Maybe KM should be built with a mechanic of conclusive force where repeated hits increase it's damage by adding a +damage stack up to a cap. A miss would remove a stack. They would get aim instead of build up.
Of course the problem would be at the end game where everyone has so much acc and to hit, that they rarely miss.
I am against seeing multiple of the same character name running around. It gets confusing as to which one is which. You don't see five Captain America running around in comics, though it would explain Wolverine appearing in everyone's comic.
However, I did manage to get the name, Managed Democracy, on Excelsior.
I was looking for the current state of psychic blast for either a blaster or corrupter and the only "how good is it" talk I could find is from 2019.

I am leaning a little towards blaster to get non psychic attacks from the secondary like martial or ninja. Corrupter might be sonic for the -res.
What Mind Control needs is a power that actually controls minds. It does not have a pet like the other sets, so what I would like to see is the ability to Mind Control a mob in a mission that is Lt or lower and keep it until it dies, you release it, or you leave the mission.
CO's character creator is very good except for the layout which can make things hard to find and the actual character model especially the faces. All my female characters had the same face as that one was the only one that looked decent to me.
I think gravity in the system replaced Endurance Consumption as that is where it showed up in my window. End Con still exists, but you have to remove gravity and put it back in.
