Hi all! TTT on Torchbearer next week 10/8. Meet in KR by IP gate at 6pm PDT/9pm EDT, and we'll get rolling from there. **Long term PLAN, get you're Tanks to 50 on Excelsior for an all Tanker Hami (Date tbd).** Also great turnout tonight, although I got there late, I had a blast! Thanks to all of the lead teams who got the event rolling! Hope to see you next week on Torch for the TTTT!! Please note the Hami attempt. We probably need to discuss it running up the the event, but at the minimum we'll need 35 Tankers! Let us know what you think/if you're in on the craziness.

My faves for Ice/* are: Ice/Fire, very fun combo Ice/Spines, very adaptable (turned mine into a "healer", because I could)(Holds aggro incredibly well) Ice/Dark, because I could. I imagine Ice/Rad Melee would be pretty fun too, but haven't rolled one yet.

Hi Joe, thanks for leading a team for us last night. Usually just chat cues are enough to get folks bringing stuff together. Also when we have a mix of levels, like last night, it can be harder for the lower level toons to hang in a big mob of goons (not fully slotted/unlocked powers yet). You did good. Everyone had a fun time and the levels were dinging, so all-in-all a good night!

Hey Ukase, Not a fool, there's a great deal of stuff to know about the game (I tend to forget most of it.. which isn't really useful, but how it works for me), so don't feel bad about not knowing about bruising, gauntlet usually gets talked about more. As far as taking advantage of it, as discussed the other night on TankHQ, it is linked to your T1 attack, which as you stated is probably not the best for DPS. But, it should have the fastest recharge time (I think EM might be the exception to that), and the "debuff" lasts for 8 seconds. So, to take advantage of it, make sure you land a shot with your T1 every 8 seconds (or as close to it as you can) (save slots for other powers, or try adding procs (if you have slots available). Agreed, I had an Invul/Stone on Live (before IOs and such) and even then he was hard to take down. In all fairness I did slot recharge into Fault, so lots of "flopping fish" mobs, and a fun combo to play.

There are several options out there for your. I would suggest looking at Rad/Spines, Rad/Fire, Invuln/Fire, Invuln/Spines, Bio/Fire, Bio/Fire, and if you feel like playing something out side the normal. Try any of the above, but with Ice Melee (Yes I said Ice Melee), Frost is your friend!!

Hi Eve, to answer your first question, "yes" certain power sets have different taunt vocalizations than others (compare savage melee to other sets (roar vs a "taunt"), and as Hera mentioned, female taunts are generally different than their male counterparts (the Ah-hah, one you mentioned being a good example (on mace, maybe axe too?)). I believe (haven't checked in some time) that the Brute taunts for similar sets may be different as well. I don't think there is a way to change the taunt vocalization/animation unless one was given in the hero creation/costuming/power effects window (which to my knowledge there are none offered at this time, although that would be a great update). If you're seeing a difference in taunt when in a mission vs when you're outside a mission, that may be a bug. Might be worth reporting.
