I really don't understand people complaining about lack of names, when in just the last 2 weeks I've gotten "Fire Coyote", "Mistress Magic", and "Muffin Man" (my Frank Zappa tribute toon 🙂 ). Plus a couple of slightly more obscure ones (my sonic blaster to be "Nitro Headache").

Now I have a powerful need to make a "Muffin Man" character.

I'm pretty sure the SAE connector would separate in event of an off, but yeah, its hard to be tethered when you need to ride on the pegs 🙂 And glad you are okay. My other recommendation is Duluth Trading Company fleece lined work pants. One of the best purchases I ever made, especially now that I'm a Colorado resident.

Assuming you are on a bike with a stator/battery, look in to hard wired heated gloves and liners. Its like ridng wearing an electric blanket 🙂 And Cycle Gear usually has deals this time of year.

I was really surprised to get Mistress Magic on Excelsior. I was fully prepared with "y's" and "k's", but got it on the first go. Also got NRG-GAL for my energy melee when the changes go live.

After playing through 'The Freakshow War" on Saturday, whoever thought of kill all Freakshow missions should be taken out and shot.

Hop on to the test server and give it a try. Combat Teleport is all the fun in the world 🙂

I'm running through the early levels and tracking my INF usage. Swapping reward merits for converters/inf (assumed price 65k each), and selling rare salvage for an assumed 400k (which is pretty standard on they AH last I checked), I have a full compliment of SO's, all green using the auto upgrade button, and almost 3M influence to spare. I stopped selling common/uncommon salvage and recipes at L15, and I'll use them to craft IOs when I hit L22. So far, its been a breeze. My leveling process has been 1) tech and science origin arcs 2) Matthew Habashy 3) Shauna Stockwell 4)Eagle Eye 5)Midnight Squad. 3 rare salvage drops and 28 reward merits. If I was on live and TFs were running, I'd jump on Posi 1/2 for the merits, but instead I'm heading to Faultline.

I thought it was just me due to increasing the difficulty. This mission was a bloodbath. 🙂 And a long way from the hospital.

+1/x2 is a BIG jump in difficulty. I agree with others who mentioned a way to tell the zoombies apart would be much appreciated.

Small thing. I'm specifically using the trains for transportation, and when selecting which zone to head to for Chapter 3, it doesn't show that I have a mission in Talos Island. I checked with the mission selected and not.

Chapter 2 done. Oh, how I love fighting Freakshow. Dubstich and Raverobber are great, but if there's a rave going on, shouldn't Da Trolls be invited? 🙂 Difficulty still on the easy side, upping to +1/x2 for Chapter 3.

Okay, "Dismembership Fees" is just funny 🙂 Also, "Cannibal Corpses" \mm/ And as someone else mentioned, I'm liking the modern references, dark web, phone video, etc.

Finished off mission #1, here are my initial thoughts. Notes-Level 20 Energy/Rad Scrapper, fully kitted with ATO's and rares. I'm also testing Combat Teleport (loving it, but I loved the similar power on my DP/MC blaster, and I'm using a variant of those key binds. Currently running +0/x0 difficulty 1) Loving the npc dialogue 🙂 "Malady: Hah, regenerate that, you mouth-breather." 2) The zoombies aren't really a factor in their current numbers. That might change as I start increasing difficulty, or if I was only running IO's or SO's . Or if more just randomly start showing up. 3) Overall difficulty is pretty low. I'll run the next mission at the same settings, and then start increasing. EDIT-I also liked the wiggling finger in the barrel 🙂

I'm the worst about reading mission text, so I'm trying really hard to do a good job testing 🙂

I'm running the first mission now, and one thing I noticed is talking to Watkins, i reached the initial "Investigate 6+1+2 North" prompt, but when I selected it, I didn't get a mission. I had to reselect Watkins, and got a slightly different dialogue with the mission option. Is that working as intended?

"As you know, the activity at the Overbrook Dam were all anyone could talk about for weeks." Shouldn't this be "was all anyone could talk about"?

What's the current thinking on where to slot Entomb on a rad/rad? In Choking Cloud for the proc?

I'm not a Mac guy, but why would it be different?
