP. As long as there is a balance of different AT's on a team in a trial everyone gets the rewards.

It's not a normal purple though it's a PvP one. So it's great for PvP but loses effectiveness PvE
