  1. Hi there Try reducing your graphic settings one at a time. It might be one of the advanced shadow or reflection settings that, for whatever reason, is giving your PC a hard time. Or, other way around: reduce everything to minimum, and crank up slowly from there. Also, post your specs, maybe something will stand out as being a problem.
  2. They were called "Training Origin", and would enhance a power attribute by something like 8%. So while static attributes like accuracy and recharge would see a minor improvement if you stacked a couple, damage enhancements on low-level characters character would be completely unnoticeable (what's 8% of 10 damage? 10.08 damage).
  3. Given that the info presented in this thread is out of date, I'll be locking it now to avoid future necromancy. Thank you for the heads up.
  4. Not sure if this counts as a "costume bug", but a user on discord posted this screenshot of his character with a jetpack, which seems to duplicate itself: He says that his teammates see it happening to him, as well, so it's not a "local" display error.
  5. Just doin' my part... For real though, each of the GMs are all pretty good about this. Once in a while we even race each other to resolve a ticket that came in! But either way, I appreciate the props, so, thank you 😃
  6. Yeah I think this has run its course.
  7. So, the folks in this thread mostly have the right idea. I'll add for clarification's sake that we prefer that users provide both the character name and global name when sending in a report. Note that, due to font and spelling shenanigans, that you should probably copy/paste the other user's name and global instead of just manually typing them. "lNSTIGAT0R" has an L and a zero in it, which may be hard to tell at a glance, and it will be harder to find the relevant log if you assume it was spelled correctly. But otherwise, yes: Report, Ignore, and Move on.
  8. If you haven't already, you can fill out a support ticket with any information you DO remember (global name, character names/shards, e-mail address used, etc) and we can look into it. The e-mail address would be best, as we can send an e-mail to that address linking back to the forums and have you sign in on the other account, and from there you can see your game sign-in name and reset your password if necessary.
  9. I dunno what started this, and I'm not sure that I care, but calling out specific players isn't very excellent of you, so...
  10. Nah, it's a bug, and apparently we'll have it fixed soon 😃
  11. I think I've figured out the issue and reported it to the admin staff. Fingers crossed that I'm right and they can do something. Unfortunately, the sample size is pretty small, but so far, it seems the only people who can view the events page are those who access the site from within the continental US. Which means it's gone to the Americans. Probably due to jerk hackers duppin' rares >_<
  12. Events page/calendar is working fine for me, too. This thread technically belongs in website feedback, but I'll keep it in general for another day or two for visibility before I move it. I'd like for others to chime in and see if the events page works for them or not.
  13. This is a website issue, not an in-game one, so, moved to Website feedback. Probably a bit late for that now since it seems to have been figured out, but still.
  14. I did some independent checking on the above: with the exception of white in the first color, the flame will be the OPPOSITE color of whatever first color is chosen (red/green, blue/orange, yellow/purple). It's not 100% consistent, though (it prefers to be a bit greenish when using an orange as the first color). Choosing black will still result in a white flame, but smaller/more diluted than the white flame. The second color doesn't seem to affect anything, other than tinting the proper parts. Hopefully that helps nail down a solution.
  15. Working as Intended... I think? As far as I recall, Merit rewards are only awarded for arcs that have 3 or more door missions. Both the listed missions only have two (plus one "run around Atlas park" mission). You might get merits if you play through them normally (with a level 1-7 character after being introduced by Matt Habashy), but Ouro won't grant merits or challenge badge progress on arcs that only have 1 or 2 missions in them.
  16. What, were... were you not trying to say "hunt Oranbegaeans"?
  17. Okay, this has all gone on long enough.
  18. Not trying to hijack your thread, but I also feel this is a good as place as any to share the following tip: If, for whatever reason, your respec fails or cancels out, and you're missing your enhancements: Don't Panic! This is usually solved by changing zones; or failing that, logging out, waiting a few minutes, and logging back in again. I'll also note that we tend to see these issues the most (though not exclusively) when people are inside their SG base. My personal recommendation is to go to Echo: Galaxy City, or some other empty world zone with minimal population and no event scripts being played in the background (Kalisti and Echo Plaza are other good places... at the moment, anyway!). You mentioned Ouro and Pocket D, but depending on what shard one is on, there'll be more people in those locations than AP, so I'd shy away from those. In any event, great guide, @Yomo Kimyata!
  19. Use the support option at the top of the forum, include any relevant information in your report. Again, if it was an account from like 10 years ago, we can't do anything. Within the last 3 years? Probably 😃
