  1. For proc builds, assuming TF is also proc'd heavily, I'm thinking 6-7s on cooldown. The thing to not forget. Slow ET is still one of the very best DPA attacks, so adding it more often is not necessarily a bad thing. However, without knowing proc slotting amd the builds recharge, it's impossible to know what exactly is optimal. This is why I'm not recommending anything, more just suggestions to look at.
  2. Bombardment was also given a set bonus for range, so it should be included to some degree.
  3. 127.8214583333...
  4. How are you slotting BS, EP, and ET? I would think you could get more DPS with TF>ET>BS>Gloom>ET...however I'm guessing you're minimizing recharge in ET for max procing. If that's the case, maybe TF>ET>BS>EP>Gloom>ET>EP is enough to rely on global recharge while fitting one more ET in your chain.
  5. Base Empowerment station grants 10 KB protection for 90 minutes. It only costs you 2 common salvage to craft
  6. Agreed, I think a cursor option would be ideal. I hope they can do it, they should be able to do it, just not sure if or when it could get done.
  7. You can set it up to TP a max direction. Something like this: /bind numpadenter powexec_location forward:max Combat Teleport
  8. It probably lands in an "it depends" area. It depends on the set, what procs are available, and what you need for survivability and recharge. Fire blast is probably the least necessary for procs given its high base damage, but you can still sprinkle in procs whenever possible (5 piece ST set, then pvp proc for example). Target AoEs can probably offer the best of both worlds. Positron Blast and Bombardment offer 5 piece recharge and a proc, so you could go 2 procs in the power while still getting bonuses you want.
  9. I'm asking others about it now, but I'm curious if there's a way to utilize the new /interact slash command. My guess is no, it probably looks for things near by that you can interact with, as opposed to using your cursor as a mouse click. If I have any other ideas or discoveries, i'll let you know.
  10. So you're setting up your cursor before hand, then activating the power instead of activating the power then using the cursor?
  11. Apologies, reading comprehension is not my strong suit. You were saying touchpad and I kept reading it as tablet (which is entirely caused by my kids screaming for their tablets all day). Ok...so what does a double-tap on your touchpad get treated as? It could be a solution for one Location based power using a bind, but likely won't do much for multiples (like Trick Arrow).
  12. How does your tablet respond to a double-tap? Is it treated as a LeftDoubleClick, or something else?
  13. Looks like you can do things like CNRL+LeftDoubleClick, ALT+LeftDoubleClick, and SHIFT+LeftDoubleClick. Not sure if that would help with your tablet use though.
  14. I just tested it, it only works conventiently with LeftDoubleClick. I tried RightDoubleClick to see if I can get the same functionality, but instead it only activated the power but I still needed to drop the power with a left mouse click. I'm no expert in this area though. You might want to try chatting with @Shenanigunner, they are far more familiar with binds/macros.
  15. I think this is the bind I use: /bind LeftDoubleClick powexecname Teleport
  16. I do that with my teleport. I set it for leftdoubleclick and it TPs me to that location. I could do that for any location based power
  17. I was really hoping there would be a reveal of a connection between the X-men universe and Avengers universe. When Pietro was "re-cast" as the X-men version, I was 95% sure they would do something with that. But they ended up just making him some dude named Ralph. That was the disappointing part for me.
  18. I haven't designed a farm follower, so I may be off base. But I wonder if Rad/Fire would be more useful. Irradiated ground is a toggle that can proc every 5s because it drops a pseudopet, while Quills will proc every 10s since it's a typical toggle. The damage is less pet tick, but you can stack two which makes it more damage per second. Plus, you can put two resistance debuff procs in it.
  19. This was posted recently on the forums. Thanks to BluBil. Hopefully we will all get to use this VERY SOON. /macroimage DayJob_Teleport BaseTP "enterbasefrompasscode Test-47"
  20. Still keep the Performance Shifter Endurance Proc in Stamina, so Stamina will have 3 slots, 2 for PT and 1 for PS proc
  21. Thank you, I overlooked the Heal enhancement. So that will increase the 40% regeneration by 42.4% and it will grant 12% regeneration from the set bonus. In total, this is a ~29% regeneration increase. For a Scrapper, the range of equivalent regeneration from a PT proc is 33% (at capped HP) to 60% (at base HP). So in all cases, the PT proc would be better. You could also replace the PS-EndMod for a PT-EndMod to replace the 7.5% movement speed bonus into a 6% regeneration bonus if that's preferred
  22. It depends on what they want. If it's the healing per second increase, Power Transfer is superior. If they want the endurance recovery, Numina is superior.
  23. These are my favorite posts. It is a shot of nostalgia, reliving the moment your words describe from when I too heard the game returned and the emotions that overwhelmed me by that news.
  24. This is my current build. There are some similar builds posted in the comments as well
  25. It certainly does. I never played close enough attention to it before when not running missions. Then again, I don't normally team while in Atlas, so I wouldn't have seen teammates disappear. Thanks for the details
