  1. You're right, it looks like Fly itself had its effects simplified. It had a -101%+100%+80%+136.5%, which added up gave +215.5% flyspeed. Now it's 150.15%. I think this change is twofold. Before, it was ridiculously high because at low levels you would not be able to hit the cap while at high levels you were so far past the cap it didn't matter. Now that low levels don't change, you are seeing a more reasonable fly speed setting
  2. Thank you, I was looking up Slash commands before posting, but I missed it. I thought it would start with toggle... Thanks for verifying
  3. That would be swift increasing your speed, which is the same as it is now because fly now increases your capped speed to 87.95 mph (which is the most AB does for you on live, if you enhanced AB)
  4. AB didn't increase your speed, only your cap. So old fly + ab unslotted is the same as new fly
  5. Since this is an ally only buff (no Foe targets), this should not be rooting.
  6. I love this proposal. Is it possible for Slash commands to recognize a power is a toggle and its status? I never got too much into Slash commands, so I dont know their capabilities/limitations. I just want to make sure it can't be abused as a spamming of regular powers
  7. Some love the Hover pose for fly speeds (Magneto fans perhaps?). So if something does change, try to keep Hover as an option for fly, perhaps make it a 5th fly pose
  8. It is expensive but it's also standard. Acrobatics does less but costs the same. Whirlwind and Phase shift cost more (there are probably other pool toggles I'm forgetting)
  9. Edit: I found out KB resistance doesn't work the way HCwiki states.. It turns out EM is very bugged how its set right now. Still I'll leave my post below as my sentiments haven't changed. I want to express my love for Evasive Maneuvers having Knockback resistance instead of Knockback protection. Now when I slot a 4KB protection, it's really 9.5KB protection (varies by AT). Defenders get 138.4%, so 4x2.384=9.5. I don't even need KB protection slotted as I can grab the 10KB protection from base empowerment and enjoy 23 KB mag protection with Evasive Maneuvers on. Seriously...love. Plus the unsuppressed movement is fantastic. I know all my squishing going forward will be taking Fly pool
  10. Evasive Maneuvers speed buff does not get suppressed in combat. So when you attack, you might see your speed go down to something like 27 mph for 4s, while evasive maneuvers and hover will have you at 68 mph (ballpark numbers). You'll still be stuck while animating but as soon as animation ends you're zooming.
  11. You can always check online with City of Data. cod.uberguy.net
  12. I think 55%. I typically slot a 5 piece hecatomb and add a 3.5 ppm proc for 88% chance to fire.
  13. Rep is right, as a PBAoE, it will hit up to 16 targets within a 100 ft radius. It will prioritize who gets hit by performing hit roles on the nearest target, then checks the next closest, then the next closest after that...repeating until a 16th target is successfully hit or if there are no more targets to check against. Personally, I prefer to slot only recharge as I want to not hit the targets closest to me. They're already close by, so skip them. I like improving my odds getting to pull the furthest enemies, even though I am at risk of missing more targets and potentially not pulling a full 16.
  14. I believe Page 2 will be coming to Brainstorm in the near future, so I wanted to get the word out again that I run a Beta Testing Discord for the purpose of coordinating testing with others and to provide test results and feedback. Thank you to all and I look forward to your assistance in getting Page 2 cleaned up before it goes Live.
  15. You can grab the Increase Perception Base Empowerment buff. I think it does +100 ft, which I think is the same for the Reticle proc.
  16. I don't know if I follow. I want to say no, but I'm curious on how you're defining their equivalence.
  17. Just ran it with my stone tank. I like the mission, it was interesting to see where my vulnerabilities were with my build. In my case, getting Blinded (I used no insps) and taking -Recharge slowed me down quite a bit (and having to TP into the trapdoor...stupid curb haha). Something I didn't see specified in your up-front matter, should people run this with Archvillains or Elite Bosses? Speaking with you in the past, I believe you run it against AVs. So it might be good to add an up front parameters summary: Parameters: Set Notoriety: +4/x8, Solo Bosses, Solo AVs (disregard, Trapdoor always is an EB) Inspirations Allowed: Yellows only (for the Blind debuffs) Incarnates Allowed: Alpha, Destiny, Interface, Hybrid (Passive only, cannot activate toggle)
  18. The description looks very good. If anyone needs pictures, these might help. Go to Ouro, expand the level 50 category: Then scroll down to 19.03 to find Power Overwhelming
  19. Agreed, I think the cone is best on a Stalker (more damage) and Tanker (more targets). Having only a 5 target cap on the low damage version of Power Crash makes it potentially skippable for Scrappers and Brutes (where I'd take Whirling over PC). For a Tanker, I would take PC over Whirling...and for Stalker PC is one of the best Stalker AoEs in the game.
  20. @Kanil For those who are not familiar, can you provide a brief tutorial on how to choose the Trapdoor mission? I could see this thread quickly growing, and it'll be good for others who want to test their own times to refer back to your OP and know how to quickly load up the mission. Thanks
  21. Absolutely, the learning of the BU proc was a good lesson on my first stalker. Using Ball Lightning and Power Crash in x8 content has been great, I often get 2 BUs going at once.
  22. I'd say freebies is shopping. This is more like your groceries being delivered
  23. It takes the enhancements in your mids build and creates two macros. So when you create the character on Beta, you can hit the first macro to load your enhancement tray with the first half of enhancements. After you slot those, you hit 2nd macro to refill with the remaining enhancements
  24. It certainly is a doable chain, getting ET down to 2.772s recharge requires about +261% recharge. Easy to do if slotting recharge, hard to do if not. But with enough recharge bonuses from other sources (ageless, hasten, base empowerment, lotg, purples) you could maybe get there. Might want Adrenal Booster to help in both damage and added recharge.
