    Oh yeah, I kind of assumed that he had a video card on his old PC that he was going to transfer over... bad assumption. Good luck! I always go with NVIDIA cards, so I never even consider onboard video...

    No. Pet powers are intended to inherit enhancements and some (mostly pseudo pets) also inherit buffs. The exception is recharge which pets don't inherit due to that causing AI issues.

    I don't know about you, but the AoEs I usually use already have a 1.3 modifier on them vs. the 1 or 1.1 modifier of my other powers. I tend to slot only for accuracy up to three slots until I can get SOs or level 25+ IOs, then I slot it down to 2 ACC in each power. But until then? Oh, yeah, totally add the extra slots for accuracy until it's maxed out. I HATE whiffing.
