Here is a build I use and love.  It seem pretty internally consistent, like no magic, etc...  This is off a little bit with changes, not the newest version of Mids, doesn't have Oil Slick...but still pretty rugged. and should serve as a good starting point.  Aim/Upshot before attacks, and then the aoes, sometimes getting off more than one of explosive arrow before it times out.  Quick recharge so its pretty much all back up for every mob.

Well, I downloaded the new Mids and put it in, it looked wonky, like insane recharge, but I think I just was unfamiliar with the new interface.  In any case, I rebuilt him from scratch and here it is.  Gymnastics/Oil Slick didn't change much.  Still really hardy.  Didn't do any incarnate planning, but I'm leaning toward Musculature and Assault because...moar damage is always MOAR!

Must admit, I don’t see the need for Scorpion Shield on an archer. It’s the very definition of overkill. You don’t really have any need at all to be in melee range, so just cap ranged defence and pick up something more useful in epic power pools. 
 

Any other blaster and I swear by it, but not an A/TA.

Was digging through the forums for Arrow Blaster builds and this is solid gold, people!  👏

 

So after toying around with the various concepts here I found one that struck home, and made a few adjustments to tweak it to my liking and playstyle.

This Build is based on "Ram-Bow" (don't remember which of the posted builds here it was taken from, but wanna give credits), and I must say it looks amazing on paper.

It is still theoretical, as I haven't found the time to go shopping yet. But thanks to all for providing all those solid baselines.

I've been building one of my own as well.

 

This is Sorahane (Sky-Feather).

 

This is a weird DEF/REGEN combo. Just standing around, she should regenerate all of her HP in 36 seconds. That's ~42HP/Sec on a blaster.

 

But she's not too bad so far. I've just recently hit 41 so a few more levels will tell the tale.
