I'm just wondering if anyone else has seen something like this?

Do they just not show up in your combat log? I have a radial reactive in my Dark/Dark controller atm, so, 25% for some -res, and 25% for fire dot. I've looked, and reslotted the power, and I swear neither is showing up in the combat log for effects. Is that just the way it is?

Apparently it causes the right hand pistol or the AR model for the rocket launcher to glitch out/invisible, and you can't re-establish the visual of either without paying for it in the Tailor.

Picked that as my Epic Pool, got LRM ROcket. Problem is, the model keeps vanishing, and I keep having to pay to bring it back in Tailor, except then, my right hand pistol is invisible, and vice versa when I bring that back.

Ok, because why not, I dropped it into a slot on my Tactics power. Now, in a instance, a mission, etc, it proc'd pretty decently, once in a while twice on top of itself. Now, I'm running around in a city map, Steel, Atlas, whatever, it seems like it almost never triggers. Just bad luck, or are the conditions in the two different types of map different?Insert other media

I'm looking at either Ice Mastery for Sleet/Freezing Rain combo, or Fire Mastery for Rain of Fire/Fireball or one of those with Melt Armor?

Since it takes Accurate To Hit debuff Sets, does that mean the Cloud senses chance for negative damage proc would work on a number of its powers, since they're primarily -tohit powers?

/Nature can be a bit of a PITA though.

Only one I'm not looking at is Primal Forces. Fire has Rain of Fire, a shield, a debuff, etc. Ice has a shield, a slow debuff, and a ice rain aoe. Psionic has a team buff, a shield, and a psionic aoe.

I'm running DP/Time and having a blast. With a decent damage boost, I feel like I'm going all John Wick/Cleric Preston on bad guys.

So, Entangling Aura WITH the Lockdown Proc is worth it? I almost never use Choking Cloud on my Rad Defender, such as it is.

Remaking my Grav/Psi from back in the day, and for the life of me, I can't remember what I took. Right now, I have Psionic Dart, Mind Probe(nice Crushing Impact set there), Psychic Scream, Drain Psyche, and Mental Blast. Now I'm going to take Psionic SHockwave, but I'm trying to remember if I need TK Thrust(I have 2 KU/KB powers in Grav), Subdue, or Psionic Lance. Given that I'm shooting for perma-dom, the amount of +rech I'm going for will make a much tighter attack chain, so I only need so many attacks.
