Literally unplayable.

Ran one of these with a team today. Really hard and really, really fun.

I customize basically everything.

I appreciate the information and advice everyone. It helps to know what to expect before investing in leveling to fifty and going to the expense of the ATOs and set bonuses and so forth. Thank you all 🙂

I have been interested in a StJ/SD build for a while now but have yet to make the leap. Is there anyone who has experience with the combo in endgame content who can tell me how it performs? (Especially in comparison with StJ/SR and DB/EnA as those are the two I have endgame experience with.)

When it comes to MMOs I find I tend to enjoy the endgame content the most. There have been a couple of times I tried to take the slow-and-steady questing route to 50 but I never made it. That is alright; I enjoy those stories just as much through Ouro. So for me I take the most efficient path to 50, transfer enough inf to the character to kit out their endgame build and start the incarnate process. This is where the game begins for me. Both in this MMO and in others.

Stalker, StJ/SR, Sabrehawk. I enjoy the animations of MA and DS more but the mechanics of StJ are pretty fun. I generally enjoy endgame content and SR is the 'how I learned to stop worrying about cascading defense failure and learned to love the DPS rotation' of secondary's. Plays like a dream. The two combo systems, AS and StJ, synergize well and they after endgame gearing they flow pretty smoothly.

Makes sense TC. MA I usually play for RP reasons and because I enjoy the animations. But I hope that some changes are made to the set so far as damage goes. I'd probably play it a lot more if it's damage was better.

Thank you for posting this. I've been looking for a MA/NIN build for several days now as I am not very good at coming up with builds myself. How does it fair in endgame/incarnate content, especially solo?

I legitimately enjoy farming. Why that is, I'm not entirely sure. Maybe it's the zen of zoning out, facerolling my rotation and watching the inf number get bigger. Maybe it's the power fantasy of being a superhero and smashing hundreds of enemies. I don't know but whatever it is, I enjoy it enough that I have a backstory and lore for my firefarm that explains what she is doing and why. (She's part of an organization that deals with alien invasions and is fighting a hostile alien race attempting to invade the solar system.)
