Jolting chain is back to a great place, thank you. But I have to agree with Tesla Coil, against enemies above lvl 50 it seems to have no affect.

Procs don't work with chains which is really annoying. They do affect the first target but that's it. It would be amazing if they did but that won't happen. The devs are pretty anti proc.

They should go back, bug or not. Elec control was in a GREAT position. Please increase the speed of the jumps.

The damage of jolting chain feels significantly weaker this patch, please revert it back! WAY better before.

I have been testing an elec/dark and for some reason the gremlins continuously stop attacking. They will be in melee with an enemy and just stand there. I have to summon them again for then to start attacking again.

@Disparithat is fundamentally stupid. That completely writes off thst whole mastery set. I would absolutely LOVE to see stats going forward about how many people actually use this set going forward. Ridiculous.

Couldn't agree more. 1. I hope the lack of S/L res in murky is an oversight otherwise I can't see the set being taken much. 2. Tar patch on a 3 min cd is stupid. It will just be limited to every few mobs packs or bosses and that is no fun! 4. Umbral torrent - waste of time. 5. Darkest night is redundant. Doms have enough end issue as it is let alone an expensive toggle that arguably is useless on a dom. 6. The fact soul consumption is on a 10 min cd is a slap in the face. Nobody will ever use it. To be frank, I can't see anyone actively choosing to use this set. It doesn't offer any competitive benefits when compared to the other epic pools. It's probably the worst. I'd rather even taken soul mastery for dom instead of this. It seems doms are getting 0 love. Ever.

So I have a power concept I have tried to replicate with the existing sets we currently have, but I'm not 100% happy. So I want your feedback and suggestions! The power concept I have is Luck! Bad luck and good luck. So this automatically lends itself for a buff/debuff set, so trollers, def, corr. So far I have tried: Grav/dark troller Grav/dark dom Elec/time troller Rad/dark def Energy/temp blaster My current one I'm considering is rad blast/time/psi corr (psi for WoC) Anyone have any other suggestions?

How about adding tf specific reward enhancements that have some thematic basis related to the TF in some way. They would only drop from the last boss of the last mission of the TF and the only way to gain these is through doing the TF. They could be in line with the AT enhancements and Purples but be an 'easier' and 'cheaper' way for people to potentially attain a strong high quality set.

Fair points. I retract my statement. In my opinion, it just seems like a meaningless addition. Potentially getting 1 extra PA oooo.
