Realistically we wouldn't be able to get Carnies or BP as they are too tightly controlled by mind control or magic. The snakes could work. I don't remember if they were controlled by Stheno, but since we killed Stheno who I think stayed dead (I seem to remember talk of Stheno being an Incarnate) it might work.

I just tried it with a level 21 and it turned blue at 92.5, but if I remember right it goes up as I level.

I am going to put off getting Smoke Flash for right now. I am going to watch the ninja's attack rhythm to get an idea how many attacks will actually fit in that 3 second window. Right now it looks like I will be lucky if every ninja gets one attack in. Most likely not ever ninja will get their attack in. Right now they do a ranged attack, a few seconds go by and then they run in for melee. I can see them missing the crit window.

If you have a set that has a power like Quickness, you can reach SS speeds by running sprint and one of the free run powers. Speed boost from Kinetics can definitely do it.

My cop character, Minimum Force, uses her all purpose standard battle cry for everyone. "Halt! You are in violation of being stupid in a No Stupid Zone."

Since I feel we level a bit too fast, I generally run at basic difficulty.

First of all, I don't go into a TF or mission trying to finish it before I started. If it takes longer or has a few deaths, I just keep trucking as long as the rest of the team does. I have been in a few Positions that for one reason or another, we hit a wall and bounced several times, but we kept going and finished. I know this goes against modern societal thought, but not everything is a tragedy.

I was just wondering yesterday how the skulls get their power. You fight in the arena and if you live you become a Bone Daddy or Death Doll, but where do they then get darkness powers?

I had an idea and I probably should have stopped there. I haven't tried ninja since CoV came out. My thoughts toward the character is there are mostly melee and I kind of need to be close to them for bodyguard mode. Why not take kinetics to further benefit from that closeness? Hmmmm arrow attacks in melee. Why not, since I am there, punch things in the face with attacks that would cost less endurance? Thus here is my melee Ninja Mastermind who uses boxing, kick and cross punch. I am not sure on some of the slotting especially Kuji In Zen, but the last two set bonuses are nice. So any advice?

Unless I have a reason to not have a travel item, I generally buy one of the flight items for 1 million. That way I don't have to worry about recharging the flight pack and I am pretty sure that by 50 I will have spent at least a million to recharge it.

I would also like to add that the 7.5% that the LotG IO gives you is separate from a 7.5% bonus you can get from a set. You can get 5 of each if you can manage it. I am not sure there are five sets that give that bonus though.

I haven't had a problem with it so far.

I used to be big on Tactics until level 54 BP taught me that it is really only good for using your team to help proc your extra damage.

This wasn't fog of war. This was black as in I could see nothing but a few poi icons. I couldn't even see the stuff that vidiots puts outside the map area. Even with fog of war, you can zoom in and read the map. When I zoomed in, all I saw was a closer look at black.

Yeah the BP in DA also have a lot of -tohit. That is where I test most of my test builds. I realized I needed FA really quick.

I had a weird bug. I created a character and the map for Atlas was black. Even the text outside of the map. As I moved, it cleared up. I went to KR and it was shaded like normal. I loaded in other characters and Atlas was fine for them. I tried creating another character and Atlas was still black. I went to where it stores maps as you go to them and renamed it. That fixed Atlas, but now all maps will have to be uncovered again. I couldn't figure out which one was Atlas in that folder.

It would be fun to watch someone assassin strike someone right after rage crashes. The Hellion Boss turns around. "What was that? Did you just sneak up and try to tickle me?"

The sleep patch that Arsenal leaves is better than other sleeps. Since it is a patch, it's more like narcolepsy gas. They wake up, take a step and fall back asleep. I have found it very useful in a team.

I do wish they could have flagged the celestial pieces that float behind your head as allowable. They would go great with the Sybil outfit.

Even if they fixed it, my problem would still be that I do not have a character that is the Hulk version of SS. Mine is the everyone else version of SS.
