10%?
Really. Since it went live I have logged in characters to fight Adamaster.
One character has 18 M.A.
One character has 20 M.A.
One slacker has only 3.
All from fighting Adamaster.
No recipes.
Right now I am just seeing how many I can collect without a drop.
Regen can be done as ice melee. With the slows and knockdowns, Regen has time to do it's thing.
I tested a tricked out 50 on test against 4/8 radio mission with Carnies, CoT and Council and never had to use the big heals.
Not too sure how it would level though.
I think the SoAs would get a boost if they could figure a way to let you start at level 1 in your build instead of making you wait until the level 24 respect.
I realized why I am having a hard time sticking to a blaster to become my signature blaster. The ones I like the costumes and story for all use firearms and in my mind a blaster blasts not shoots.
I am either going to put more effort into my ice/ice blaster or make a dark blaster.
Yeah, I try to have a clue before I create the character. I look for builds and guides, plan my version of it and often post it on the forum for advice before I touch pavement in Atlas
To me a signature character is the one that comes to mind when you think of an AT.
For me, when I think of scrappers, it is Lady All-Star, my NRG/INV scrapper that I wanted during live but couldn't have.
My defender and only defender so far is Doctor Mechanus who used to be my robot MM during live. I can't seem to come up with another defender concept.
I have come to the conclusion that one of the reasons I have Altitist and pages of non 50s, is that I am trying to find my Signature Character for each AT.
I have my scrapper, defender and peace bringer, but for one reason or another don't have one for the other ATs.
One reason is that non of my super strength concepts are based on a rage monster who periodically becomes weak.
Does anyone else try for their Signature Character to the point you are creating characters over and over hoping to find that one for that AT?
I wonder if most of the bad PUGs is from people sitting in a farm until 50 with no idea how to play their character, run missions or actually do things with a group?
I tell people the trick that if you only rescue 3 of the heroes and then clear all around the door and steps, you don't trigger the ambush until you come back after the fourth guy.
CoV has the advantage of most mission chains are generally contained to the zone the contact is in.
CoV also has some stellar stories like Oh Wretched Man.
The downside is that the zones can be a PITA without flight.
