  1. If you want a longbow I would say Blaster Or defender, If you want to be more Support I would go Defender, blaster if you want more Dmg. (possibly Sentinel if you want to be less squishy) I would guess Defender. SR/Archery. "singing" is often a thing angels do. Power I would guess as Flight/Leadership/boxing/Super speed Epic power could be anything I would probably go with a white Fire. for me I would skip over the "making" an army power and maybe just go with Time the logic being the angel pulled people from time to help over making ghosts or there own army and now runs there time power to make 7 hero's enhanced and better helping the angle for w/e its doing the angel pulling them from time to be on there team? leaving the Power Set as Time/Archery, But maybe I just misread the story but the bowman are not angels so the bow should go to the Ghost over the angle witch changes the possible power set you could use?
  2. My largest want for an add on would be more body types. Toons that can be over 10feet tall. Or shorter then a foot without the need of a few billion inf and still have a huge head. Huge muscle female toons. Even fat male/female toons.
  3. I don't see why the AE has to be an AE? One mish our SG did once had us go into a ae in ff (we pretended it was an office building). We did a rp with a few npc toons and went into the AE mish where we found a name and location in the city. From there we had to search steel canyon for a different player npc who gave us a different AE code to play. We went into the steel ae did the mish and got a base code. Went into the base met the villan (rped by a player) and fell into his "trap" (more or less base puzzles) got out of the base at the exit was a final AE code and Bricktown. Went to the Bricktown AE finished the last chapter. From there did an rp PvP with 5 of our hero's (on LVL 40 toons I think only SO) vs there one LVL 50 villan (was a mm I think) we had to beat there minions and take them down. It was alot of fun. Took us a few weeks. I don't think any system any dev can make will be better then what you and outher players can make together. That villan was a recurring villan for that sg for about a year until the SG died out. As for the not open world issue. Use one of the gangs that are in the world. Outcast skulls circle council cover more or less anything you might need for a nemasis. I believe the villan we fought was from the council.
  4. The content in the game means you have no Nemesis? There is no Choose your on Adventure because its just a game with a do this chapter to it. your asking for something Built just for your hero like a nemesis (and also want no lore or Reason to have one out then just well im a hero and hero have villeins. Very meta ) and then also don't want a Wright your own Adventure. you really want a nemesis? pick one of the villains in the game (Mako seem nice) and there you go. do mish that have Mako in them and beat him up. Do paragon bank mish with AV on and when you fight Mako look your nemesis randomly appeared you just got everything you wanted.

  6. But your Nemesis showing up at random is not a thing. Villans don't make plots around the hero (most the time) they have there own thing. The hero stumbles into the villans plot and stops it. Villans are the DM hero's are just the player 😉 Again if you really want to see your villan in the "field" go to PvP zones rp and fight eachother stop them from getting missile coeds. Or bringing shipments from the isles into the city. Having a Nemesis is fine. But why? Are you just a big hero and evil people hate you? What part of the city do you protect? Who are the gangs and villens there? What have you done to get in there way? Why would they want to spend time and resources just on you? Who do they send? Why? Etc
  7. Also side from the AE system you can just talk to a villan in the game ooc. Set them up as your Nemesis and RP it out. Make AE mish for eachother to do. Etc
  8. Instiped reading about half way into page one and love the idea. Not sure if it has been brought up but you can get extra costumes slots 7/8 I think. You change costume #1 and do the extra costume mish to the outher side saving costume 1 into a slot you can never see again. Ik a few people have use this before. Idk if it's still around but if it is you could add in a few more random costume into your rotation.
  9. I remember the first month of HC many people having made 15-20 hero's and pl them to 50 just so they had the name locked. They where not even going to play that LVL 50 just delete them when they wanted the name. Sadly I think many of them no longer play. I would not be surprised if well over 500 names where locked on dead accounts people are never going to use again.
  10. I'm asking here as well, I did look around the forms a bit but I have never had much luck with the search option. There is still nothing to do with incarnate threads right? no way to put them into a useful Currency or anyway to send them to other toons you just stack up a few thousand of them till you max?

  13. Been reading the coh bible (I must have read this before and fight where I put it) and have to wonder tf did they do to the poor outcast. There section is tiny with really nothing to go on I think it has they they are allies with the warriors in the info but does not even have an allies section what there part removed or just never worked on
  14. Again just add in little RP spots. A skull club in Kings row. Some self made homes for the trolls in the tunnels. Some labs in the sewers. Maby a nice massive air ship for the sky pirates. Some rikit bombs and lost towns in the sewers. Give the hellions anything poor guys. Probably a big section of Perez park have them finally win the war there vs the skulls. Skyway could have some more troll stuff maby add another villan faction there to fight them as they are more or less unchallenged in that part of town. Probably take the Malta and COT off the street as there just not that kind of criminals. Add more of a family presence into the game. Personally I would remove the devouring earth from most open world maps. Same with the rik'ti probably remove there spawns expect during an invasion and have all "gangs" attack the rik'ti (except the lost) Fix up boom town Have more patrolling officers and longbow that take down street crimes. (In green zones) And have more gangs actively patrol to take down hero's in (in red zones) I doubt it's possible but remove levels in the open world so that all gangs are equal LVL to the players. The list goes on.
  15. I think the idea is we are just working off where sunset ended and every extra thing in HC there tf and mish and such are just the new stuff And updates. Given that portal is a thing it's not hard to see we where playing on the older world that died and this is just a new one where technology did not change as much and it's still about 2014 there. Granted given how time works in coh I think the live servers ended in like the year 2044 or something silly as I think one RL year is about 10 coh years?
  16. I mean I can teleport allies threw walls with teleport target. I can teleport then from anywhere on the map to me. I would just want the ability to teleport from anywhere on the map to them. Or to w/e I'm targeting. But my main idea was yes to an ally

