The UI for this does not play well with UHD screen resolution. The various settings are smashed together (see below). The in-game UI is super, super tiny when logging in. So small I am unable to use the mouse to select anything on it. Game is also incredibly laggy for me using the launcher. Via Tequila, it is perfectly fine.
While this may be true, the meaning of the word gamer as it exists today defines anyone who plays any kind of game as a "gamer." There is no indication or connotation as to the amount of time invested, type of game etc.
Agreed. The only people making noise are those who want to force everyone to play the way they do rather than letting people have fun the way they like. I also find it funny that people will complain about a specialized 8 man team taking hours to defeat Hamidon when a full raid can effortlessly accomplish this in under 3 minutes.
Much like @Heraclea, I very lightly RP through a series of macros for my characters. Most are just little phrases here and there, like "Congrats!" or "Ready!" and a few colorful insults here and there. As an example, I have macros set up that translated into Japanese for my Ninja SG alts. My namesake has all sorts of conversational macros, all directed toward conversing with her pet Rikti monkey who always asks silly questions during combat for some strange reason.
Sorry, but that is simply not true. Post ED/GDN/target caps sets like Kinetics and Radiation Emission far, far outclassed and were much more desired on teams than a set like Empathy or Force Fields, much like today. Scrappers, tanks and Brutes could solo content designed for teams far, far more easily than a Defender or Corruptor or Dominator.
I would say StrJ/Nin scrapper. Ninjitsu makes more sense in that he was trained by Stick who used to be part of the Hand, who are ninjas. Also because of his ability to heal himself faster than normal. Speaking of Daredevil, I always thought the game could use a clubs/escrima type melee set. Could start by porting over several animations from dual blades and staff fighting.
To be honest, I do not see Homecoming allowing discussions on whether politics or religion or other "hot topics" will be allowed to go into the CoC. Nor should they in my opinion.
Unless this is taking place on a privately created channel, then people cannot silence others on a public "official" game channel. Should anyone see something in public chat that they believe violates the rules then they should use the in-game petition system and have a GM look into it, or use the ignore feature.
I will preface with there are a number of things in the CoC that I disagree with. Most rules I agree with while others I find utterly absurd. With that said, in my opinion these servers are ultimately the responsibility of the Homecoming staff and it is for them to decide what the rules should be. We all have the choice to either accept and abide by them or not and should we choose not to, we have to accept the consequences. If you do not like the rules here, there are other servers to try.
