I think the Crab helmet has a bit of a manta-esque flair to it.

 

So I use it for my aquatic rogue, Deep Concern (Arsenal/Marine Controller).

Phaedros - Shield/Elec Tanker. I posted his normal hero costume before, but this was his original time/dimension traveling armor.
