  3. I play my Fortunata like a mix of scrapper + blaster, and they are pretty tanky. Here's the build I'm using but I honestly haven't paid careful attention to where I put my ATOs.AA_SpiderfangVictus_Fortunata.mxd

  6. - Fix any broken IO sets in powers that changed across my growing stable of characters (epic pool changes) - Fiddle with the new telekinesis some more. Maybe crank my recharge even more to make its cooldown a little more palatable for a group immobilize - break out my storm/storm corruptor to see how the changes feel - roll a new dominator, probably illusion/savage and make him look like a giant panda 🐼

  8. The pending update alters many powers and for some, even the IO sets they can take. What happens to our existing character builds, are they forced to respec?
  9. There are some interesting %dam proc powers like Cold's Infrigidate (my recent Bots/Cold has 4 damage procs in it). It does reliably moderate single target damage compared to MM terrible attacks. Burn is another power which can benefit from heavy damage procs. Tornado variations are fun with a mix of procs. There are many KB powers which almost demand a proc tax (KB to KD) if you care about clear time efficiency and your melee buddies sanity. As others have said, I'm usually focusing on set bonuses so powers have at most 2 damage procs. And the set bonuses with the highest priority across many of my character concepts are defense (melee/ranged) and recharge. Accuracy and resistance are my second tier set priorities (tankers/brutes may prioritize resistance a bit higher).
  10. Reporting back, I'm detoggling due to endurance issues at 50 while playing. May swap from Musculature to Cardiac or Vigor. Went ageless to have a third endurance fix (also have the temp power). May also respec in Body for Mu for 2 more endurance shifter procs
  11. Energy absorption fixed most of my endurance issues. Currently planning on Mu for zapp + ball lightning over body epic pool. Might still go ageless > barrier for more recharge + end
  12. If you could slot IO procs in here with massive global recharge you could have a little extra damage tool every 45-50 sec. I don't understand the recharge doubling, for an aoe immobilize it should be lower right? Not sure how much since it clusters too, but maybe 30-40 seconds vs 120 sec
  13. Tested out Telekinesis briefly for my Mind/Psi dom (think they were level 21) in Talos outdoors. It worked very well at rounding targets up (neat!). But they predictably just kept on blasting (hold -> immobilize) which was a bit dicier. Would hope for a bit shorter recharge on that immobilize like other aoe immobilize powers, the doubling from 60 to 120 makes it only reliable at late game play for high recharge situations. So maybe good for farming support, or KM ITF or Market Crash runs. I didn't test out what new IO sets it can take now as enhancements.
  14. Got a chance to kit out an arsenal control/arsenal assault character on beta. So far I found the Tri-Gun could use some proc love, its base damage vs +3s felt minimal. The aoe smoke + confuse is great, really enjoyed it although I think I'd prefer the confuse kick in. I'm just not used to it yet
  15. Losing hold and gaining immobilize will make for many surprise KOs. The other control immobilizes have much lower cool downs. What about IO set changes, currently it takes none. I honestly took it for the nostalgic bizarre sound effect on my mind/psi dom.
  16. Echoing the soul drain duration change is a biggy. Didn't realize the epic pool version was 30 sec, how long are the primary/secondary soul drains (dark melee/assault?)
  17. I'd be happy to contribute to a hardware fundraiser for whatever servers you folks think is best. I suspect I'm not alone. I need to set an alarm for that Saturday of the month when donations occur. I kinda wish we could donate anytime.
  18. It's still good, I was skimping for inf on mine and they're mostly IO slotted and are super tanky between the resists, heals and over heals
  19. Maybe The Glass Fox is an illusion controller with glass apparitions, secondary cold - and now that I've caught up reading, I see its not a great fit for you
  20. I've got a storm/storm corruptor and they are pretty rad. Lots of triggered lightning bolts fire off as I spam away offensive powers + their aim which boosts triggered bolts. I think stat wise the storm set falls behind the efficiency of other nukes due to its build up/slower nature. But it feels good on my corruptor.
  21. I didn't see seekers contributing any significant damage so I dropped it in favor of a slotted up cross punch. When surrounded by targets the FF+rech proc is likely to fire off on that power regularly.
  22. checking if I have that in my build now... I do not. I usually swap to Crab and use its self heal instead. I swap forms constantly so its not much of an issue. I tend to be in: human form for build up/nuke/melee aoe/seekers/high damage melee strikes crab for aoe and self heal, break mez squid for ranged aoes/glinting eye I could drop the self rez or tactics for the human form heal if needed side note played a bit this morning and still detoggled once due to end drop + busy using powers (with end redux) and conserve power being down. I was able to swap to crab and self heal after light form crashing without too much trouble. I'll add one more macro to auto change to crab and activate it, and then detoggle crab
  23. I think I have the max HP boost and the crab heal - I'll rework his lightform and stamina to try to eek out a bit more end. thanks!

  25. I never really noticed it while levelling on teams, but as I started to lead and tank for more teams, I hated the crash. It was all over, and my endurance kept running empty. I think incarnates could fill in for the endurance issues (cardiac/ageless) but I don't see how I can fix that 50% hp drop. How do Peacebringer centric players handle it? ps I have and play a decked out Warshade and love it
