A good night tonight on Torch for our "5th" Tuesday event. We got in a MSR (three teams) and managed to run two MC's. Thanks for leading the other team Ronin and special thanks to Superior Anyad who did a great job recruiting for the event. We even brought down the Dropship! Go Tanks! 6/7 we're back on Excel. Meet in King's Row at 6 PM PDT\9 PM EDT and we'll get rolling from there!

Two teams tonight on Imdom and we ran Manti's. Thanks for leading the second team PLV. 5/31 we'll be running an MSR on Torch for our 5th Tuesday. Meet in King's Row at 6 PM PDT\9 PM EDT. We'll form a league and head out from there. We're going to run a instance, so you'll need to bring a level 35+. See ya' then!

We had the usually three today on Reunion, then MsA got to recruiting and managed to field a whole team. Thanks for the recruiting MsA and Welcome to all the new Tankers who attended the event. We started with three Palis which Ronin was nice enough to bring to the meeting place. Followed up by joining a Hami, then on to missions. Overall a very fun event. Forgot to get pics of Hami... Oh well, next time 😉 See you all on Reunion next month 6/18.

Two teams tonight on Torch, one Cit TF and one missions team. Thanks for leading missions Ronin and thanks to PLV who ran a couple of missions post TF (enough for me to get to 50( from both Ronin's and PLV's)). Black Swan AV mission And, I just thought this was a cool shot of my Tank... Next week we're back on Everlasting! See ya' then! Also we have a 5th Tuesday again this month, so let me know if you have any ideas. Otherwise I think we'll run an MSR on Torch! See ya' next week!

Four teams tonight on Excel (a great turnout)! Thanks for leading teams PLV and Pep (Ms Lib TFs), and MsA for missions, and Kilo for post TF missions team lead. Nemesis were nice enough to show up for the start of the event. And this was us fighting some ebil AVs... May 10th we're back on Torchbearer. Meet in King's Row, by IP gate, at 6:00 PM PDT/9:00 PM EDT and we'll get rolling from there!

Two teams tonight on Indom, which meant two Yin TFs with teamage to follow, and we found a Paladin to start the event with, so good times. Thanks Col for leading the second team. With so much tankage going on it's hard to believe we're already to May. Next TT will be on Excel 5\3. Meet in King's Row, by IP gate, at 6:00 PM PDT/9:00 PM EDT and we'll get rolling from there!
-
Sounds like you all had fun, sorry I had to miss it. Thanks Ronin and PLV for taking care of the teamage. Hopefully I'll be able to attend the next one on Indom, which will be 4/26 , meet in King's Row, by IP gate, at 6:00 PM PDT/9:00 PM EDT and we'll get rolling from there!

Hi all, I'm caught at work and not sure I'll make it on time. Veteran TTer's please kick the event off and I'll join when/if able. See ya' soon (hopefully)!

7 Tanks today on Reunion, so a good turnout there. Pali was hanging out so we said "Hi" to him in typical Tanker fashion. Next we proceeded with the weekly TF (Synapse) and finished with some missions. Paladin Babbage CWK.... hmm... is there a theme here? 4/19 we're on Everlasting, meet in King's Row, by IP gate, at 6:00 PM PDT/9:00 PM EDT and we'll get rolling from there!
-
Well, a pretty good run on TTT Torch tonight (a bit painful for my Fire Tank), but over all fun stuff. We ran a missions team and Synapse TF. Thanks for leading the missions team Ronin and thanks Kilo for running the Synapse TF. 4/16 (this Saturday) we're back on Reunion. Meet in King's Row by IP Gate at 10 am Pacific. 4/19 we're on Everlasting, meet in King's Row, by IP gate, at 6:00 PM PDT/9:00 PM EDT and we'll get rolling from there! I forgot to mention we managed to prevent Paladin from being build, and someone was nice enough to drop a Kronos Titan at our meeting place, so that was good.

Go to the edge! Ice Melee or Stone Melee!! Oooops, sorry, got carried away. If you can stick with Rad Melee you'll pick up Irradiated Ground, which when proc'd out will add a bunch of damage to the combo. I'm not sure EM is that bad, it got reworked a bit ago and is actually pretty good set now. Kin Melee has a couple of ranged attacks built in and a AoE that either has KD or can be slotted for it. So, that's not a bad choice either.

