NPCs just casually walking down invisible stairs and disappearing through a wall in city hall, echo: atlas. i watched several pass on the same invisible path over 3 minutes. 😄 Server: Excelsior Zone/Mission: Echo: Atlas Park Position: [-23.3 -784.0 -894.5]

not really a typo but lots of inaccuracies. the red cap villain power description for gnome toss, is just a modified copy and paste of fire control smoke... and the "villains" are actually heroes in this case, so the original enemies description is probably more accurate. gnome toss is not a targeted AOE, but a single target and while the description says -ACC, the power detailed info says -to hit. which is odd because smoke is correct with -to hit. this attack also does fire damage, and CoD says "target always notified", i am pretty sure the last sentence of "if the villains are attacked" is also incorrect. attack type in detailed info should also reflect fire defense as well as smashing. add smashing DoT, and fire damage, in initial power description. this is all to say that this power description is a mess! 😄

the normal path for levantra is send you to borea, borea sends you one one mission, to hunt 10 rikti. after you go back to borea to turn that in, she sends you to serpent drummer, etc... in the leventra arc, there is only one thing to do for borea. but you are now introduced to borea and she has endless, repeatable missions that are completely separate. so just to clarify, sometimes, when you go back to borea after killing 10 rikti, you cannot turn in that mission? she only offers her other missions? you do not have in your mission log to visit the next objective, serpent drummer? -

i just posted a long bug report for 17 attuned sets that slotted early. most only 1 level early, but several 10 levels early. -

oops... but are you sure about that? because a Miracle heal/absorb caps at 40, with a heal of +38.6%. an attuned one on a level 50 character has a stat of +42.4%, which is exactly the same stat as a lvl 50 generic IO heal. -
mini map image drifting when zoomed in

ok, i updated my graphics driver and restarted everything and i still have it. the curious thing is that it drifts to the edge of the zone limit. meaning that if i zoom out, to be able to see my character icon, but off center, it will only drift to zone limit due north of me, not due north of where i centered the map. [12:35] Server: Excelsior Zone/Mission: Kings Row Position: [-3025.9 246.0 2744.4] no ideas. it is not a big problem, just strange. i do not know what more i can add to this bug report. 🙂 -

i cannot find a rhyme or reason that it is doing this... level range, AT, powersets... none make a difference as to why the map image drifts or not. on some toons it does, on others not at all... i can reproduce it, but not reliably. i have no idea. i'll try updating the pilot, but not sure why that would work. -
i noticed that only on certain alts, like my necro/MA MM or SB/stone sentinel, that when my mini-map is its smallest size and zoomed in completely, if i am standing still, it will drift north. it will stay up there until i move and then it will recenter on me. but when i stop again, it will drift north again. this only works when it is the smallest size and completely zoomed in, otherwise it does not do this. it does not do this on all of my alts, just some. i'll test later on more alts to see if it is entirely random, or if there is some pattern that i can discern.

Someone just brought up that Efficacy Adapter has two different minimum levels that they can be slotted if they are attuned. Apparently this is an old bug, with people reporting it way back in 2020. There was also a bug fix that changed Gaussian's Fire-Control and Performance Shifter. The funny thing is that while they changed the minimum levels, they gave them the wrong values still. So, I went through the lists and found 16 17 different sets with the wrong minimum levels, that probably have all been reported at one point in time, but I am compiling them all here. Defense Debuff Touch of Lady Grey : (Def Debuff/Rec/End Red, Def Debuff/Rec, Defense Debuff) : attuned minimum level 7, recipe minimum level 21, should be minimum level 18. can you elaborate? what do you mean exactly? because the recipes and the crafted encs only go down to lvl 21. neither of those levels should work, since the level range is 21-50, so the minimum should be 18. are you talking attuned enhancements? which ones can you slot early, and which you cannot? if you can slot it early, can you take screenshot? i'll try later to reproduce this myself, if you do not.

i tried to replicate this, but i could not redo the steps exactly... notably i put in banished pantheon core superior. i even had a restoration to try, but it went straight in to the AH. i even tried encs, but nothing unusual. did you craft that incarnate power and was the slot empty? other than that, there is not much i can think of other than hope that you can replicate it. 🙂

if you have 100 merits, a winter set enhancement, according to market fluctuations, is probably the easiest... and if you have an unslotter and a catalyst laying about, superiourise it. that'll add another 20% to the sell price. converters, unslotters, and catalysts boosters, (oh my!) are all about the same going rate of merit to influence ratio. just that winters are good for bulk merit use, if not a bit better overall. 🙂
