  1. It downloaded to wherever you told Tequila to download it when you ran it the first time...
  2. Are you sure you're starting SCORE and not Icon?
  3. You don't need to. It doesn't add a desktop shortcut - if you want one, you'll have to make one yourself.
  4. Check system registry per this post and report back with the results: https://score.savecoh.com/index.php/topic,372.msg4676.html#msg4676
  5. Another possible cause: https://score.savecoh.com/index.php/topic,861.msg4662.html#msg4662
  6. Jacke reported an interesting issue: sometimes (perhaps some versions of?) Tequila creates a key named "params" under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Tequila in your system registry - and it seems it uses that value preferentially over the ones in tequila.xml. If any of these is happening: [*]SCORE continues to report wrong game version even when Tequila.xml contains the -noversioncheck parameter [*]SCORE crashes on launch [*]SCORE is unable to connect to the authentication / login servers Start -> Find/Run -> Regedit -> HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Tequila . Remove everything inside the Tequila key
  7. Okay, that's unusual.. but it does explain a few reports I've seen here and on Reddit. Thanks for the information!
  8. Have you selected "Going Rogue" on the first screen? That removes you from the normal Hero/Villain alignment until your character reaches level 20 or so.
  9. Logging chat is pretty standard, if your GMs run into someone misusing the chat in some way (eg: trying to solicit donations or posing as a GM) those logs could prove whether this was a one-time thing or a long-term pattern of behavior. As for IPs... let's not mince words, sometimes an IP ban is the only way to get rid of certain problem users - at least for a while.
  10. One word: Macros.
  11. Insect Armor and/or Insectoid pieces . There's also an Insect Hybrid face if that's your thing. Depending on how much you want the mandibles to be pronounced, you could use Cybertech 3 detail (Face detail #2 slot) or Warrior (Helmet detail #2 slot) Bioarmor.costume
  12. That is correct, as the website itself states on its' "about" page: https://mmo-population.com/about
  13. Zero.
  14. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I forgot to update that post when the authserver IP supplied by Tequila has changed. I've updated the line from the XML and replaced the attached XML with an updated version. The specific part you need in params is -noversioncheck
  15. Actually, scratch that... found a copy of the COH kit. :) Fresh mirrors of both: https://www.mirrored.to/multilinks/0g6cnspffw No such thing for Going Rogue, but there is some stuff at: http://web.archive.org/web/20111124053517/http://goingrogue.na.cityofheroes.com/en/ EDIT: Since the mirrors have AGAIN expired, I've put up new ones. Copies of both files are also in my Google Drive, so if new mirrors are needed just give me a ping.
  16. City of Heroes kit isn't available online in full form, but some stuff has been mirrored at https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/City_of_Heroes_Fansite_Kit City of Villains: http://www.mediafire.com/file/18mfg0t0k0e3dc4/
  17. AFAIK: i25 consists of Leandro's modifications to the i24 source he received. Said i24 source may have had items that were not part of the i24 beta, but at this time it is impossible to tell. Leandro does have the source for his "i25" but has chosen not to distribute it. More or less, unless Leandro's changes are recreated in some manner.
  18. It actually has face sliders. When editing the costume, open up the "Scales" menu on the right side of the screen.
  19. AFAIK they work, it's just that there's insufficient supply for the demand.
  20. Cream Soda is a third party fork of Tequila reverse engineered hack of Tequila (cf https://i.imgur.com/sZF1QtO.png ) Currently it doesn't provide a real advantage over the core function of the original probram (downloading and patching) - in fact, it piggybacks on Tequila's own content servers and bandwidth (which I understand ticked off Leandro somewhat when he found out). Downloads from the web over HTTP are impractical for distribution on this scale - if Cream Soda ever switches to magnet links / torrents as a method of download it might have an actual advantage over Tequila, but for now it's entirely redundant.
  21. Tequila will automatically download COH's files to the same directory. It displays a progress bar on the bottom. No additional installation is required for COH to run. No, just a pre-installed copy of issue 24 data. The reason I recommend using the magnet link first is that it uses BitTorrent to create a decentralized distribution network supported by the users themselves, whereas Tequila just downloads the files from a small group of hosting servers which are buckling under the recent MAJOR spike in demand. The magnet is both faster and reduces the load on Tequila's content servers.
  22. That happens when you lose connection to the server during actual creation of the character in the server's database, before the process is fully completed. Encountered it several times on Bree and Torchbearer before, the only route is to delete and remake that toon.
  23. Works fine for me.
  24. Another update to this, there are mentions on reddit that for some people it's a matter of running Tequila as admin and/or connections to patch.savecoh.com being blocked by their antivirus. Worth checking before you attempt to use the posted workaround.
  25. You can change the window colors in game settings IIRC.
