I don't believe any of the initial Origin contacts are, well, contacts anymore. Pretty sure Matthew Habashy is the only contact for levels 1-4 now. No, they still work, you can still walk up to them if you have the "right" origin and level range, and they'll still give you missions. They just aren't handed to you as initial contacts anymore.

I think your best best is probably Cipher, they seem like the closest thing to a forum admin that I can see. Good luck though, I've messaged them a few times and have heard jack diddly back. Must be busy, or they just don't like me. Maybe you'll have better luck! In the meantime, I've just been clicking the other link next to my name, "Show unread posts since last visit", and then looking for the icons in the screenshot below, browsing any remaining items that look interesting to me, then then clicking the Mark All Read button:

Hmmm.... that gives me an idea.... I was able to make a Dev Tracker by parsing XML, I wonder if I could do something similar to make a one-time program that would parse the Wayback Machine and create essentially a "database" of posts.... hmmmmm....

I was trying to run the game off of a virtual machine (I know, I know), and I ran into an issue. It seemed that no matter what I set the graphics settings to, when I closed and re-opened the game, it seemed to save them back to defaults. Now, I took a look over at ParagonWiki to see if there was any slash commands or command line arguments, and I couldn't find anything, so... does anyone know if there's a config file stored somewhere, or some secret slash commands that I can set BEFORE the game starts to set things up such as my display resolution, etc?

I disagree, you should always have a team full of Defenders. You can fill with a Corruptor or two if you can't find enough Defenders but you can never have to many Defenders.

In other news, I'm now the first and only "Hero Member" on the board. I'm guessing this is an auto-setting if someone gets over 500 posts. <.< I think.... I might have a problem... >.>

The OP wasn't saying to "call the police", they were gently letting new players know that there's more than just DFB out there. Just because YOU already know that, doesn't mean that everybody does.

I'm having issues fitting everything that I want within 300 characters... even using shortening URLs! Can you please double the signature space, and just make some sort of rules like "no signature can take up more than 600 vertical pixels onscreen" or something like that? Then, I would have plenty of visual space to do what I feel compelled to do, but others wouldn't be bugged by walls of text or gigantic images!

Right click on a mob and choose Info from the menu that appears. The window that pops up will have a drops tab that shows you EXACTLY what they drop.

Yeah, I was never a fan of the red text either, it does hurt my eyes. But that's the way that it always was, even on the old boards: That's why I switched it to "tomato", which is the red that hurts my eyes the least against blue. The forum's background color that I screen-stole that I wanted to emulate was hex code #3A5F71. If you have a suggestion for a BETTER "red name" color than my current one of #FF4500, then please, let me know and provide the hex code and I'll swap it out if I like it! But, I do want to keep that dark blueish background color for sure, and I want to differentiate between "red names"/administrators and "Cornflower Blue names"/GMs.

I LOVE the feedback, thank you! I switched it by default to use Open Sans, and if the user's browsers for some reason doesn't have access to Open Sans, Arial (which is actually my favorite font). I also added a couple of NBSPs and a horizontal rule to split the records. Let me know if you can see any other improvements!

There's nothing in the Code of Conduct. They are a non-profit LLC. Until they get some concerns or a C&D from some combic book company, I wouldn't worry about it one bit.
