Yeah there are various workarounds that function to one degree or another, but none are ideal, mostly because they require constant user input. So once you're AFK for a brief period of time (pee break, getting food/drink, partner/pet aggro, or just waiting for a team to form) you're going to lose your buffs. Which isn't terrible for PBs, but really sucks for a Dom. I could probably write an AutoHotKey script that would get the job done, but again, not an ideal nor elegant solution. -

Yeah, that's my other level 50 (Fire/Psi Dom) that's been sitting around collecting dust because it's another build that's gonna be a pain in the ass. Cause I'm with you, juggling Hasten and Perma Dom isn't fun. I know allowing multiple powers to be auto'd opens up a can of worms, but there are some times when I really wish we could. -

Yeah, this PB is human only, so perma LF is mandatory, and constantly having to watch Hasten is a pain, hence wanting to go without it. But I also want to be able to fit in a significant amount of defense from set bonuses, so it may not be possible. This is one of those times when I really hate working on builds. Can I? Sure. Will I enjoy it? Nope. -

I don't think SS needs a revamp, just Rage. And all that's necessary there is to drop the crash. But IIRC the last time the Homecoming team tried to do that the /powercreep brigade went apeshit and it was left as-is. Like you said, in regular content the -DEF isn't much of an issue (I'll admit sets like SR might have a more difficult time with it than others, but if you're prepared for it it's not difficult to mitigate). And even in harder content you're gonna be on a teams with multiple Maneuvers, Barriers, and other support +DEF powers, so even then it's really a nothingburger. More an annoyance than anything else.

All of the above. My main has been an INV/SS Tank since I0, and have never had problems dealing with the Rage crash. Would I prefer it not be there? Of course, It's annoying AF. But it's never once gotten me killed. By the time I even notice the crash, usually from seeing single-digit damage numbers, it's already half over. If I find myself suddenly taking a ton of damage I pop Dull Pain, a heal inspiration, and/or the Incarnate bubble. Worried about running out of end, Conserve Power or an end insp. None of those problems, pop Sands of Mu. And by then the crash is over.

Well...if you want my honest opinion... I agree IH should be a toggle. I do not think it should get resistances or a taunt aura. There's already one in Integration for Brutes (Scrappers don't and shouldn't get them), you don't need two. The inherent problem with Regen is that it's a reactive set, which makes it largely untenable for Tanks (and I dare say even Brutes). And there is no easy way to fix this without adding resistance or defense, two things the set just shouldn't have. That being said, I think Moment of Glory could be adjusted in a Tank version to make it something they could use to help mitigate alpha attacks. But that would require greatly reducing the recharge time so it was up for every spawn, otherwise you wouldn't be able to do your job. But the flip side of this is that you run the risk of making MoG the cornerstone power and negating the value of the other powers in the set (see: Granite Armor, Light Form). I think it *could* be done, but would be tricky to get just right. MoG has always been a problematic power, as it runs fundamentally contrary to the rest of the set. Personally I would like to see MoG revamped with something that thematically fits, e.g. remove the +def and +resists and add 100% +absorb and set +regen to max. Another inherent problem with regeneration (the stat, not the set) is that it has diminishing returns as it's a reductive stat, not additive or multiplicative, working more like recharge reduction than things like damage or tohit buffs. Regeneration reduces the time between health ticks, and as you add more and more the net value of each addition is increasingly reduced. As a primary form of damage mitigation it's extremely binary -- either you regenerate enough to counter the incoming damage or you don't. Too much and you're godly. Not enough and you die. But there are two things that are missing from Brute & Scrapper Regen (and one from Sentinel) that should be added, +absorb and +hp. IMHO instead of IH adding more +regen, change it to +hp at a fixed interval that scales up as your HP drops, working similarly to heal over time powers in Nature and Time sets. This works to complement regeneration instead of adding to it (which as I stated above results in diminishing returns), and also protects you from -regen debuffs, which would have no effect on it. I would then remove the +resistance in Resilience and add +absorb, which like a +hp HoT would complement +regen instead of just adding to it or introducing resistances. So now instead of just +regen and a tiny amount of resistances you have +regen, +hp, and +absorb, all of which would add greater survivability without changing the nature of the set and without having to add any defense or resistances. So yeah, I think there are a number of ways to make Regen better without turning it into Bio or Willpower. Do I think it's ever going to happen? Nyet. -

Halloween event GM spawn maps

When I installed the Halloween maps on top of Vidiotmaps via City Mod Installer it said there were file conflicts and asked if I wanted to overwrite. I said yes. I assume this means once the event is over and I remove the Halloween pack I will have to reinstall Vidiotmaps? -
If you aren't already invested in the Flight pool go with CJ. Hover gives you some vertical advantages, but you can get that with a cheap flight pack from the P2W vendor.

Well that's a phrase I haven't heard in a LONG time LOL! I wonder if a belt piece could be modified, since they have their own polygonal structure. In conjunction with a Buffalo Bill costume mod, of course. There are a few belt pieces that have dangly cape-like bits, so maybe it's even possible to have a todger with physics! 🍆 Mind you I'm cackling so hard right now. -

The nude mod is available in City Mod Installer if anyone wants to check it out ("Female Nude Patch"). Y'know, for scientific purposes. There is also another one out there one can find with a Google search. Again, for science. I have not installed either version so I cannot speak to their quality. Alas, there is no such patch for males. Truly a sad day. Hmm...maybe I should start a new project... -

There is a nude mod you can download. That was never in dispute. Solar was making it sound like it was part of the Homecoming release, which is isn't, and is why no one was believing him. So while there might be people that inadvertently installed the nude mod as part of an older vidiotmaps package, those that are actively using it knowingly installed it. The flip side to that are the people that just happen to use those costume pieces who don't realize others are going to see them as nude.