Hi all, We're on Torch tonight. See ya' then!

Hi all, Just a reminder that we're back on Reunion this Saturday 4/16. Meet in King's Row at 10:00 AM PDT and we'll get rolling from there.

I would say WP/Dark Melee, but you want claws. I 'm not sure if there's a costume piece that would provide "claws" while running DM, so maybe just WP? Bio or Rad could work as well and provide some other tricks that WP doesn't. You can turn most of Bio's effects off, so they wouldn't interfere with you costume. Rad you glow and get Beta Decay as your Taunt Aura, which you can slot with Achilles Heel unique for some Def debuffing. Forgot to mention that you can slot Theft of Essence +End proc into Radiation Therapy and pretty much keep your blue bar refilled (most of the time, sappers and other End drainers can still cause issues if encountered in large numbers, unless you build for it).

What's the best combo for getting and keeping aggro?
Warboss replied to Shocktacular's topic in Tanker
Agreed, Ice/Ice, is the king of holding aggro. Ice/anything is good. Next I would say Invuln, then maybe Stone (Mud Pots, slow + aggro, nice combo). After that I think it gets a little murky due to how the calculations for aggro are done. -
A great turnout tonight on Excel, four teams!! Thanks to PLV for leading one of the Tin Mage/Apex TFs, PapaS/Ronin for one of the missions teams, and MsA for taking the other mission team. I'd also like to welcome all the new comers to the TT event, I think at least a 1/3 were new faces. Much Tank talk and organizing, so not as many pics as usual, but here are the few I got. This guy hid behind the wall thinking he'd be safe (the others were all pulled to the top of the stairs, he ran and hid). And this one... well.. I was slow on the trigger and didn't get the shot with all the mobs. 4/12 We're back on Torch, meeting in King's Row by IP gate at 6:00 PM PDT/9:00 PM EDT and we'll get rolling from there! See ya' soon!

Thanks Hyper, I'll check it out.

I saw this build the other day, but forgot to respond. The numbers look like they'd work, but I'm not sure why you're running Stealth on a Tank (base defense numbers?). If so, I'm pretty sure there are other ways to get roughly the same numbers without using that Pool, and iirc, the Stealth power drop a Tanker's aggro.

Seems to work, I think pretty well, but unfortunately I'm testing other things as well and haven't really pinned that down yet. But, I will say that PZ's PSi damage does fire off (doesn't seem to be all the frequently or affect many of the mobs, but it does work (so based off that, I'm going to say Guassian's works about the same). Btw, thanks for posting your Invuln build. I was wondering if I could give Tough/Weave a miss on my latest experiment and I'll be using your build as a template.

Fun times for our 1st 5th. Two all shield ITFs. Thanks for taking the lead on the 2nd team Ronin, and missions to followed. Much smashing shield charging fun and leveling was had. Next week we're back on Excel to start April's TTs. See you in King's Row by IP gate at 6:00 PM PDT/9:00 PM EDT!

Fiery Melee! Just burn everything to the ground (and put Avalanche's KD proc in FSC) ! Well... kind of, there's a lot to unpack with this question. I started to write a response then realized I was reviewing all the pros and cons of each set (something that I don't have time for atm). That said, this does sound like a good community participation project/response. But while that brews, is there any type of play style you enjoy over another?

Knew it was going to be fun on Indom tonight when Agoogala herded three Paladins to start the event (actually a bit before the start...). Two respec teams, team 1 ran TV 1 & 2, and Team 2 ran TV 3 and missions. Thanks for leading Team 1 PLV and thanks Ronin for taking Team 2 and missions afterwards. Great fun. What is better than one Paladin? Three!! 03/29 will be our 1st 5th Tuesday of the year, so we'll be running all Shield ITFs on Excel!! Meet in King's Row as usual and we'll get teams sorted. See ya' then!

Good turnout on Reunion today. Enough for a Yin TF team and a missions team which we merged after the TF. Thanks for taking the missions MsA and thanks to Reunion's one Bananiac for leading the Yin TF! We'll be back here on 4/16, 10:00 AM PDT.
