socalexile, when you move a macro from the tray to the custom.window it automatically turns into a bar. MrCaptainMan, is this what you are looking for? Then there's this... MAP hard to view? No problem flipp in and out of an enlarged map with ease: /BIND CTRL+F12 "window_hide chat$$windowscale map 2.0" /BIND ALT+F12 "show chat$$windowscale map 1.0"

I LOVE my Logitech keyboard (The G11). It has the 18 G-keys that I hit with my pinkie when I play. I didn't make any macros, just bound them to certain commands and it allows me to keep my left hand in a smaller area when I play.

Here's a description of them...you can even toggle through them all -FLY POSES- /bind w "+forward" /bind w "+forward$$em flypose1" (1 to 4) /bind w "+forward$$em flypose1$$e flypose2$$e flypose3$$e flypose4" flypose1 - Superman style. Arms Forward flypose2 - Alternate Superman style. Right arm forward. Left Arm curled back. . Right leg bent. flypose3 - back straight. Arms angle forward and slightly up. flypose4 - Bach arched up. Arms curled to the side.)

I use this macro for targeting pretty much everything /Macro TAR "targetcustomnext notmypet"

The new slash command /macro_image allows you to make macros with an actual power image, instead of the grey button with text in it. You can use the name of any texture in the game; use a Pigg Viewer to browse the game data files. Power icons need to be 32x32 in size to work properly in the tray, so look for pictures under texture_library/GUI/Icons/Powers, texture_library/GUI/Icons/Inspirations, texture_library/GUI/Icons/Pet_Command, texture_library/GUI/Icons/Origin and texture_library/GUI/Icons/Challenge_Status; those are guaranteed to be the right size for it. It all depends on how you build and slot your characters. The main thing to do is have FUN and play the way you want. I solo a lot, and I have a little ice/emp troller (with a Jack Frost pet) that is a tough little cookie. Ice patch makes baddies flop around like fish out of water, Block of Ice/Flash Freeze freezes them so they are helpless (plus great AOE damage) and my pet adds more damage. This, and she heals herself and others. You may want to try that, or perhaps the other end of the spectrum...fire/emp with fire imp pets.

True, and good advice Pixie! I just like the way the window looks, and the fact that the number of macros you can add are more than the tray limit.

eiynp, you have no idea how wrong you are. All the leak did was bring the game out before it was fully cooked. You are not alone in your opinion, but the truth is, if working on it had not remained secret, we all wouldn't be here now. *legal stuff* The truth remains the truth whether people choose to believe it or not. :)

I buy a bunch of specific insps and email them to myself. That way if I am in a mission, I can access more of what I need if my tray runs low. For key binding, I try to use a letter that I can easily associate with the power...F for fly, H for heal, P for telePorting friends, etc. Makes it much easier for me to remember... /bind F "powexec_name Fly" /bind P "powexec_name Recall Friend" /bind PageUp "powexec_name Resurrect" /bind O "powexec_name Ouroboros Portal" /bind Z "powexec_name Super Speed" (ZIPPING around) /bind T "powexec_name Taunt" etc. I use the F-keys for my toggle powers. Pet summoning, Blazing Aura, Arctic Air, Danger Sense, etc. I use my Vault (not regular salvage) to store extra uncommon/rare salvage, and use a macro to bring it up. Then, they can be transferred from vault to regular. /macro VLT "$$ toggle vault" I keep my UI windows clear so I can see more of the screen.

No, you don't. It will be exactly the same for every one of your characters. The macros you put in the window will be there for all of your toons to use.

Well, the only thing you can do is give your MM pets names...I have seen some very clever ones.

If you copy/paste it, it should replace whatever you had bound to b. And as JusticeBowler said, Bosses aren't specifically selectable unless the word Boss is in their name.

Sorry this took so long, but must have gotten buried. I went to the Menu>Options pull-down in the game to set the 'save and load' keybinds. I named my <filename> Faves. You can enter whatever keys you want for saving and loading.... hope that helps!
