  1. Time to post again... how to fix regen 1. Give more -regen resist 2. Either lower recharge a bit or increase duration of instant healing or moment of glory 3. give stalkers some +recovery in combination with fast healing 4. allow Rez to be used while alive (like sentinels) 5. Have the heals in dull pain and reconstruction fire off at the beginning of the animation, rather then towards the end.

  4. It was easier to have bios for all my alts when I didn’t have so many alts. But I do have (mostly short) bios on all my characters I invest in.
  5. Suggestion: for tankers would it be possible for power crash to not use the stored energy focus if there were less than 10 to hit checks?

  8. This is everything I wanted (and requested) for combat teleport. Also, i think I called my suggestion combat teleport too.

  10. So.... Power Crash should have a wider arc for tankers?? If so, it might not be a waste of energy focus.

First, the groups in Perez were less numerous than 16(and they were running away, despite my taunt aura, Possible bug) , so I ran a quick radio council mission (one mission dose not a good study make, I know) just to see. I started with energy focus mode and I was at the aggro cap. Even then, I was only hitting 7-9 targets. I think I could get more if I corner herded them, but that's not my playstyle (neither is a jump punch). The energy focus mode for power crash for tankers leaves something to be desired. Right now it is just a waste of fast ET in normal situations.

  13. Has anyone done testing on the average increase in targets hit on power crash in EF mode in non farming conditions? If not, I will try to set something up. Proposed Conditions (let me know if anyone sees any flaws) -lv 50 Invulnerability (for a non damaging taunt aura and increase to hit) tank or brute -"racetrack" of Perez Park -All powers slotted for over 90% accuracy Control -Engage group -Lead with bone smasher -1 second to line up the cone -Execute power crash -Record number of targets hit Energy Focus -Engage group -Lead with total focus -1 second to line up the cone -Execute power crash -Record number of targets hit Expected outcome - The average targets hit in Energy Focus will be between 1-2 greater than the control group.

  15. FWIW, Total focus use to be a mag 4 stun which helped it to be less skippable.
  16. Disclaimer - this is not going to be productive post as far as feedback is concerned. Im getting frustrated that people can not see that I have issues with it, even though they are not, and then telling me there are no issues It doesnt have to do with adjusting tactics or optimal performance. When there is one right way/order to use your powers i dont think it is good design. I dont like how people are painting me as someone who cannot adjust to the new situations and telling me im wrong because i gave feedback that is different than theirs. <continue rant> i dont really have time to continue this. I will continue to test and post feedback and just ignore the people letting me know my opinion is wrong.
  17. The problem is that is limiting the choices for the order of powers executed. If I use total focus and defeat that enemy (or it has a small amount of heath left), I would like to use PC (or WH, but I usually lead with that), then another hard hit with ET.
  18. I am not interested in the increased targets of PC (which i didnt even notice when i tested that part of the power out). Once again, my problem has to do with the fact that i cant use PC between TF and ET. edit - i love PC as a power, but i would rather lose any benefits from energy focus so i would have to worry less about being stuck with long ET.

  20. IIRC my TF recharge is les than ET (not 100% sure) My issue is more I cant use PC after TF, until i use ET, rather than TF is not up yes in order to use ET.
  21. I understand that on paper long ET is a good power, but in practice, it is a terrible power and will hit a defeated mob about 1/2 the time. If ET needs a longer cooldown, I would be great with it. If it needs less damage, or more self damage, great. The long animation is a no go for me. If this is how we get it on live, I will probably play my tank a bit more often, but it will be either lower end content to avoid the ET problem, or I will avoid using powercrash which is what was happening in my test sessions. I will do some more testing to try and figure out how to make lemonade, but as of now, I think EM still needs tweaking.
