  1. Legitimacy is pretty much an irrelevancy. It would be nice to have, but I don't care. And what I want from Homecoming is pretty much the same regardless of what NCSoft says about anything. Screw 'em, imo. Every. Last. Employee. Even the janitors.
  2. Pretty much a bell curve. Most are average. Some are really dim-witted, have childlike naivete, etc. And a few are scholars and doctors. Even some of the scholars aren't brainiac highbrows.
  3. Quite a few times, you'll get more than your asking price. So, I'll bet it sorta evens out.
  4. They all work consistently. There must be something you're not doing right.
  5. "Bland and forgettable" are not what I would call any of those zones. They were thoroughly unique and iconic. Atlas and Steel Canyon are much more forgettable. IP, while not forgettable, was far too large.
  6. Mostly the morality of it, but also atmosphere.
  7. On live, my first char was a Dark/Dark Scrapper with flight and teleport. However, I mostly use travel powers to get from A to B, not while fighting.
  8. You can fill in the room's emptier areas with walls. Or you can move all the stuff out of the room, recreate the room, and then move the stuff back. But no, you cannot just change the size of the room.
  9. Meh. None of my characters has ever reached end-game. The content has always started boring me in the late-30s/early-40s. But I've loved the game for 15 years now.
  10. In most games, I'm more into melee than shooting/blasting. Most of my chars in CoH are Scrappers or Tankers... or the off Stalker. However... I'm really digging the new Sentinel. It hasn't really become my favourite, but it's coming close.
  11. Maybe a perspective thing. I'm an altaholic, and none of my Sentinels are above 10, atm, but I have nothing but fun on all of them. I'm not typically a blaster/shooter type, but I'm able to have fun.
  12. I was having trouble, but dropping the bit rate down worked for me.
  13. Attach the beacons to your favourite teleporter. There's a tab of Base Items called "Teleport Points" (they're labeled Aleph, Beth, etc.) Put these in the places in your base to which you wish to teleport. The Aleph Beacon will go to the Aleph Point, and so on. The points don't need to be the in same room, so you can now make a base of all rooms with no hallways or doorways. But keep in mind, the beacons need to be in the same room as the teleport device.
