  1. let us be the judge of that, what was the name?
  2. Nope. Water Blast.
  3. Sure, here you go, pick your poison: Totally Nuts (the whole thing minus the dead air) Frantic (just the last part where he goes nuts) Hah! Hey You Guys Hey! You! Look! Up Here! Up Here! Up Here! Whoop! Whoop! Of course, whichever one you choose, you'll need to rename it to "Objective_loop.ogg" when you get it in the right folder.
  4. Just tried water blast for the first time the other day, and MAN is it fun!
  5. I of course disagree about Force Fields. They can solo just fine. In fact, my current version of PK on Excelsior I'm running to 50 entirely solo and with NO team powers (yes, no Insulation or Deflection Shields!) as proof of concept, and he's doing SPLENDIDLY. With Force Bolt from Level 2, and Repulsion Field at level 18, it's almost RIDICULOUSLY easy to stay alive solo as a bubbler. I almost feel bad for the mobs.
  6. +1 to this idea. So far, the Homecoming team in general has been a mystery. Who are they? What do they want? Will they share their code? What are their skills? People want to know!
  7. It should ALWAYS give exactly three... as long as you have three open slots.
  8. Not sure... would explain a lot of things though...
  9. How about this one? It's the same glowie, but with the pitch increased by two levels: https://www.dropbox.com/s/o45t19a5zoxvbyb/Objective_loop.ogg?dl=0
  10. I mean REALLY? Like, so badly that you're willing to listen to the most irritating voice in the world in order to find it? Well, if that's the case, then I have a solution for you. Presenting the "Find that freaking glowie before I kill myself" mod. Here's how to do it: [*]Download this file [*]Move it into the "data\sound\ogg\FrontEnd" subdirectory of your CoH installation folder. For example, I installed my CoH into C:\CoH, so here's where I put the file: It's that simple! Now you can be annoyed for the entirety of your CoH gameplay experience! If you don't like it, just delete the file. Here is the mod in action: Special thanks to: This old thread that gave me the knowledge. The City of Heroes Discord for pointing me to a WORKING Pigg Viewer. And most importantly Zombie Man who gave me the idea in the first place.
  11. That's what I'm doing now. About 25% done in 8 hours.
  12. Here you go, go nuts: https://ourowiki.ouro-comdev.com/index.php?title=I25_Command_Lists
  13. I so wish there was a way to "thumbs up" a post... I bet they were dupin' rares, too. You click on the "Give Inf" link under their name. It's a digital thumbs up.
  14. Probably, it's a free host. I'm kind of hoping the Mods will notice the Dev Tracker and offer to host it on the official server and make it look pretty. I'm a coder, not a graphic designer, dammit! And the source code is out there for anyone that wants it.
  15. Because they're untouchable... DUH.
  16. I do it with Cialis. Works like a charm.
  17. The first I can see.... the second is a gross assumption. I've seen a LOT of newbies that never got the chance to play CoH before because it was "before their time" that are hopping onboard the train now. Let's give them a chance as well to learn the way we did, eh?
  18. Welcome to our new CR overlords. I've updated the tracker to track the additional Administrators and Game Masters that I could find, including the new French ones that weren't listed here so that we can all creepily stalk them on the forums...
  19. You absolutely could, yes. You would be my mostest favorite person in the whole wide world for at least a week! I am betting others would feel the same. How much raw data would forums like that use? Out of curiosity. Just plain text? Probably a few megabytes. They say you could fit the Library of Congress on a 1.44MB floppy if it was plaintext. Graphics and such makes that grow... exponentially.
  20. AFAIK, those are only for "special" enhancements, like "chance for x" or "x proection" and the like, the ones that are unique. Do you know of any uncommon ones that use rare salvage that are NOT "special" enhancements? Maybe give a couple examples (their names please), and we can check it out on ParagonWiki.
  21. When you're dragging an enhancement over to slot it, it tells you EXACTLY how much it will enhance a power by. So... why would you slot something that would only enhance damage by 1%, for example? Or, did you not notice those numbers before?
  22. UGH, the registry! Well, at least I know now... and now I'm thinking of making a "ConfigCoH program", heheh but that might find limited use... probably not worth the time to code.
