  1. The link I posted before seems to make Fire and Negative the best. Low chance of resist and low resist when it hits.
  2. Yeah it was like this way before the shutdown. I hope that is something that could be looked at. It feels like a hamfisted way of retaining the pet retraining buffs when zoning. Perhaps there is a more elegant way of addressing it with decent code. As stated, this CAN impact player performance. It reminds me how players would double bubble themselves when zoning, stacking protection because of these kinds of issues.
  3. Can you show what it looks like
  4. The Ninjas do it in the video as well. Tested some others- Beasts instead instantly cast their buffs all over again regardless of how long it has been. Bots retrain on the spot. Necro does the door thing like Ninjas and Thugs do.
  5. Yeah I've never seen it NOT do this. If Rudra is correct then it must be nice living right next to the servers. If this is correct then I was hoping there could be a better way of loading it because it shows that the code is resummoning them all individually with each powerup.
  6. Watch the Thugs part.
  7. That's an enormous amount of lag if that's the case. They just happen to reload every power up with their corresponding outfits? EDIT: What's the netgraph command again?
  8. You've never seen it do what is in the video?
  9. They already did a rebalance of Lore pets awhile back. Remember Cims were completely dominant before the rebalance? How common is it to resist the resistance debuffs, especially AVs and the like?
  10. I still refer to this thread from time to time. It looks like Fire and Negative are the best.
  11. Sounds like an Interface rebalance wouldn't be a bad idea. As powerful as Confuse can be, it seems Cognitive has been hit twice needlessly. It does a lesser dose of psionic damage - why - because of the Confuse? Then why is Confuse's chance so low? etc. Degen's toxic seems needlessly nerfed as well - it's not uncommon for game mobs to be resistant to toxic. There was a thread awhile ago that showed that toxic was one of the most commonly resisted by critters, with fire being least. Not sure if I can find that thread but I will look later. EDIT: would be nice to get lethal/smashing/cold DoTs on Interface also. EDIT 2: Found the thread. HERE it is.
  12. I agree if I soloed a lot.
  13. Has it been reported? I've always wondered if the immob was working correctly. You can tell when it comes to Cognitive's confuse pretty easily as they change direction.
  14. The immobilize is for 'Killspeed' due to keeping mobs in the burn patches. Wouldn't that also be the case for stacking Mag2 attacks on LTs and Bosses? Sounds to me it would break mag levels pretty fast if you are correct. x8 settings make it difficult to keep them all locked down even with Web Grenade and Web Envelope regardless of +levels, and you know they run when over Caltrops which again is another reason it's nice to stack immobilize. EDIT: by the way I appreciate this conversation very much. I am learning a lot and I don't want you to misunderstand that I am against your statements - rather I am trying to flush the cobwebs out of my brain as the game is getting up there in age.
  15. If we keep telling people to only grab Reactive or Degen, they might as well only get the tier 3 DoT since I recall only 4 can stack on the debuff side. Spectral is a moderate DoT unlike Cognitive and Degen if I am remembering correctly.
  16. Incarnate content softcaps are what again? I had this build before the shutdown in 2012 and I can't remember. I do use Web Grenade and Web Envelope often, plus the (admittedly paltry) Spectral Radial Flawless Interface that has a chance to immobilze, all for the burn patches (which is nice for caltrops too I guess.)
  17. Yeah but it's Agility Core instead - Traps on MM is end hungry since recharge is such a big deal for that set. The +def is nice for Maneuvers, FFG, and Enforcer Maneuvers (plus my Scorpion Shield.) EDIT: attached a very old build file Super Punx 3.mxd
  18. 74.4% Recharge with enhancements, 151.25% global with Hasten. 1.41 Accuracy with enhancements, 1.39% Accuracy Bonus, ToHit Bonus at 86.81%. How is that? I have a Ragnorok Acc/Rech in it.
  19. Note that Annihilation is not in the picture shown. Interesting though. Worth proccing it up as shown do you think?
  20. No it does it every single time. Muted audio with several instances of the issue
  21. Nope. This is specific to zoning, not just doors that open with no loading/instancing. Which primary?
  22. No definitely not, they definitely proc but I want to know how it is supposed to work.
  23. Another door issue that may NOT be minor dependent on it being hot: We still have the weird code that requires players like Masterminds to resummon all pets 3 times with each upgrade. You walk into a door, and on the other side the pets will enter 3x, one for each stage of their upgrade path. That means you cannot utilize much of your primary until that entire process is complete. Another issue that stems from this is that players that have powers that are toggles on others will always de-toggle when using elevator doors. Now sure, this isn't a bug, the game is doing what it is supposed to do: de-toggle after a specific range/distance - however this is rather annoying - could it be given a timer before de-toggling? Say 10-15 seconds?
