I like eyelash. Death ray is probably taken but you could fiddle with it to work. But I would go more on there personality for names. If the cyclops guy is a dnd fan something like a beholder (they have eye beams I think) For the steal guy you could have just taken his circus name like with nightcrawler. What ever that might have been given his gimmick as the strong man Pumped Iron the onl man alive able to lift a tank Or Ultimate Muscle the world strongest man.

I have never gotten a official hero family going. Most I think ever was 3 members a sister and a half brother. Or maybe they where a clone or alt dimension gender swapped me, can't remember. I have made alot of "family" with just alts. A fun one was whether control/electricity (who would now just be storm blaster/weather control) and a fire/ice/earth. Parents. With the new power set I just might remake them but I never liked that the family could never be together and fight as a super family, if I did remake them tho. Mom: corruptor storm blast/ weather control. Dad tank: stone/fire/ice Kids 5 2b 2g 1 other Powers could be swapped around but would proably build there personality to match. Teen boy: brute Super strength/stone super jump Personality would be more dumb but lovable he is always willing to get hurt to protect others. But would have anger issues. Young boy: blaster Fire/Fire/Fire can fly. Bit of a hot head love to burn things and play with his powers. Would often be in trouble but knows when to get serious Teen girl: stalker Ele/energy (maybe shield) super speed Likes to study not into the hero thing but does it for now mostly to look after her younger siblings Young girl: defender Wind powers from Strom/strom only. Bit of a tomboy. Trained with her powers the least of the family is more into doing her own thing. Teen outher: Sentinel Water/ice Is often trying to change the world when not in costume at Rally's or defacing crey/city property thinks they should be doing more outside hero work. Given how I rp and LVL my stuff the kids would get exp turned off some where around LVL 8-10 teens around LVL 15-20 and adults lvl 25-30. Unless there above street level adult heros. Could also expand the family if I wanted one of every at. But I would try and keep them all elemental I think. I could a cousin or something who uses lava (water/fire or water/stone) but if I wanted them all a different AT I would proably change them all around to better mix and match into each AT. And might go and do that now 😛 and remake them all, how could you do this to me.

Do you mean have has anyone gotten 3+ players to each play a member of a family or do you mean has anyone made 3+ family members as alts? Because I have seen both and a family of alts is pritty common and fun. Getting a nice mix of powers like weather control elemental control from the parents and you can build there kids in lots of neet ways.

Did this for the first two years of the game as it was just to insaly lucrative not to. I have seen more then a few people argue you can't make a profit on packs. I mean i made billions on them, still do if the market dips because outher people stop doing it or are not playing.

You can't play 8 alts at once? Well I guess the gameplay would be better but what would you talk about 😉 You can't start a tf with any number of players even 1 if you want to solo it

He was barely inactive for like a week and the marvel devs gave his name to a new toon. So ya I guess it is free to use.

I think the only TF I ever failed in homecoming was a master ms liberty. We failed because someone died. We still finished the TF. I'm not sure if you can fail them. 5 years into HC now having done the Tf of the week just about every week both sides for years and not one did I have to leave or give up on. But maybe everlasting is just where all the best players are.

Ohh it's worse then that you can have a bunch of boring LVL 50s you never use all names hold name till later 1 as you did not like the power set or w/e and when the toon you don't LVL might run out of time you just name change the LVL 50 and deleate the low LVL you could not even bother to LVL now have a LVL 50 and name you have never played. Always recycle 🙂

I got to 10 billion and stopped again only took a few weeks. Things are selling for more then they used to but looks like it's settling down some.

Had that problem when I first started playing made a few toons then a tw/bio/ scrapper and I could just do all the DMG I ever wanted. Think it's still my highest LVL of like vet LVL 70s . Over time my altitus kicked in I tried new thing and found outher fun power combos after 2-3 years only melee moved onto blaster and now I'm going threw corruptor phases (the best at in the game fought as long as I could) now I'm storm/storm again do all the DMG and worry I'll never move on.

