  1. I do think that the idea that the tier 9s are intended for people who Don't yet have billion inf builds is actually perfectly fine, though not the best it could be. But with that in mind, the crashes should go. If you've spent so much inf that you no longer need unstoppable then that's great, don't take it. Not everyone can (or WANTS to) invest that much.
  2. Oh yea, I looked too quick and only saw the defence, not the resistance. It does look suspicious. I am also curious how this was achieved.
  3. Those look like saturated Invincibility numbers to me.
  4. Players don't all say this, which is why KB>KD is an option not a given.
  5. I mostly agree with this, although I should point out it’s not any harder to pop a purple than a blue. Even so, I do mostly agree.
  6. I’m thinking some should have it lessened (Unstoppable) while others should have it removed (Elude). But I’m open to the idea that they’ll also have to be nerfed a little bit.
  7. It makes perfect sense. The set is called Empathy. It’s explicitly about buffing and healing Others, primarily.
  8. I agree it's going to be tricky, but it should be attempted anyway.
  9. Kin being able to SB themselves? Anyone who can't see why that would be OP is either oblivious or being disingenuous.
  10. If it goes from a power almost no one takes to a power that some people actually use then it's not a nerf, it's a buff.
  11. Support classes have to stop DPS to use support powers. Why in the world would you think it makes sense to allow you to do so?
  12. This isn't quite completely true. Buffs such as Fortitude or Ice Shields or whatever have an advantage in that they have longer durations than most debuffs, do not attract aggro, and can be cast before combat. That said, I think you're probably right that there's room for adjustment.
  13. In theory self affecting and non-self affecting buffs are balanced against each other via strength, recharge, threat, and more. In theory. In practice I'm not so sure they are balanced.
  14. I think it's OK the way they've done it, but I also think it would be ok if they were 100'. I'm pretty sure they won't send it live if it breaks your mez protection. I would hope that Repel resistance protects against this. Still curious if the Full Auto changes are ported to critters.
  15. I want: Pirates Clowns Cowboys Supers ???
  16. In general I actually think Support and CC sets are fine. It's only in the upper levels that those sets start to get devalued. But the devs are aware of this and are going to try to fix it. May take a while, but they're on it.
  17. Agreed. Although, generally the reason I put them together is that, unlike tanks, CC and Support powers take TIME to use. Tanks only have one power (besides self heals and such) that takes time away from attacking, Taunt.
  18. I want them each to be handled slightly differently so that they don't all feel the same (redundant, I know). But in general, crashes should either be removed or cut in half (like Lightform). If strength and duration need to be altered to make that ok, so be it.
  19. That would be completely overpowered.
  20. It's certainly true that SOME MM pets have some aggro management ability. Bruiser, Lich, a couple others. But MMs as a class do not.
  21. Taunt is the mechanic that allows you to use Threat for aggro management.
  22. By that measure a Blaster is aggro management because they cause high threat. The discussion is meaningless if you think of it that way.
  23. EVERY class has the ability to Absorb Alphas. That is not aggro management.
