I played a petless Mastermind on live, it's really not that bad. I was a Necro/Poison. There really aren't any 'worst builds' in the game. Just players who haven't mastered a specific combo yet. Wasn't there a whole thread on the public/live forums about playing with just Training Origin IOs or, no enhancements at all? It is entirely possible to play the game to 50 with empty slots and without travel powers on a petless mastermind. The game is great that it doesn't require heavy min/maxing at all to have fun and complete things.

I'm sure they get around to it. It's just a matter of drag and drop.

Just gonna add my 2 cents as one of the leaders of the largest SG network in the game on live with 35+ SG spread across three servers and maxed out coalitions on Freedom/Blue. I think I'm more than familiar with the SG limitations and frustrations. As folks have mentioned having it per global would relieve one issue but present many others. In RO, we have themed and specialized SGs. Some SGs are per AT (Think Tanks) or powersets (Shadows of Salvation - All dark powers) or both (Green Machine - Empathy Defenders) . Some of our SGs have specific set of ATs and costumes. ROers members like having their specific flavor of SG per alt. Kinetics are Pinball Wizards. Trick Arrow Archers are in TRICK. Psi Damage, PPD Psi Ops costumed alts are in Brain Damage...etc. Each SG has a different base, look and feel. Having more alts to an SG would be nice but not if it means losing the flavor of each specific SG. If anything a good QOL would be to have offline coalition invites. Yes, I know the SG roster expansion won't happen but it's important to list the varying reason why not everyone thinks it's a no brainer. ...That is all. 😊

Since each member is able to change their specific font 'voice' when posting, the entire forum probably can do without making global changes for this matter. Perhaps requesting an expanded list of font choices would be an easier way of getting the 'voice' you prefer.

Oh dear I'm going to be posting in this thread A LOT.... Here's a quick one: Tagging people @Alty Using the @ sign and the member name will tag the person in the post. The forum will also provide a small list window showing the name and avatar to help you tag the correct person. Tagging people also sends them a notification that they have been tagged (depending on how they have their notifications set). Bonus: Also if you hover over the tag, a small snapshot of their profile pops up. (This also works for any of the avatar photos or names). Also also, you can follow people via their profile page. You can also post statuses there as well and other fun information.

You wrote 'tab' but do you mean tag? It seems like you're asking for a tag cloud of sorts. What you're asking for isn't exactly clear... Can you clarify? If you click/tap on any tags it will always bring up a list of threads with that same tag.

The current Temporary light theme is a just the default theme packaged with the software. As soon as the team gets all the back end flips and switches set how they want, it will be easier for them to make adjust themes. It's only been a couple of days and there are an obscene amount of flips and switches on admin side of the Invision software. For all the dark and light lovers, you may want think about exactly how all those colorful Pine's builds posts will look on the different backgrounds. 😉

I have been a fan of Invision Community for years even way back during the VBulletin vs IPB days. I think the COH community will come to really appreciate all the features and options available even if they grumble and wail through this adjustment period..

Perhaps I wasn't being clear... There are three different toolbars: Desktop, Tablet and Mobile. Each toolbar has buttons that can be added to it So the desktop version has more formatting options than tablet and mobile. Overall there are even more options than what is shown on the desktop toolbar. I'm requesting they add some of the often used formatting buttons to the toolbars which lack them.

The default toolbars for desktop, tablet and mobile are lacking the formatting buttons used for bullets, numbered lists, plain text paste, spoilers, indent, strike through, font color, font selection and more. Please customize the editor toolbar to add in often used text formatting options.

YAY Folks will adjust to the new ways... The overall unfamiliarity will lessen. The mods/admins may need to provide guides with images to help folks know how to find things. Again I'm happy to have a decent mobile view, PM and search system. The editor doesn't really bother me since I've been through every version of IPB since 2006. So have several ROers. So I been able to properly say goodbye to BB Code. Edit: Re@Apparition post: UBB.Threads was the original COH forum then VBulletin. And there was much gnashing of teeth during that change then as well. 😊

I hope the team decides to keep it because most of the member issues seem to mostly skin adjustments. But if it goes back, can we get that search fixed on old forum software? Cause that was much more cumbersome.

So because the forum is a fluid/responsive layout, if you change the width of your browser window the forum view will change views from Desktop to Tablet to Mobile. Additionally, I am using the desktop in Chrome on Win 7 and I have the windows font size settings at 125% So the forum posts look like this:

They're for FUN...The RO members can figure out what they want them to mean.

The reputation setting very adjustable and can be expanded, limited or removed completely. For example on the RO forums I replaced some of the emojis and added inspiration icons.

@Hyperstrike For search results, there's a CONDENSED and EXPANDED option, it's easy to overlook and the default is set to expanded. Condensed Expanded - Default Here's an additional 'Stupid Forum Trick' - Forum View - Hover Topic Preview When viewing a list a forum and a list of topics, if you hover over the topic a preview window pops up showing the first and last post.