At one point dfb was the fastest way to hit 50 I think it got changed to more or less slow down after 20 if I had to guess a time I would think 6-9 of dfb with 2x exp

Yes more people on thing sell for more on the weekend walked away with almost 2 billion each day this weekend. I'll often stock up on lower costing things Mon-thursday and sell most of it fri-sunday like Armageddon went for 25 mill some as high as 30 over this weekend.

Level does mean power it's why incarnates are the only way to get past LVL 50. It's part of game lore now the security level thing broke. PvP and incarnates kill it

It would probably not be a player you buy to from as white salvage is seeded at 500 and players sell for less then 500 but you never know

Tank ato are up probably for people trying to rush a farmer and start getting there inf flowing. Low bids are crazy high again to many New people are power lvling or just playing with friends at LVL 50 with there LVL 10 so if they happen to get a purple recipe they can't afford the tax and half to sell it for low and hope for a few million to pay the tax on the next itme. Possibly why middle level salvage is dropping more people are selling it. I found most marketers ignore it the Proffitt is to little to care. Converters are up. I saw average price of 60k but I have been selling them for 75 the last two weeks and sell out over night each night. Weekends are insane I make more on the market sat/Sunday in two hours work then Indo Monday/Thursday Idk if MSR and hamidon are being done more but merit items are everywhere. LVL converters are down where up over a million before there under 800k on average now some people have complained they don't know how to make inf anymore. Market forecast this is probably the midnight for the new players in 3-6 months prices will drop both from less people on for the summer and more stable build and farmers now around. But still more new players everyday if we see another spike the profits will only grow. Stock up on winter and purples if they dip new players who don't know how to build will buy them cuz they have the best stats and slot them into anything when that happens you will profit. 😉 pleas send me 15% of all profits for this advice 😉

I would dubt it, one, hard mode is not played by I would guess say most players ( 30% of the server never seem even get to LVL 50) (in everlasting) Two, it's not that hard. The first time there out it might be but the people who play them ever night learn the ins and outs of them in maybe a week. Then when a casual wants to try one we join with them as there hosting and told the what to do an not do finish it in under a hour. Three. If your doing hard mode stuff your probably min/maxed to all hell so the rest of the game is baby mode to you. Four. It does not fix the issues of people separating IC and ooc as they play.

If your min/maxing a farmer I guess but at that point it's better to run 3 farmers a tank a brute and a scrapper/blaster/defender my husband made me a farmer in 2019 never changed its build and it can still do the comit map in about 5 min. It's a brute. So to say you need a tank might be a bit hyperbolic But as of 2024 I have seen many new players join and they all struggled to play solo tank lvls 20+ but excelled at brutes. Again showing there not useless, they just don't min max as good as outher classes it seems. But that's part of having different classes I assume

Traps are a great solo set, it's teams where they feel a bit meh, as most your set up is ignored.

I never mind one TF or event. But all of them. Even with Oro, how many heros have done the Oro mish to get the portal over just asking for one to drop. And even then sure maybe your hero is like marvels exiles where you where plucked out of time or a different dimension and you work for oro and did everything. But how many might that be 6-25 people in the city. And how many times have you run into that back story for me personally it is zero. But yes IC power and ooc power to toons are often very different we are aware it's a game and we don't want to be a bother on outher players because of how we rp. So we min max some or make our toons much stronger then they should be to do content for fun. That is why I like the three build I can always leave one at w/e level I want and as strong as I want for IC power and if in a heavy rp setting or with friends I don't need to change to my min/maxed builds. For the hand waving you can justify anything with effort. If your "superman" toons falls in a mish the. IC he never fell he had to get people to safety ect. But as I think MCspazz posted about before head cannon is tricky

Thought I was the only one who did this. The issue I found with costume contest is when you have more then one judge the winners are often bland. Not because the judges have bad taste just different and the none person who might be on every judges list even if it's number 10 on the list will just get the most points overall. So ya started showing up and giving inf to the top three I liked never told anyone and did not wate to see who wins. I just liked them and they put work into there costume and wanted to win inf for that work never saw the harm and never will.