  18. Hi. Been using a teleport toon for a while now and have found team teleport more or less just bad. Some people might use it for rp but I think like 99% of everyone just skips this power. (I could be wrong) had the idea of teleport to target to replace it. Just a simple power that lets you teleport to your targets no real range limit. More or less just a way for you to split with your team and then teleport across the map back to them. Without walls and things getting in the way. Mostly I think this works in my head for rp ideas might not work well in the game. Make it a deffence power just for the lotg slot 😉
  19. Lol that might have been me what was the name. And depending on the toon it's for rp I'll take powers from the side Pools until my toon has better training in there primary and secondary powers if I'm lvling faster then my RP.
  20. Idk the icons could mean things for different people as well? Ik I thumbs down when I disagree with someone but have no interest in fighting over it. Is that why everyone thumbs down? I thumbs up alot of the time just to let people know I have seen there post or they answered my question. Does not mean a agree just to let them know I saw it. I doubt we all see the rep the same way. I did not even know it tracked and still don't care I just see it as a easy way to let people know you red there post and not have to post back to them filling in the form with a derailing convo.
  21. My process seem to be a little odd or so I have been told. I normally start with a idea for my toon. Then pick powers that match it best I can. From there I LVL them most of time I try to stick to one part of the city. But for powers I stick to what fits the RP and try to stick to deffence over offence if they make it to 50 I'll then go to mids and make a build for them. And then split there builds. First build will be there RP build it might have powers that are sub optimal but work for how there supposed to work RP wise. Build 2 will be there pve mobs build this is the one I try to make as optimal as possible something to swap to if I'm going to try harder things. Or a tf falls apart and I need to try and solo it. Build 3 used to be PvP but most often is a pve gm/av killer build now so if I do clear the map I can then solo the av or swap to it if I go gm hunting For slotting I will often slot things as I need. SO more or less from LVL 10+ and IO sets where I can if needed but again more leaning on survivability over anything. I try to start 6 new toons a year and might see two of them get to the end of the year. But the pve but build are probably respected every few weeks just to tweek something or make something work just a little better or push the dmg just a bit more. For the RP build I just want it to have a decent attack chain and not die.
  22. Yes I literally copied the build that doc midnight posted. Then tried it for a few weeks even finally got my incarnates after sitting on them for a few years. I don't run my mm on any tf anymore they just don't feel good to play. They mostly just get a pl to 50 and hangout in pocket d using the pets for rp. And if I am going to do a Tf or something with a team I'll swap the toon to it's "battle mode" normally just the same toon but a different AT. I have tried so many build on this one mm over the years. Like I said it was the first villan I made for HC. It was maby the 7th I got to LVL 50. It has been in maby 25 sgs (probably closer to 7) over the years. And done every TF at last 2-3 times I have tried any and all build I could think of. I have had friends who mostly play mm make up build and walk me threw them. My Ill/storm toon (the battle mode of this mm) has had much less issues and feels better in every way for me to play. But I'll try it for another 2 weeks I have that video striker fox was nice enough to post to you with and maby I will lower the diff to +1 from +2 see if it helps any. But that still won't fix my lack of roll in a team feeling. But I do want to say thank you for walking threw all this with me. I am truly hopeful I can find a mm play style I can fit with and use as I love the idea of the mm. And sorry if I sound negative in anyway.

I play on everlasting i run all my solo stuff on +4/8 with my MM I run it at +2/0 I have played every TF on it and most the SF I have played it on and off for over 4 years now all my powers are slotted now with the build above. But ya on all the high LVL stuff I more or less just follow the line of people and cast my spells I have literally done full itf runs where I did not bother to summon my demons after they died because of how unneeded they where. I'm glad you find them fantastic again I'll keep at it but I would be shocked it it just clicked in now I am hopeful as all my fave villans to rp match better as a mastermind then others ATs
  24. Idk probably to literally anything 🙂 I think my Defender does more damage. But it's not just about doing dmg its about being needed on the team or having a roll and knowing what I need to do if things start to go bad. as the MM It just seems to be turtle and hope the team stick with you. again I could be playing it wrong.
  25. Idk I tried Every MM combo over 4 years, I tried them on live. I just never found a way to make them work for me, I can sit still and baby sit my pets witch is dull to me or I can resummon then 100 times a map. Again it just is probably a conflict to my playstyle but also every time I play a MM I don't feel like I'm needed. my team could do it all without me I'm almost in the way. I'll give it a few more attempts but I think I might just need to cross off MM as a AT I can play. not bad out of like 17 At in the game I only dislike one.
