In Technician Naylor's first mission, he sends you to steal a book from the Circle. The clue for collecting it says: 'Despite the books, tower, it seems to be all about how the Circle makes their portals.' I checked the wiki, and it says it's supposed to be 'Despite the books title' (which makes more sense despite lacking an apostrophe).

In the introduction text for Madeleine Casey's first mission, "Check out the Carnival of Shadows", the third sentence reads "It's become very popular is a short time, but something about it just doesn't feel right to me." The fifth word, which I've highlighted in the quote, should be "in" instead of "is".

 

In the introduction text for Madeleine Casey's mission, "Rescue Samson Grey from the Carnival", the first sentence reads "Have you hear of Samson Grey, the famous track star?" The third word, highlighted above, should be "heard" instead of "hear".

In the introduction text for Madeline Casey's mission "Stop the Carnival's party before they find the files", the first sentence reads "I just got word that the Carnival of Shadows is throwing one of their wild parties the office of City Councilman Klein." There should be a word between the words "parties" and "the office", presumably "in" or "at".

 

In the acceptance text for Madeline Casey's mission "Get Nathan Crane's files from the Carnival of Shadows", the fourth sentence reads "They're probably being stored in a desk of file cabinet somewhere." The word "of", which I've highlighted in the quote, should be "or".

Doing Kuhr'Rekt's arc and when he talks about Positron, he calls him Richard Keyes instead of Raymond Keyes.

In Indigo's arc "Missing Melvin and the Mysterious Malta Group", in the sub-mission "Find the proofreader" of the mission "Speak with Crimson about the latest developments in the Melvin Langley case", the player receives a clue when they rescue the proofreader NPC. The third sentence of the clue reads, "For the most part, they cover the end Might for Right act in 1967." There are two words missing between the words "end" and "Might", which I've highlighted in the quote above. Presumably those two words are "of the".

After I finished the "Investigate The 'Dyne Lab" mission from Robert Kogan (the first one he offers), I started walking back to the entrance instead of just clicking the exit button, and got this dialogue flub from one of the Skulls where you can see the Say command, or whatever it is.

I didn't think to screenshot it, but in one of Madeleine Casey's post-mission texts, she refers to the police as the "PCPD" — everywhere else it appears in the game, it's "PPD". Not particularly game-breaking, and you can handwave it as a quirk specific to her, but it's odd.

Still, it's no skin off my nose if Alicia wants to identify as male...

This happens with the mission descriptions too, I noticed the same in a St. Martial paper mission. (Carnies might be the only enemy group that show up in radio/paper missions with female bosses?)

A simple solution would be changing all occurrences of 'his' in the mission briefings and after-action accounts to 'their' as the indeterminate possessive, so the text works with either male or female bosses.

Vernon Von Grun's mission to take the Will of the Earth sample from Longbow says this when you interact with the fridge:

 

You begin Taking samples of the Will of the Earth

 

There is no reason for the "t" in "Taking" to be capitalized.

 

Edit: Also, it and the completion statement "You have gotten all the samples of the Will of the Earth" should have a period at the end.

 

Edit again: Vernon von Grun's Redemption arc. In the mission to save the base commander (and the best Tarantula ever, Becky), when you shit down the computers, you get:

You finish deactivating the computer

There should be a period at the end.

It should be "And if there is anything a mad scientist CAN NOT abide, ".

 

Edit yet again: Just go through the entire Vernon Von Grun's Redemption arc. You are missing punctuation all over the place.

Not strictly a typo, but is a text-only issue. The Architect Entertainment Greeter dialogue has this screen with outdated info. Atlas Park and Mercy Island should be removed. Pocket D might be added.

I wasn't seeing the 50% Recovery Debuff Resistance that Consume is supposed to give (which is another issue entirely), so I checked the description and every single effect had the "Only using Fiery Embrace" description.  I tested just to make sure, and the Debuff Res still didn't work even with Fiery Embrace, and the HP buff did work without Fiery Embrace, so I have to think this is a typo in the description and not an intended mechanic.

In the mission briefing to go after Sunstorm from Abyss (Light and Darkness arc), she says:

The "but" in that statement is superfluous. She states at the start she doesn't care, so she doesn't need a disclaimer to state otherwise at the end. It should simply be:

I'll call this a typo. For my vigilante character, level 32, have two Mercedes Sheldon in my contact list. Both say she's in midnighter club - but the one dressed in red is in Pocket D.

I don't recall off the top of my head whether it's been fixed, but you used to get Mercedes as an introduction choice way early from a couple of contacts (I used to pick her, as the other was always Vahz-heavy), then again after you hit 20.