I think again some of it stems from not spitting your IC and ooc knowledge. Part of why I lock levels is you truly forget how little you know about the city at LVL 15-20. More so when you have beat everything 30+ times. Alot of my heros have IC never been to crim don't really believe in magic think the COT is a boogeyman story and mostly deal with skulls/trolls/tsoo/outcast (and if you ever loved to 25 with just street crime it can take forever) now as a player I have used them to do many outher things they have been both red and blue side ooc. And I think that is part of the jadeness like say the manticor tf. It probably ended well before 2019 as far as in game time so really every hero in homecoming has proably never done it IC or been to the warzone or seen the pretorean war alot for the thing you have over seen IC you probably never seen you just would hear stories about maybe bump into the odd vet. But people don't really split the game like that. There toon has done every TF IC and really what would the odds of that be if there just a hero in the city and not a main Character of a story or player. Most the lore you would only get bits and pieces to its not in a wiki. I mostly count that as a lack of rp areas in the game tho. We have I think 2 in game SG bases people could "hang out at" the rest you need to know SG password and such. So people tend to just skip alot of casual rp for personal rp and that will leave you jaded

Just make a form for it I hate sending people out of game as well but really the people who want such a thing would probably be form users as well. And would leave a spot to start with the AE number and a poll for how good it is to starts and then lots of room for talking about it etc

See i always assumed the city was mostly safe. The mass gangs to fight are there for players to level on I would say there is probably only 10 crimes going on any hour or so in the city day or night. The hellions lost a lot of ground and if you stop them in the games new lvls 1-10 mish they're not or less done. Skulls are tying to get into dyne but there gang is splintered at best with alot of in fighting and different views no true leaders. The trolls where a big issue in the "80s" but have been on the down turn and even as a gang they have no real plans just crime for drugs, there green skin makes them easy to avoide. (It's not easy being green) Warriors expanded our of the city to try and find success and tsoo stalled till da and then I think where defeated. That's all the "street level" problems you will find and there not the worse The big threats the family COT rikti Malta are still a split but not a big issues I always assumed there spots in the world are because it's a game as rikti would be shot at on sight and Malta would be after them to as far as there goals the war ended again years ago we just have it because it's a game. The family has gained power but still is not interested in expanding leaving the cot as the only cradable threat to the city but they also have no real goals just gain money and power some people might get snatched up for them. The joke villans carnival nemesis Freakshow vahzilok or I guess guess comic book villans. Are all relatively cannon fodder. We did get some plans brewing between the vahzilok and Freakshow but that seemed more for survival then expansion with the great dr in jail the vahzilok are dying out and mad dr is already a very limited amount of people I would guess. Freakshow are fun but aimless they break into the zig for money and kick I don't think they have ever had a plan there just cypunk batman beyond "jokers" and do things for fun. Nemesis is just the butt of the joke that he did everything..even in the lore and coh bible it seems they left alot of back doors to just say "it was Agatha all along" but really most the things here and the top level villans mentions before are not interested in normal people at all. For normal people the biggest threat is the 5th as it's actively recurring them. And even then they seems to only get some of the more "redpill incell" stereotype. Crey are the most evil but the most least caring on hurting the people of the city as they also just want there money, sure they might accidently drop toxic waste and kill a few hundred thousand people but they will fix it up regenderfy the neighborhood make there property values go up and sell there building to get into a better cheaper neighborhood and do it all again. If anything they are building the city 😉 I think until the villan factions get some updates for 2020 and maybe some goals, plans, leaders, infrastructure, there is not much the heros can do but put out the fires they bump into, and the citizens would see so very few of the fires first hand.

Have you tried the discord? Dacy has alot of base builders there they often help people but big maps can take alot of time
