Well, it'd obviously need a separate animation for the rocket launcher but that already exists for power sets so i don't think it'd be difficult to do. That does make me think about the redraw aspect of that though, It'd probably need to share a redraw timer with whatever weapon set you have as well. So basically, it's probably slightly too late to look at considering we're at release 1 😭 -

Idk if this is the place to ask or not or if its too late, but a rocket launcher weapon customization for LRM rocket would be really cool. I don't think the council or 5th ones have any markings on their rocket launcher model. 😭 -

Honestly the cel is too slow is my biggest problem with storm. It's kind of annoying to replace out and then it does a sexy cloud strut to the next group but by the time it gets there that group is mostly dead and you just lose the benefits from it so it doesn't feel good. Idk what he means by endurance, Mine is elec secondary so i don't have endurance the bar just greys out and i do whatever i want. Doesn't stop me from playing it or loving the set though, just kind of a minor "i wish it moved faster" kind of deal. -

It's not the goal of every trans person to get gender-reaffirming surgery. Gender identity and expression is a larger than just fully becoming the opposite sex through surgery and explaining that for someone who might not have all that info would probably be fairly off-topic for the suggestion. but for the sake of keeping it in scope of your direct question of how this would apply to CoH as is, it would help Female based characters who identify as male a lot more than the opposite way. Just having the option available for both ways however would allow someone that choice if they wanted it. Who's to say a male who identifies as male wouldn't like to use a princess title? Or a female who wants to use male titles because why not? On that note, IT would be cool to be able to use male/female badge titles without changing pronouns used in text as well -

It's not uncommon to see female characters who have "Is male" in their description, while this wouldn't directly solve all modern issues related to gender identity, it's a fairly simple fix for basic ones like my example. The broader issue of people who identify as non-binary would be a larger undertaking and one i can only assume people who do identify that way, accept and understand the situation homecoming is in development time wise. While it would be great to be inclusive all the way through and through, we have to work with whats realistic for the games limited development. -

Buried Secrets: I think overall, as an introduction arc it does the job of introducing enemy groups on Striga quite well, however the arc itself is a little bare. The choice of villain group used to me is only really an issue because the contact isn't really living up to the villain group he's apart of. In the intro he says right away "Our presence on the Island should remain a secret". To me, this part should be the first big hint that at the end the 5th column member is going to try and kill you to ensure nobody directly is aware of their involvement. That is probably what the 5th would do anyway. Further in the arc, he makes note of The motivation for the villain taking on the job is entirely money based. The Reichsman strikeforce is basically a larger scale version and the villains main motivation for going after Reichsman once betrayed is entirely money based again. This to me is more than enough given the world City of Heroes takes place in, it's extremely different from our own. From the Baracuda SF "I can't believe we got cheated out of our payment by that Reichsman clown, Character. We gotta do something about this, especially since it sounds like those 5th Column chumps are gunning for us. I've been reading over that information you found, and it sounds like Reichsman is planning something big back in Boomtown. We can get our revenge by messing with Reichsman's invasion." Much like in that Strikeforce, I believe the ending to the storyarc should be betrayal once again. In the Buried Secrets finale, when you're sent into the 5th column base that is entirely robots, when you finish the objective, in my opinion, a 5th column kill squad should arrive to dispatch you, even if not directly including the contact. Given most of the conversations you have with him are a tad "Muahaha im evil" toss in a throw away line about "Do you think the 5th would actually allow you to continue living?" or something and the arc's primary issue would be solved. You can keep the final thing you retrieved as the "payment". No friendship with the 5th for anyone, you get to punch more 5th, and they get to live up to their truly evil nature in thinking they can use and kill whoever they please. Unless you intend to keep this contact for further story line involving the player working with the 5th column.

Been testing out a lot of the features and reworks, gotta say overall loving the new update. Very fond of the GM rework, the unstable aether stuff, the pets. Love it. Haven't had much feedback to provide someone else hasn't already mention be it bug or adjustment. It's great to see the main plot line get some attention, very hopeful for the future content releases. [beanbag] control needs less sleeps, sleeps bad. 😞

no, It's basically a "too late" situation. AP is the hangout central and where people gravitate to and has been for too long, so everyone is just use to going to ap for it and new players will see everyone there and end up doing it too. Blue isn't better, it just came first and had a good standing area right out the gate.

The truth has always been simple Atlas Park. It's the go-to hang around area and always has been since the beta, a lot of costume contests and other such happenings go on there. City of Heroes/Villains is a social game at its core and the people will always be on the side where it's easy to hang out. Pretty much anytime you ask anyone, Which side has better content? It's always City of Villains. It's not the content, It's not anything you will ever be able to fix. it's Atlas Park having a giant empty square right at the entry point of the game that is nice and sunny and easy to people watch.
